The staff here are lovely. Super friendly. Although not all the added items they sneaked into the change room were to my liking the fact that they saw my choices and tried to offer styling options was good. Worth a visit and these multi-brand stores have a way better service attitude than the flagships. I’d rather buy here than at a flagship that treats you like dirt.

I am still waiting for my return to be processed. I wouldn’t shop here again.

Bought a pair of jeans on Sunday. Lovely young man said should I email the receipt? I said yes. Never got the emailed receipt. Hope they can make it right, in retrospect jeans need to be returned.

I had a wonderful experience with one in staff member in particular, Cory. I went in to buy a gift for a friend...like a pair of socks, and ended up buying so much more for myself....and forgot about my friends gift. He made the experience so much fun. I'll definitely be returning with my next pay check!!

been going here for years. favorite store in Soho. Expertly curated, best designers and great accessories all picked out with an expert attention to what's good taste and chic. Absolutely adore this place. Plus it's near my favorite designer vintage store Pilgrim so I make a two for one when I'm downtown as I live in the Upper West Side.

so I went in because it looked aesthetic but a crop top was 1,070 dollars or something. but I have enjoyed reading reviews because they’re all from filthy rich people that are like “oh I bought a pair of shoes and a purse” like wow y’all can really drop 10k like that? that is fascinating. good reads.

Even if you don’t buy anything, this store is like a well curated gallery. It’s always fun to see what unique pieces they have to offer one season to the next. It’s in-your-face, attention-grabbing fashion is not for the subtle. And I don’t think it’s their intention to be accessible to all, but I appreciate the hard work and art

If i could give this place a zero stars I would. I see that you are deleting reviews and i will say this again the guy that works there should be fired the worst attitude. get off your high horse. the store isnt all that probably the worst in soho. there were even customers leaving talking about the stick up his a**. why dont you get off your high horses and start treating customers with respect maybe then youll get a sale!

Please do not shop here; customer service is terrible; I've been waiting over a month for a simple refund. I have left plenty of messages and have not heard back from anyone. Shop at your own risk!!!!

The space is so big with really interesting/fun details like neon signage and intricate floor designs! Their assortment is so curated, at the same time I feel like girls with varying styles can find something special. They carry Bottega Veneta and Khaite which is perfect since they don't have stores around here. The sales associates are always so nice and helpful, I never feel pressured or uncomfortable when I'm in there. Must stop shop if you're in soho!

Woowwwwoo the worst boutique I have ever been too. First time I stepped in I felt like I'm in forever 21. Never seen such bad designed space, such bad taste on interior design and VM. Then I was surprised they have some pieces. Just really really terrible designed store. And the SA working there, forgot her name, Asian girl, said she was a stylist or something, wasn't listening to what I talked about at all. Didn't even take down my name properly and expecting me to shop with them again? Such a joke. She needs to be sent back to school and trained properly.

Very disappointed... called because I ordered something overnight and it was sent regular shipping... didn't even apologize...

KZ is my go-to when I need something killer. I travel quite a bit and enjoy shopping everywhere but when I need a look that is sure to turn some heads. . . . Kirna Zabete is the way to go! Kate is THE BEST! I met her when she was styling at Intermix years ago and have since followed her to KZ. She never hesitates to tell me when things are ill-fitting or not my best colors and sometimes she'll simply say "I think we can do better". It's so incredibly refreshing to have a stylist you can trust. I subscribe to her shared photo album where she is constantly uploading photos of all the new merchandise. It's wonderful because If I happen to be traveling but see something that I absolutely must have, I just send her a text and she takes care of the rest. It's like having a magical personal stylist fairy in your pocket Love this place!

Such a beautiful boutique in Soho area!! Wonderful decor, clothing, and service. The staff I have met was just as beautiful as the store. Great options with all the best designers.

Kirna's new location gives Barneys New York competition when it comes to profiling. I'd been to the old location several times, but my first visit to the Broome St. address was enough to make me rethink going back ever again. In addition to being followed around the store from the moment I entered, the sales girl acted like it was simply beneath her to help me. I get that people have off days, but the service was downright rude and frankly degrading. When someone sets foot in a luxury environment, they expect to be greeted with some degree of politeness as opposed to being glared at. In contrast, dealing with the other sales person (I believe his name was Everest) was a joy. If it weren't for him I would have probably walked out entirely. The store's selection is first rate (Givenchy, Proenza and all fashion's premiere designers) but they need more quality staff to really make the experience worthwhile.

Amazing selection of high end designer and contemporary styles. They have everything from YSL to Redone denim. Helpful salespeople (Alexandra in particular) with one on one service in a cool environment. I always walk away with something great!

Wonderfully curated selection and they carry Vetements, if you're lucky enough to snatch it before it's gone gone gone! The salesperson who helped me was passionate about her line of work and friendly. Of course I have to come back, it feels almost like an art gallery here! Maybe next time I'll leave with something right for me :)

Worst online shopping experience ever. Bought a pair of shoes for over 1000+ and received a pair that looked used. I emailed customer service back and forth and finally got an answer that I can send them back to look at and decide rather they can exchange or give me a refund. Sent the shoes back waited another half months got an answer that since the shoes didn't go back in original package they can not accept it. They didn't mention anything about what's the solution of the shoes. On their return policy they mentioned if the return is not in original package they will be send back to the customer. So I sent another 3 emails to ask about the shoes and if they are going to be shipping back to me. Finally got an email back about them after another few weeks and told me my shoes are still in the store and they are going to ship the shoes back. ( after 20 days after they told me the return was not acceptable ) What is the delay?? Were they ever going to ship it back to me if I don't send bunch of emails to ask about it? What a joke. I'm waiting for the shoes to come back to me still and really worried what the condition of the shoes are going to be since they kept them in the store for so long I really wish they didn't use them as floor sample.

So once Me and my friend visited this store and looked around but didn't see anything that catches my eye . So I sat on the couch and ordered a Uber to pick me up , it was cold and snowing , the car took really long time . The SA came to me twice ask if I needed anything . I said no. The third time she came by i told her I was waiting for my car . And then she said " since there is no customer here, so it's ok , but next time , don't do that ...." i was shocked . .... WOW just WOW ! Who the f do you think u are ...... why the hell would u hire a SA like that ? ?

BEWARE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. This company is inconvenient, unprofessional, and horrible to deal with. My wife ordered shoes on their website. We received an ordered number. After waiting for over a week, the package did not arrive. The company FAILED to contact us about the order that didn't go through. It's been a horrible experience.

So ill start off by stating the obvious... think of it as a Webster (Miami) It has a little bit of everything thats cool as far as mid to high end designers. They have a great selection of handbags (Celine etc) However, get rid of you smack talking poor excuse of a security guard. Whats wrong with retail employees nowadays, are you really allowed to talk back to customers? I had the most annoying episode with one of your guys and it was enough to walk the heck out. Im not buying a single purse etc at a place that employees such rude people. Its a shame because the sales staff that have helped me in the past have been great and very helpful. Get rid of that dude or get them etiquette classes.

Very expensive, but excellently curated selection of both established and emerging designers. The staff is friendly and helpful without being pushy and overbearing. The end of season sales are really amazing.

They have great sales at the end of the season. And they have a great curated selection of designer pieces. I love their neon light sign when you walk in. Very cute!

Kirna Zabete was having an awesome sale during cyber week so I ordered 2 Phillip Lim Pashlis. I was super excited about my buy but the next day I got an email telling me that they sold out of the purse that I already ordered. I was disappointed but understandably inventory mistakes can happen especially during cyber monday/week. Later in the day, I got a call from a random number in NY and it happened to be Carolyn from Kirna Zabete. (Luckily I picked up!) She called to apologize about the inventory mistake and explained that she actually did have the purses and they were mine! She just needed to process my CC again as they already refunded my original transaction. The process of re-ordering the purses over the phone was a breeze w/ Carolyn. My purses shipped in 1 day and I couldn't be more happy! It seems they have a great selection of items from mid-high end designers (chloe, givenchy, celine) I'll definitely make a trip there the next time I go to NYC. =)

I stopped in Kirna Zabete while walking around soho for the first time last week. They have and amazing assortment and the great selection of dressy and casual/weekend styles! They carry such a unique selection of designer styles that you can't always find at the actual designers boutique. The sales people were friendly and helpful, the girl I worked with walked me around the store and helped me find what I was looking for. I ended up buying a great dress and shoes to match! I recommend it to anyone looking for amazing selection and service.

The store is dirty and the sales associates are extremely pushy, edging on nasty. Feels like you walk into a circus with the colors and stripes, store is hard to understand and shop even with the designers. Any positive reviews are probably friends of the manager...not accurate. The Webster is much better.

Very unhelpful staff and the manager was "too busy" to come and and solve a query of mine. The reason I came into the store is because the they never answer emails or phone calls. You'd think if you've explained all this, someone would be treating you with a bit more importance; you are selling $1,000 shoes after all! Nope, was so put off by the useless and obnoxious staff I won't be returning. Such a shame that a gorgeous boutique is let down by uncouth staff.
