KIOSK Budapest

I’m calling it, best venue in Budapest! Great atmosphere which is built around the beautiful interior design and calm house music played from the DJ. Venue was very spacious and staff were friendly and accommodating. Menu is fantastic and has something for everyone, both food and drink. Also reasonably priced. Highly recommend the tomato soup, pumpkin risotto and schnitzel. Can’t wait to come back!

KIOSK Budapest is a fantastic spot with a great vibe! The atmosphere is lively yet cosy, perfect for drinks or a nice meal. Cocktails were top-notch, and the food was delicious with great presentation. The service was friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. Whether you're looking for a casual drink or a full dining experience, KIOSK is a must-visit in Budapest!

It was the first time we encountered an online reservation system that asks guests to provide a picture in advance for a personalized greeting upon arrival, as well as information about their alcohol preferences. We thought, “Wow!” and became curious, developing certain expectations. However, the experience at the restaurant was… Well, not quite what we anticipated. No one greeted us by name, and, for example, no one provided a menu without alcohol. Don’t get us wrong - these are not things we usually expect. But the online reservation form set those expectations. In the end, we’re still giving 5 stars because of the amazing food and our great waiter. It’s just that these details made the place feel a bit pretentious.

We were looking for a traditional restaurant that also had some vegetarian options and this place was perfect. We hadn't booked any table but still got seated right away. Service was quick and effective and the staff very kind too. We had a goulash and a pumpkin risotto which were both amazing. Super bonus, a pianist was planing too which set the bar really high 🌟

Schnitzel was delicious 10/10. I passed on potato salad and on mixed green and opted for cucumber with cream sour. Unfortunately, cucumber wasn’t drained properly and it looked like a waterish soup. It tasted OK but visually wasn’t OK. Server was super nice and the place is very cozy. I also had a mushroom soup with croutons 8/10. Will come back to taste more!

Authentic Hungarian Elegance This elegant Hungarian restaurant offers a refined ambiance and exquisite cuisine, with beautifully presented dishes full of rich, authentic flavors. The service was outstanding—cordial, attentive, and highly professional. Despite being all Hungarian, the staff spoke excellent English, making the experience seamless for international guests. The only downside was the lack of courtesy from the tallest middle-aged waiter who greeted us, which is why I’m rating the service four instead of five stars. Overall, a fantastic dining experience—highly recommended!

Very good vibes, very good music. Bartenders are very nice and talented, especially Vivien who made special drinks for us to try. It was amazing. The hostess girl with the beautiful smile named Kira was the sweetest, so funny so kind so generous. I loved the hours spent here, will be on my top 10 list. 10/10 would recommend! love love love

Modern and funky restaurant on two floors - top floor is open like a balcony into the ground floor. DJ on the stairs, dim lighting, brick wall, very large open space, plants, bar at the center… super nice space. Food was good, goulash was delicious!
