I recently bought some food at King Taco, that left a lot to be desired, primarily due to the unprofessional conduct of their manager "Manuel B. Garcia" My experience was marred by the way the manager handled My situations, which ultimately soured the overall eating experience.
From the moment I approached the cashier and the cashier called her manager over to me, it was clear that the manager lacked basic customer service skills. They seemed disinterested and disengaged, failing the lack of a warm welcome set the tone for the evening and left a negative impression.
Throughout my interaction with the manager he displayed a noticeable lack of professionalism. It was evident that they were more preoccupied with other matters than attending to customers' needs.
Moreover, the manager's communication skills were severely lacking. When approached with a concern about my order wrongfully made, their response was dismissive and unsympathetic. Instead of addressing the issue promptly and finding a solution, they brushed off the complaint, leaving me feeling unheard and disregarded.
What bothered me the most was the manager's apparent lack of respect for the Customer "Me".
It was disheartening to witness such unprofessional behavior from a person in a leadership position.
In summary, my experience at King Taco was disappointing, mainly due to the poor conduct of the manager. Their lack of customer service skills, and disrespectful behavior towards the customers "Me" were major drawbacks. As a result, I cannot recommend this restaurant to others, as the negative impact of the manager's conduct overshadowed any positives the establishment might have had.
