We loved our stay at Kinsterna. The property is absolutely stunning and made for total relaxation. We booked a deluxe room that had a sweet outdoor patio with a small ocean view. While the interior was dark, it still worked out well and made for great sleep. The bathrooms could be updated, but that’s my only small quibble. ||We loved our beekeeping and honey tasting experience - I highly recommend this activity. We also did grape stomping, which was more like quickly walking on a few grape clusters, but at least I checked it off the bucket list. ||Food was pretty good. Breakfast had a great buffet selection. We loved the evening at the Taverna with live music - the atmosphere was fantastic. We also really enjoyed our time at the adult pool. ||Highly recommend!

Kinsterna is stunning — the kind of property that immediately feels special. The architecture, grounds, and atmosphere are all gorgeous, and our room was stylish (though a bit dark).||What kept this from being a perfect stay was the service. I was celebrating a milestone birthday and had mentioned it ahead of time, but there was no acknowledgment at all. At this price point (over $1k/night), even a small gesture would’ve gone a long way.||There was also very little communication throughout the stay — more “figure it out yourself” than the warm, high-touch experience you expect here. And by late afternoon, the pool area wasn’t being maintained: towels left out, empty glasses and plates, loungers not reset.||The food was good and the setting is truly exceptional, but the details and service didn’t quite meet the level the property promises — or the price tag.

My family and I stayed here in September for a few nights. Beautiful hotel, beautiful location and grounds were well kept. The ambience is unmatched. The one big issue I had was we had sent some laundry off with housekeeping, and one of the items I sent was a favorite blouse. We filled out the paperwork correctly describing the items we sent to be cleaned, however, when we got them back the next day my blouse was missing. We kept following up with them for the remainder of the trip asking if they had found it…by the end of it, they finally acknowledged they couldn’t locate it. The blouse was not terribly expensive (around $55) but it was a favorite and it is not replaceable. Not to mention, for a 5 star resort to not offer any compensation or resolution was very upsetting. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement. If you stay here, I do not suggest using the laundry services (or at least not sending anything valuable). Besides that, the service at the restaurants was great and the food was very good.

Absolutely amazing! This 5-star hotel in Monemvasia, recently awarded 2 Michelin Keys, exceeded every expectation. The atmosphere is calm, serene, and luxurious, making it the perfect destination for a quiet getaway or a relaxing family vacation.||The hotel has 50 beautifully designed rooms, two stunning pools, and a Michelin-starred restaurant where we enjoyed a fantastic dinner. Breakfast by the pool was equally delightful — fresh, varied, and beautifully presented.||Service was impeccable — professional, warm, and attentive to every detail. There’s also a small gym and a lovely spa, ideal for unwinding completely.||It’s located close to the Monemvasia Rock and the town center, though you’ll need a car to get around easily.||In short, it’s a must-try — whether you’re planning a peaceful 2–3 day escape or simply looking to sit by the pool and enjoy life at its finest. A perfect blend of elegance, comfort, and tranquility.

Everything was perfect!! My husband and I travel all over the world due to professional obligations and we always try to stay to the best hotels. This is an amazing hotel! You should definitely stay there. The atmosphere, the food, the staff, the live music, the rooms are all perfect! Highly Highly recommended! I hope we could stay more but we had to go back to NY.

Stayed sadly for just one night as part of a small group tour of 14 with our guide . ||As “Senior “ people we have been fortunate to stay in some amazing hotels worldwide. |Your Hotel certainly rates among those having a Wow Factor .||The architecture, pools , gardens , decor , bathrooms were all fantastic.| Unfortunately we both found the bed & pillows were very uncomfortable, both being far too hard for us , so a good nights sleep was not really possible. ||Breakfast however was wonderful, although we must have taken the scenic route to the restaurant. |Great to have breakfast on the terrace , such a lovely choice of dishes & great service. ||We wish our tour company had booked 2 nights here . Maybe some day we will return for a longer stay .

We last visited 7 years ago and the place did not disappoint. We wanted to look at a potential wedding venue as it holds a special place in our hearts and the staff couldn’t do enough to accommodate us! They are truly amazing and we adore each and every one of the people who work here! Always smiling, super attentive and nothing is too much bother. They go above and beyond and made our stay unforgettable yet again even though there’s different staff to when we visited 7 years previously. ||They have been by far the best out of the other places we have visited and we knew that magical memories would be created yet again! Thank you to you all from Ivana and Ian for making such a massive effort and impact on us in a positive way yet again!

Charming boutique hotel; cozy, stylish, and well kept. The staff are genuinely courteous and attentive, offering helpful tips and warm service throughout. Food is excellent (breakfast is a standout), making the on-site dining worth staying in for. Convenient location too: about 15 minutes from the center of Monemvasia, so you’re close to the action but in a quieter spot. Overall, great value for a relaxed, quality stay.
