Run by Neighborhood Roots, this Sunday market began in 2001 and keeps a tight focus on producer-made goods. A frequent pick of Mpls.St.Paul Magazine and local critics for its quality lineup and convivial scene.

I have been to this market several times now and I must say I’m a big fan. The Kingfield Farmers Market is my favorite farmers market in the area. They have a great selection of vendors selling a variety of things such as produce, meat, baked goods, coffee, tea, knives and other utensils, and food made to order. Even when it is busy it is mostly easy to navigate as the layout stays relatively the same every weekend. There are also picnic tables and I believe bathrooms in the park which is also nice in itself. I will say that their parking lot is an absolute nightmare being very small in terms of available spots and space to drive in between although that problem is less of a big deal with the large amount of street parking nearby. Also, for people who like spotting and photographing airplanes like myself - you’ve got a good view of airliners arriving on the 12’s at MSP from the park/farmers market. Overall, it’s a very nice farmers market in a cool park with a great selection of vendors.

Chai tea was good, not great. Scored a few bundles of asparagus & an heirloom tomato plant! Overall, a small but adorable market....people were extremely nice.

Perfect neighborhood market with an ideal selection of Sunday stock-ups. We love heading here to see what’s fresh to put together a locally-sourced Sunday dinner like chorizo and spaghetti squash or everything needed for a skirt steak stir fry. Small scale makes it easy to manage with kids, and of course the park location offers loads of space to play or hang out with a coffee. September/early October is spot-on to snag stunning dahlias. If driving, park on the street and wander through the park to get to the market and save yourself from the tiny and unnavigable parking lot. You’ll be a happier shopper.

They don’t allow dogs. Seems very arbitrary as it is an outdoor market. The Linden Hills farmers is dog friendly FYI.

Stopped by for family breakfast and some groceries before an afternoon of work as a local Real Estate Advisor. We have delightful and gooey bagel breakfast sandwiches. And picked up some pastries from Eat Me as well as some fruit before heading home. There’s plenty of space to navigate the market and for my toddler to dance as we waited in the short lines. Each vendor was warm and easily payable with Venmo or credit card.

I love Kingfield's Farmers Market the best! It's my favorite. I've been going since around 2012. I love the market even more after the move to the Martin L. King Park location! I love the variety of vendors. Everything from local produce, meat, cheese, bakery, Indian food, and a bagel sandwich shop! Today was the last day of the spring, summer, fall market. 😔 but.. starting November-March 2022-2023. They'll have a monthly winter market on Saturday once a month at Bachman's on 60th. Here's a photo of some delicious onions and salsa I bought from Peter (the pumpkin guy) and some yummy salsa from Carmen ( corn) They're a couple that sells at the market every year!

Five stars for the market. I love this farmer's market and we frequent somewhat regularly. This experience is one of the long-awaited joys of a MN summer. Great, fresh produce, awesome vendors. Handmade pastries and soaps, donuts and baked goods, live music. The only reason for one star deducted is the parking lot, which is tiny, cramped, and overall a bit stressful to use. If possible for you, just park parallel on Nicollet and walk down.
