"King’s Land Chinese Seafood served dim sum for more than 15 years at its location on West Alameda Avenue before closing on January 1. It was popular for big parties and wedding events. The closure followed a health inspection with six Type 1 violations, including evidence of rodents, although a follow-up inspection showed compliance." - Josie Sexton

Really good seafood restaurant. Authentic cuisine reminiscent of what you would find in China. Recommend getting the whole steamed fish (flounder). The decor of the restaurant is a bit on the dirty side, but the good food easily makes up for that. In fact, it gives it sort of a "hole-in-the-wall feel" that makes it seem cozy. You won't be disappointed!

Dim sum service for breakfast is relatively fast even for a bustling late Sunday morning. 5 minutes or less you'll be stuffing your belly. I ate within 1 minute of sitting down. Good for large groups, tables seat 8-9 or so.

Great dim sum, good variety. Even with only 2 of us we had great service.

This is a great place for dim sum. It's not as good as the star further down Federal. But it's less crowded usually. And the dim sum is really good. Reasonably priced. It can be hard to get service be prepared to wave people over. Mostly Chinese Spoken Here but it is Anglo friendly. Good place for large groups I think you can make reservations. I've never been there at night I've only been there for dim sum in the early afternoon on the weekends. They also have roast duck for takeout.

As someone who grew up eating Dim Sum my standards can be pretty high. This place passed the bar with ease. The service was excellent, everyone had a smile on and we're kind enough to explain dishes to our friends who had never been. I can't pick one thing that was my favorite as far as dishes but our table was STACKED by the time we were done. If you are looking for fire Dim Sum, hit this place up asap!

Love their dumplings and we always come for dim sum on Sundays. I understand that for English isn't some of the servers first language, however it can be a little difficult to order certain items. My husband's Asian so he usually orders for us. The last time we had dim sum there another server picked up our dim sum tab and added an item on that we didn't order. We asked them to take it off but unfortunately after checking my receipt it looks like they still charged us

I usually come here with friends every month and the service gets worse each time. My last visit here I ordered fried dumplings, turn ups and I've been sitting here for one hour and still have NOT gotten the order. Short staffed after Christmas? Get it together guys. I will not be coming here nor earning any of my families business. I am not one to complain but if my table drops about $100 each time here I'd expect food to be ready. There are much better places to eat dim sum in the area and this is not the place to come to. Most horrible service ever received!

Huge restaurant with very quick and efficient service. A large array of dim sum dishes. Weekends are busy, but they are open all week too. My family loves the steamed dumplings, sesame balls, red bean buns, taro desserts, and many more. We usually go with a pretty big group so we can share lots of dishes. The kids love it too. Chinese New Year and Xmas are extra busy.
