It was a one of a kind experience. I know KION is planning to close soon, but I want to leave a thank you note still. Very delicate dishes and wonderful pairing with the sake selected. I’ve tried quite several sake pairings and this is the one I’m most impressed with the 口內調味 (mixing sake and food in your mouth for tasting). The sake actually changes the taste of the food and adding complexity to each other. The final touches done on the sake is another thing to be amazed with. The whole dinner was pure joy. Ginza Sake Pairing Recommendation: a beautifully crafted menu of regional sake and unforgettable elegant dishes. The food is a work of art, each Sake paired with it compliments the flavors and texture of the dishes, it was truly magical. I love how the chef and the Sake master are just a wonderful combination together. Perfect for a date night, anniversary or Christmas! They are changing their menu to winter soon. I got to try this delicious fall menu, the sake selection was to die for❤️ Definitely a must-try! I highly recommend 👏👏👏👏

日本酒×創作料理のペアリングコースが楽しめるお店で、お店の雰囲気も大好きなのでいつも東京に帰るたびに使わせていただいてます。日本酒がお好きな方は是非。 私自身、日本酒好きで色々なお店に行って色々呑んでますが、ここでは毎回、全国から取り寄せた見たことないこだわりのお酒に出逢えるのでとても楽しいです。 提供するときの温度管理も徹底しており、同じお酒でも冷酒、常温、温燗、熱燗、ブレンドなどなど料理に合わせて色々な飲み方が考え尽くされていて「日本酒ってこんなに深いのか…」と思い知らされます。 また創作料理もとても素敵で、こだわり素材で味は然る事ながら、調理方法、組み合わせ、見た目、演出のどれもこだわられていて、食べていて楽しい！面白い！と毎回思わせてくれます。 大切な人と、ちょっと贅沢なひとときにまた使わせていただきます。
