The food was truly delicious – the porcini mushrooms were fresh, the soup was excellent, and the lady who took our order was very kind and friendly.
However, aside from her, all the other staff made my companion and me feel strongly and clearly discriminated against, which completely ruined the dining experience.
Details:
• When we entered, no one came to greet us despite several staff passing by. We were only seated after another guest pointed us out, and even then, no menu or water was provided until we specifically asked, and waited a long time.
• During the meal, the servers just dropped the dishes on the table without a word, no explanation, no smile – yet I observed that other guests received proper attention.
• At checkout, I even saw one server refuse to handle our bill when asked by another. The bill was delayed for a long time and, when it finally arrived, the attitude was impatient and dismissive.
For a Michelin-recommended restaurant in Switzerland, this kind of discriminatory and disrespectful service is simply unacceptable. The food deserves praise, but the service destroyed the experience.
