Was trying to ask a question but there wasn't the option so I thought I'd comment. I can tell you cook great and I will edit the next time I'm there. I'm down Hwy 1 in East Texas ole Ark-La-Tex man! Anyway. I saw the Mac-N-Cheese and just your food, Chef, it looks delicious! I love to cook! All kinds of stuff but you're doing that Mac, RIGHT! I can tell! Love to try it soon, and all your stuff. I'm an old meat cutter, gardener, international chef, audio engineer, Millwright. Been multiple disciplines but cooking is the passion Numero uno. Just wanted to give you the propers. This place you have has the goods, I can tell. "Smoke em up" Over there! (I think a smoked turkey, bacon, jalapeno/hatch chili pepper Mac-N-Cheese recipe) is in the future for a new development on my end, solid Mac GOLD. It's love! Welcome to develop that one, chef if you want! I feel a strong, down home craving coming on from my side TO DO IT! (Heck maybe deep fried Cajun turkey too) With some grilled smoked meatloaf compliment (best meatloaf I've made is smoke/grilled with oak/hickory wood on an egg grill. Takes lots of love and ingredients but that meatloaf hits like a grandslam...) I'm Aaron btw, hope you're still cooking it up down yonder.
