I love that Kirk's was able to take over the old Grill Em building, as it creates a great atmosphere for both groups and families with the indoor and outdoor seating. This is a counter order, deliver to your table establishment which is great for groups, since you don't have to worry about split checks. The serving sizes are plentiful and there is a ton of variety. Their shakes are delicious, but you can also order a soda or something from the bar. There tons of side options, I love the Cajun fries! I'm determined to keep going back ordering something new off the menu every time. 😉🤣

Kirk’s Steakhouse is our go-to spot after a hike, and for a good reason! The spot is old fashioned and serve some of the best burgers in town. We tried the Steak Burger Bowl, which was a great (and healthier) option if you’re watching your diet. We also had the Blue Cheese Burger, Jalapeño Cheddar, and Mushroom Swiss Burger, and every single one was fantastic. The flavors were spot on, the ingredients fresh, and the burgers cooked to perfection. Their fries are fantastic too! We got both sweet potato fries and regular fries, and they were crispy and delicious. Plus, their prices are fair and not expensive, making this spot even better. If you’re craving a great burger and fries, this is the place to be! Highly recommend!

+ The highlight of the restaurant is the spacious, comfortable table and booth layout with great line of sight to huge, modern TVs. The restaurant must have been recently renovated and was very clean near closing time. + Beer and cocktail selection is good. + Burgers were overall decent, however I was surprised to find my 1/2lb Burger served with an Italian bread bun. That's kind of sacrilegious. + Price-wise it's a good value considering the location. + Very nice staff, overall a friendly neighborhood vibe.

I suppose I had too high hopes. The burger was alright, maybe a little too charbroiled (for a medium burger). The fries are cooked too much and taste mediocre. However, the bowl of chili was a huge bummer. For $5, we were expecting a decent size bowl. Instead we got a condiment size bowl of lukewarm chili! Literally when it says a cup of chili, it is 1 cup in size for $5. And it wasn’t even homemade, it’s like a cheap canned chili. I had too much hopes for this place, with its legacy. Customer service was great, but my mom felt bad about saying anything about the chili. The burger and fries were disappointing for the price and taste. I would come back to watch sports as there are a million screens, a great bar, and an absolutely fantastic shake at a great value at $7. I guess I’ll keep going to Red Robin, they have incredible burgers and include free unlimited thick steak fries that aren’t overcooked.

We went to this place to try out some of American burgers and right from entering it had a full sports bar setup. Most of the people on a week day were old American enjoying their food with their friends and family. We got the jalapeño cheddar burger and my friend got smokehouse burger. We got the well done 1/3 pound meat. I am surprised they had a half pound and a full pound burger…flabbergasted. The food was fresh and the meat was tender and melted in my mouth. I loved the way they had an entire jalapeño fried in the burger which gave a spicy kick to the burger. Additionally we go their fries and I was happy that it was not the same as we get in the fast food chain. The potatoes were cut to thick slices and deep fried and they were crispy unlike most food chain that uses processes pre cut potatoes. Overall I was happy and would highly recommend this place to hang out with friends and family.

Was in SJ for a meeting and felt the urge for a burger. I found Kirk's online and decided to check it out, and I'm so glad I did. I found the parking behind the restaurant and entered through the back door. Immediately, I was pleased. I saw the bar to my right and the restaurant to my left. All I could think was this place had that old school charm and a slight last century edgienus it. We sat in a booth in the back, surrounded by Bay Area sports memorabilia. The food was delivered to us very quickly. We had a couple burgers and an order of tater tots. The burgers were big enough and tasty enough. Not outrageously delicious but very good. The tater tots, we're an 7/10. I definitely recommend coming here for the old school charm and welcoming staff.

First and foremost, if you're lucky enough to have Cindy as your server, you'll be in for a treat. She has a knack for recommending exactly what you're hungry for, even if you think you might want something else. I've never been disappointed with what she suggested and tonight was no different. Tonight was "The Triple C." The Cindy's Crispy Chicken!! It was a 12/10. But it's not in the menu. Will eat again.

My favorite grilled burger. Anytime I crave a good burger, I head to Kirk's. Although the fries were over cooked, I enjoyed my burger. The staff was polite, kind, and helpful.

Yelp
Wow... looking for a burger? Don't go to the chains.. instead go to a handcrafted steakburger! Kirk's has apparently been here since 1948! To last that long, you know it has to be good! There is ample seating both inside and outside. If you choose outside it's covered and they have space heaters galore! There are two areas inside, the very well stocked bar with seating and a somewhat separate dining area. The dining area is set up with 9 tvs with different games / shows playing. The service was fast and efficient, everything was super clean and well kept. I'd give this burger a 9.5/10, even higher than I would rate In&Out.

Yelp
So, I stopped by Kirk's SteakBurgers the other day because I'd heard some buzz about their burgers, and I was in the mood for something hearty. Gotta say, it was... fine? Like, not mind-blowing, but not terrible either. The burger itself was decent--juicy enough, and the steak flavor came through, which I appreciated. The bun was toasted, which is always a plus in my book, but it got a little soggy halfway through, and that kinda bummed me out. The fries were just okay--crisp, but nothing special, and I wish they'd seasoned them a bit more. Service was friendly, though! The guy at the counter seemed like he actually cared if I enjoyed my meal, so props for that. The vibe inside was chill, nothing fancy, just a solid spot to grab a bite. Overall, I'd give Kirk's a 3 out of 5. It's a good option if you're nearby and craving a burger, but I wouldn't drive across town for it. Might try it again to see if I caught them on an off day!

Yelp
Kirks has been on Bascom Ave for my entire life. My dad was more a fan of the Burger Pit but, about 10 years ago I started making Kirk's a monthly treat. The burgers are still as good as they ever were. The new location has a full bar. I'm told it is a good happy hour location. The new location is louder than the old one. I miss the condiment bar. I was miffed that the new location is not honoring the SteakBurger cards from the old location and is no longer issuing the cards (buy 10 burgers and get one free). Seriously, you are going to not honor those who built your business? Lastly, I agree with a couple other posts that affirm the deliciousness of the burger but question the sides. I added the tater tots - which were always golden brown, slightly crunchy and a treat at the old location. These laid on the plate and looked sad. Possibly freezer burned. Not golden. Not fluffy. Not great - but a fair portion. Last note: they seem to be one under on the meat cooking. I ordered medium rare and got rare. We ordered my son medium and he reported medium rare. Just saying. Service 4. Burger 4 Ambiance 3.5 Burger Card 1. Overall 3

Yelp
If I could leave no stars I would. The place looks amazing, nice vibe and service was great. BUT last night I got a burger & sweet potato fries to go. I took a bite and pulled a long thick strand of hair out of my mouth! Once I looked down at the burger there was another strand sticking out. I'm hoping all chefs are wearing head covers because this is not ok! Do better please.

Yelp
Thought I would check Kirk's out since it's been around since the 40s. As I walked in , it was fairly packed and seemed like it was a true local staple for Campbell. I order the BBQ burger and also the Mozz sticks, the burger was good. It had a charred burger taste which is great. The size was also decent with a okay price point. I was really disappointed by the Mozz sticks as they tasted like freezer burn . They were hard and the breading was really thick and gross. I also wish they would maybe make their own BBQ sauce instead of using Heinz. I did like the fact that it had good vibes and everyone was enjoying themselves but Glad I got to try it, not sure if I would return.

Yelp
I was craving a good burger and I figured I'd try out this local staple. I'm sure I'm not alone when I say I wasn't expecting anything crazy but boy was I wrong. This burger had so much flavor! The patty was perfectly seasoned with I don't know what but it was amazing. Their Kirk's sauce was also delicious. The burger fixings were very fresh and tasty as well. I got the crinkle cut fries and they were perfectly fried. A little pricey but so are fast food places these days, so I'd opt for a better meal like this one. I ordered for takeout and my burger was ready in 10 minutes. The inside was very clean. They have a sit up bar as well with a full menu.

Yelp
First time visiting since the movie; I remember the location was most recently an American fusion with steak and barbeque items. Other than the branding and paraphernalia on the walls I don't think the interior has changed much. It is pleasant enough though not as well-lit as other places. There is anundant seating outside, comparable to the previous location, which may be better appreciated now that the weather is getting warmer. (But at this location the outdoor seating area may be noisier since it is now facing the street directly, with at the previous location it was perpendicular and facing the lot.) Full service is available for bar area patrons only; everyone else places an order at the counter and one of the staff will bring it to your table. The staff was very friendly and pleasant. I ordered only the triple double and didn't add any condiments. The default cook for the patties is medium, to which I assented as I usually order it undercooked compared to what I really want as I don't expect most places to get the right amount of doneness. The patties turned out to be more medium well than medium, which was ok with me. The burger was still juicy and you could clearly taste the charbroiled quality of the cook. I don't know if the patties are made in-house but I did think they were better than the patties at the other two places south on Bascom in Los Gatos. I would go there again for a burger.

Yelp
I came here for dinner with a group of friends on a weekday. The place was packed, but we were able to find ample seating. There were plenty of outside seats, but as the weather was on the chilly side - we opted to stay inside. Because this is somewhat a sports bar, the noise level was high and it was hard to hear each other - but the atmosphere was lively and fun. After ordering from the front, our food was brought out to us. I'm not much of a burger person, but there was a good selection of burgers/sandwiches as well as kid friendly options. I got a bacon sourdough cheeseburger, garlic parmesan fries and a mint chocolate shake. The total for those three items was on the pricey side, considering we had to order at the counter and it wasn't a sit down restaurant. We ordered a few different sides to try for the whole table - garlic parm fries, criss cut fries and onion rings. The garlic parm fries had a nice outer crunch, the criss cut fries were hot and decently crispy and the onion rings were battered with a nice coating. Overall, I enjoyed the criss cut fries, but all three sides needed something to dip into and lacked flavor cooked into them. I had to add salt to the portion I took. My burger was okay - the meat was cooked the way I liked it, but there was so seasoning in the patty. The burger was on the dry side and I had to dress it up with ketchup. As I said, I'm not really a burger person - but this lacked any real flavor from the meat itself. The veggies on it were nice and fresh and I ended up eating them instead of finishing my whole burger. All my other friends enjoyed what they got - mushroom burger, blue cheese, original and bacon burger - so maybe it's just my preference. What I really enjoyed was the mint chocolate shake! It came in the old fashioned metal shake cup and it was cold! The shake was delicious and I had to take part of it to go as I couldn't finish it. I would come back here just for the shakes. Overall, nice place to get some dinner with friends. It's loud, but you can find a nice spot to catch up and hang out. Our trays were cleared pretty quickly and service was friendly.

Yelp
The difference between a steakburger and a hamburger is just what parts of the cow the ground patty is made from. Basically, it's supposed to be a kind of higher-quality burger that was invented in the 1920s. Very Americana, very casual. There are two locations and I haven't tried the Palo Alto location, but they relatively recently renovated the Campbell restaurant. Kirk Sauce is a house-made sauce that resembles 1000 Islanding dressing, pub sauce is mayo-based, and they use soybean oil for frying. I went with a friend who has dietary restrictions, and we were assured that the entire menu was peanut-free. They have their own parking lot but there's also street parking at its immediate front. Some small things. The inside of the building echoes in a way that makes things loud. It's fine when there's a handful of people, but it'll definitely be a lot when there's something like a game going on. They have a large patio area that's nicely sheltered overhead and they've done their best to create a space separate from the street with heaters when it's colder out. My group went to sit outside so that we could hear each other better when chatting. They had a condiments and utensils station outside (to the right of the door) for people sitting outside, so it was all very convenient. Only issue is that Bascom Ave is a pretty big street, so there are occasionally revving engines that really busts a person's eardrums. All in all, it's a nice, clean patio area where you can move tables around to fit your group and have PLENTY of room for dogs! Kirk's SteakBurgers is a bit of a misnomer in that they don't only serve steakburgers or even only burgers. They mainly advertise their steakburgers which you can customize as well as a decently sized menu of different kinds of burgers, shakes, and usual fried sides and appetizers. But they also have a menu dedicated to different kinds of sandwiches (and some salads)! So they have a fair amount of stuff even for those who don't like burgers. Overall, I would recommend them. I thought my steakburger was delicious and I'm SO glad I ordered the garlic parmesan fries to go with it. Fries were very delicious, though the oil does pool at the bottom to make things VERY salty. It was a good, casual spot for a quick, tasty meal. I've heard that they've recently started to do weekend lunch and I want to try that!

Yelp
Had a chance to visit Kirk's SteakBurgers for a yummy night out and so glad that I did! I went with my hubby and this is a cute casual spot that is great for a nice bite and drinks. Once we got here there were a lot of people but we got to order the following: * Bacon Bleu Burger - this was delicious and the flavors went so perfectly well together. The strips of bacon were also really juicy and crunchy * Pineapple Bacon Burger - This was yummy and the sweetness of the pineapple went really well with the rest of the burger * Cajun Fries - These were very well flavored and seasoned well. Loved the crunch and would order these again Overall great experience - I would totally go back and service here was also really great also!

Yelp
I heard this spot has one of the best burgers in the bay. I had to check it out for myself to see if it was true. My first time here and it was delicious. The burger was super juicy and I was craving more. I had the mushroom and swiss and wow!!! I understand why it was one of the signature burgers. If you are a mushroom lover, this burger is for you. The service was nice. They are very quick and will get your burgers to you. The ambiance is amazing. It feels like a sports bar. If you want to watch a game, you must come here!

Yelp
So, I am back down to 3 stars with Kirk's. It feels like now that they are past the first few opening months the food has slipped. The last few times we ordered burgers they just didn't taste good, and they were over cooked hockey pucks each time. One time we dined in, (I do still love the servers/bartenders there), but the food was subpar. And the tables are still too crowded together. The next couple of times we ordered via DD and again, the food was subpar each time. They are also still listing lettuce, tomato, etc. for the burgers on DD and still not sending it. That gets annoying. They either need to send it or remove it from their descriptions. Will I be back? I am not really sure. They are too expensive to have the quality and taste of the food be a crap shoot like it has been the last several times we have ordered.
google avatar

Albert W.

Yelp
I love their burgers, it has all that sweet and umami taste, and the portion is enough for an entire lunch or dinner. The staff is great and the service is good too
google avatar

Annabelle R.

Yelp
Wow, this new location for the Campbell restaurant is 100 times better than the old one. Modern everything, a very inviting atmosphere, sports memorabilia on the walls, plenty of large flat screen TVs with excellent picture quality for watching sports, super spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas as well as the bar section, and a small parking lot. I only ordered to go, but service was outstanding on a Monday evening. The employee helping me was friendly and efficient, and gave off a very warm and welcoming vibe. My order was ready in just 5 minutes. Got the jalapeno cheddar burger with everything except no pickles and no extra onions (cuz it already comes with onion rings inside). It was super delicious, juicy burger patty, flavorful jalapenos (came whole in the burger), onion rings that were still crisp by the time I got home, a tasty house sauce, it even came with thick slices of bacon (which was not listed on the menu). No complaints here, it was a very satisfying steakburger. Now, I wanna come back to try more of what they have to offer, especially their milk shakes.

Robert B.

Yelp
Food great, ambiance friendly, service good. Bartenders efficient and friendly. Will be returning on a regular basis.
google avatar

Ivan B.

Yelp
This restaurant gives a really good theme inside due to having sports accessories and decorating them. Really fits when serving grilled foods like burgers and stuff like that. I love the indoor and patio areas since they seem aesthetic. The food is really good here. I love the steak fries especially how we can use Cola-Cola glasses to fill our fountain drinks, which is something we don't usually see in most restaurants nowadays. The problem is the burger specifically the Sourdough Burger. The bread is hard and too much that I tasted more bread than the meat. Not only that, but it's quite hard to eat it. The meat is delicious though. Maybe, I'll order something else.

Yelp
Delicious! Had lunch here two days in a row. First day was with my office neighbor Rob and he had the Big Kirk Burger which is served on a soft French roll. He loved it. Juicy and very flavorful! Second day, today I went with my childhood friend Jack. Jack had the Big Kirk Burger on the soft French roll and said it was juicy and very flavorful! Two different people both say it was delicious. I had the regular hamburger both days and it was delicious. Juicy flavorful meat on a soft bun with fresh vegetables. So wonderful! Both days we split a large 1/2 ring and 1/2 fries. Super delicious! The service was wonderful and friendly! The ambiance is super nice! They remodeled the inside and it is very inviting to stay there all day and watch TV. Great place, I hope to be back soon!
google avatar

Sara J.

Yelp
This is my favorite casual restaurant for burgers. The service is friendly and efficient. The burgers were juicy and the cheese in the mozz sticks had a nice pull. I would give Kirk's 6 stars if I could.
google avatar

Mike S.

Yelp
I spoke to Pedro and all my visits are great! This place is good and such a classic for Campbell!
google avatar

Julie W.

Yelp
I'm sorry to say, but the new management is not what the old one was. burgers are still great, but customer service has gone way downhill. pick up orders are often wrong. The last time we ordered, several items were wrong/missing. we called to request a refund, and the individual on the phone starting yelling and swearing at us. We'll take our burger business elsewhere.
google avatar

Kevin C.

Yelp
The business has been around for years. They moved to a new location a few years ago. The old location didn't have fries for the longest time. I went by there a few weeks ago when I saw the sign off of Bascom. They have the best tasting burger that I have ever tasted. If you like a char flavored burger then this place is it. They also have an extensive offering of sides. My favorite is the beer battered onion rings. They are light and crispy and portions are just right. The service is good . They take your order and bring your food promptly. It's more like a sports bar with several flat screens with different sports . It costs a little bit more but if want a real burger with char flavor then Kirk's is it.
google avatar

Sophia L.

Yelp
The new kirk's steakburger has done a serious up grade - now a sports bar restaurant. Looks good. Food did not change-tasty. Service awesome as always. Food kinda pricy though, but worth checking the place out.
google avatar

Kevin P.

Yelp
Kirk is a local gem but the quality has dropped year after year. Lots of dining space and plenty of parking. It's an old school restaurant so don't expect the interior to be anything modern, you're there for the vibes and food. Onion ring: 2/5, onion came out with the first bite, sign of a bad onion ring. Tater tots: 4/5 Rodeo burger: 4/5, must try. Mushroom Swiss burger: 2/5, how are you going to give me a baguette bun for a burger
google avatar

Ervin A.

Yelp
First time eating here, and it was an overall satisfying experience. Service is great, they were very friendly, and even made sure to ask how we liked our experience on our way out the door. There's a lot of drunks at the bar, but they were the tame kind. Lots of families with their children there, so it's not just a place to drink. There's a lot of history on the walls with photos and autographs from different athletes. Lots of TVs with different sports on, there was even a professional kickball game on one of the screens which gave me a good chuckle. I was pleasantly surprised to find the bathroom was spotless and very clean, that's a big plus if you ask me. All in all, a great spot to eat, I recommend you check them out.
google avatar

Kaitlin K.

Yelp
Absolutely delicious char grilled burger. So tasty and flavorful! The onion rings were also excellent not too battered but perfectly done.
google avatar

Steve W.

Yelp
I had a great burger today at Kirk's! I've been wanting to try this chargrilled burger place for sometime. My jalapeno cheddar burger was grilled to a perfect temperature. It had the smokey grilled flavor. It was stacked with onion rings, a large butterflied grilled jalapeno, bacon and the usual l/t/o/pickle. It was 6" tall. It was a darn-near perfect burger. We got half and half fries and onion rings. Both were crispy and tasty. I chased my lunch down with a cucumber jalapeño margarita. It was a well made cocktail. This is a counter service restaurant with lots of old school booths at the dining room perimeter with tables in the middle. TVs lining the perimeter walls with a variety of sports channels. This is a perfect guys hangout restaurant and bar. I can't wait to come back...Kirk's is my new favorite burger and cocktail place.
google avatar

B P.

Yelp
Come here for the burger and beer, but don't forget to try the chicken. Sooooo good now I go there just to get the chicken.
google avatar

Brian D.

Yelp
Sucks! Even if they are moving across the street Guy wanted $6 for a burger patty Great! They no gluten free is my issue... But when I asked for a pickle slice and onion- no! Now $11 as usual! Ridiculous!! Especially after I just ordered $40 of food 20 minutes prior!!! Not going back The self service condiments was way better $5 for this extra just because I wanted only a patty Bye guys!!
google avatar

Eugene S.

Yelp
Nice spread. The place is clean and comfortable, tvs for sports fans, booths for groups and families. The bartender was friendly and attentive and my drinks and food came out quick. I had the tritip philly and it was fresh tasting and more than enough food. I'll have to come back and try the burgers. I overheard a patron saying "well that's it, I found the best burger".
google avatar

Haley M.

Yelp
My boyfriend and I came here for the first time on a Friday night. The place was packed but we still managed to grab a seat right away. My boyfriend and I both ordered a classic cheeseburger (he got a double) and split a large garlic Parmesan fry all for $40. Meat was super juicy and had good flavor. Fries were perfect! Greasy, garlicky, salty, and delicious! Food came out quick despite being packed. Great casual spot with TVs all along the walls with different sports games on. Nothing crazy special or unique here, but I'd recommend if you want a solid burger for a decent price.
google avatar

Alex W.

Yelp
Great food and great new location. So glad they were able to move to a new location and continue making great burgers. The service is always great and amazing staff that are still the same!!! The location is clean and also has lots of TVs so be ready and comfortable booths.

James S.

Yelp
This was our first time to the new Kirk's location in Campbell after having been going to the old Kirk's for 30 plus years - back when the only available side was a bag of potato chips. The queue is a little weird as we had to stand in line in the bar to reach the counter. But I think that's just a function of the layout. When the line was long, the bartender beckoned us from the line and took our order. She was friendly and offered suggestions about her favorites. Our food was delivered promptly and was hot. I wished the sourdough on my sourdough burger had been a bit more toasted to hold up to the moisture of the burger. But I made it work and it tasted nice. Everyone else was happy with their burgers too. The fries and tots were hot, crunchy, and seasoned. We'll be back.
google avatar

Trudy M.

Yelp
Decided to check out their new location. Not the same. The establishment could use some friendlier "being" as well. Confusing about the entry area. We were getting settled on a high top table and got chased off. We ordered at counter and waiting a bit for service as well. Two capable people at registers and they chose to let us wait for longer than needed. Not a good feeling. No one acknowledging you at all when you walk in. Receive our burger, fries and wings. Not the same. Didn't taste like the old burger you used to get. The wings were ok. Sorry to say we won't be eager to return.

Yelp
Burgers were fresh and cooked perfectly. Sweet potato fries were hot and crisp. More of a sports bar vibe.

Yelp
Fantastic burgers and shakes! Service was fast and personnel were pleasant. Atmosphere is fun with multiple tv's around the restaurant and outside seating.

Yelp
There is a new location where "Grill em" once was on Bascom, and it is a major upgrade on ambivalence.

Their new location (across Bascom from their old location) has a full bar! And more seating! I can still get a rare burger if I want (try that anywhere else! Fail) and the mushroom burger just hits the mark. Service is great too. The fry choices are outstanding and I like that I can get a glass of wine with my burger. I never feel rushed when I am there and it is nice to sit down with friends and just enjoy a great burger and company.

Yelp
Kirks moved locations to across the street and they still can't cook a simple burger or a grilled cheese correctly. It's truly remarkable! How can the grilled cheese be burnt on the outside yet uncooked on the inside? Never seen something like that. I would be embarrassed to serve this to someone! We did a take out order and they probably knew we wouldn't see it until we got home. The tater tots are over cooked too. Three stars for them replacing my meal. I drove back to get it replaced, they did replace it but that's truly embarrassing for that cook. Waste of a drive for me. The manager felt bad.

Yelp
Having had the original Kirk burgers hand formed and grilled over a hot flame. This was nothing like I remembered the original Sorry.

Yelp
We wanted burgers, but not the same old burgers... We decided on Kirk's. I hadn't been for years and years. My son and his wife had never been. They've moved across the street from their old location in what used to be Grill 'em. You order when you come in and then sit down. Our food came out quickly and was hot. I ordered my burger well done and it was.. but I think I'll order med well next time. The meat was delicious the fries crispy. I actually really enjoyed my DIL sweet potato fries more. They have TVs all over and a bar. Staff was really nice. Will definitely come back.

Yelp
Kirk's feels like a sports bar & an institution. We stopped in on a Saturday evening, ordered inside and found a table outside. The burgers and sides came out quickly enough, and we helped ourselves to condiments inside. The food was good - onions rings and seasoned fries were outstanding. The burgers were good, tasty and juicy but maybe a little under seasoned.

Yelp
I vote no. Our family used to be fans, but the value has disappeared. Lunch for 2. Chili- 3 oz of lukewarm chili in soft serve dish. Underwhelming burgers. Medium tater tots to split were less than noteworthy. No service to merit the tip we were hit up for at counter. I have better ways to spend 60 bucks on lunch, literally anywhere else. The 2 stars is for the improved ambience over the last location , which wasn't hard to improve on.

Yelp
I read some of the reviews and figured we should give this a go for a work-team lunch. Unfortunately, just like the last few reviews, the burgers were way overcooked. We (5 of us) asked for medium rare, and all got well done. Please share these reviews with the people in charge of grilling.

Yelp
There should be a negative star for a review. Decided to try their new location. Horrible customer service. Burger was dry. My son never received his splash brother's drink he ordered. We won't be going back. I guess customer service is a thing of the past.

Yelp
Steak...check. Burger...check. Steakburger...awesome! Honestly, it's a great restaurant for a steak burger in town! I've never had one and thought the steak wouldn't be as appetizing, but it's made perfectly. I got a 1/2 pound smokehouse burger with large Texas fries....great combo and price. I like how the vegetables are fresh and plentiful to balance the huge steak. The environment is a modern-day sports bar that is themed with Fanatic memorabilia...a little too much sports memorabilia on the walls, but it's not too tacky. Think more 90s TGIF restaurant-y vibes. The staff there is great and really nice, although the guy running the cashier seemed a bit impatient, but I'll chalk it up to a long Saturday for him. Parking is decent because it butts against a neighborhood, but parking could be rough if a major sporting event or party is held at the restaurant. Overall, it is solid 5, not going to knock em a star for above mentioned statements. Next time I'm around and looking for a steakburger, I'll stop by here. Hopefully, you do as well!

Yelp
This place has been around for ages and my husband and I have always driven past it, not realizing what a hidden gem this place is! A patient recommended this place and since then, we've come back twice in the same week! Fresh food and surprisingly not heavy... my favorite are the steak fries.

Yelp
Delicious burger! Best burger in the Bay Area. Come here if you want charcoal barbecue grilled burgers -- walked in and the whif of a picnic BBQ greeted my fortunate nose. The taste of a charcoal grilled burger later followed up to say hello to my taste buds. Absolutely delicious. Mouth still salivating from this experience. Wow.

Yelp
January 10, 2024 and our Wednesday night dinner group of 11 stopped in... It was definitely a busy evening as the parking lot was full, but there is plenty of street parking. We were all pleasantly surprised about how quick our food orders came out/we brought to our table. Hardly a word was spoken after our food started arriving as everybody was thoroughly enjoying their dinner choices. See the posted pictures for a couple of the orders/selections.
