Kisbee on the Roof

I visited this location on a Monday and loved the environment, the calm and chill vibe of the bar. I loved our server when we got there, but I guess she left because we had a guy “help” us after 30 minutes or so. He seemed really into talking to the bar tender rather than helping us and so we had one more round of drinks and left. We would have loved to stay a bit longer but the vibe just changed. We got there around 5pm, so we were on the roof around sunset time. The happy hour menu was good, the drinks were tasty, the Rosé was not my favorite though. I would recommend this location for the view, pool, and overall vibes.

This is not a restaurant. It is a pool side bar with a small menu. The ceviche and French dip appetizers were good. The view was good. If you want a drink at a roof top bar that has some food this is the place. If you want a roof top restaurant this is NOT the place. Oh, the plastic forks, knives, spoon, and cups were great. :/

Great location and atmosphere. However the bar manager is racist. As soon as we started speaking in a different language her treatment of us changed and stopped taking our orders. I don't understand why would you work at a hotel bar if you don't like people??!!

Came on a Saturday night to celebrate my birthday with my girlfriends. The DJ wrapped up and left at 10, they were short staffed so hard to get drinks. Won't be returning

Made a reservation through OpenTable for my birthday early in the week, for an 8-top, for the roof... as advertised. I literally get a call an HOUR before my reservation that Friday and am told "sooo we don't make reservations, we make experiences." What that meant, apparently, was that despite taking reservations through OpenTable for their rooftop, it was actually first come, first serve up there. But I was in luck! For the low price of $350, they could accommodate me in one of their cabanas for a few hours (not including any drinks or food). There was no remorse or accountability for waiting until the Friday of a holiday weekend to essentially cancel our reservation, which had a domino effect on the rest of the night for us. We were informed the downstairs dining room took reservations, but they were unwilling to work with us to squeeze us into what appeared to be a full book for the night. As I write this, you can still make reservations for large parties on their roof through OpenTable--so I guess they weren't too worried about screwing up our night.

The chicken fritters were great, including the greenery that came w/ it! The dressing was 🤌🏼 The pool is small but we had plenty of room! The views of the mountains are pretty.

Spent a lovely afternoon here. Great views and drinks, and exceptional service. We loved the ceviche. Non guests are welcome, you should check it out!

This place took our reservation. Canceled at the last minute with giving us 45 minutes to spare. Was for a birthday reservation leaving us with nowhere for dinner if I could give zero out of five stars, I would.

Located at the top of the Jacquard Autograph Collection hotel you'll find these amazing views! You get the city and the mountains, perfect for that golden hour! The whole entire top floor is open including the pool area, just as long as you purchase some thing from the bar/ restaurant! Which is unheard of! A free roof too pool in denver?! Really hard to find. The day I went they were pretty short staffed, there was one girl working the entire place. She didn't leave from behind the bar, so you do have to go up and order as needed, no one will be around to assist you! So make sure If you are in the pool to bring easy shoes to slip on to walk over to the bar. I would also bring your own towel and robe if that's your comfort zone!

This rooftop bar might be one of the best ones I've been to in Denver if it's not the best. Located atop of Jacquard Hotel in the heart of Cherry Creek shopping district, this chic hotel has another restaurant on the first floor which I've been to in the past. Kisbee On The Roof is not only for the guests who are staying at the hotel, non-guests can enjoy it for a romantic date night or even a group of friends for happy hour. It appears that you can make a reservation (not sure what the requirements are however), my friend arrived a little before me so he secured two bar seats for us right at the so-called peak time of 6:30pm/6:45pm window on a beautiful Friday night. You can see the whole Denver: to the southwest there is the lush Wash Park area and to the northwest, downtown. Some people left a review saying that this rooftop can be hot during the summer months but we got lucky by having occasional appearances of the sun between the moving clouds. The lady at the bar was super attentive to our needs. I asked her about the French Rose which caught my attention on the menu (2021 Peyrassol La Croix.) I'm more of a red wine person but on a beautiful Friday evening in its upper 70/lower 80-degree temperature, I wanted something refreshing. I was wondering about the overall sweetness of it so I asked her to see if it was worth a try. She then kindly gave me more than a sip size of pour for me to try it first. I appreciate this kind of generosity. There is/was a bit of sweetness but it's mostly dry. Nicely chilled at the right temperature, this was exactly what I needed to enjoy the exquisite ambience that surrounded us at the poolside bar. For food to munch, we ordered Mediterranean Dip Trio. This is a good portion. And we enjoyed it tremendously! I was super hungry but between the two adults, this fed us pretty well. The plate contains honey-whipped feta dip, traditional hummus and white bean & piquillo pepper hummus with sides of rainbow carrots (cut long and skinny), pieces of triangle-shaped pita bread and potato chips (kettle cooked). All dips entertained our palates. I can see that this place can get super crowded although it's a decent size so like I said, call them to inquire about the reservation requirements. Also, definitely utilize the valet parking at the hotel because if you dine at the restaurants, they will validate your valet ticket so your parking will be free. This is a nice system as well!

Kisbee on the roof has great views of Cherry Creek. It's got great potential for an amazing rooftop bar, but in my opinion it's not quite there. The drinks taste premade and don't really leave you with an urge to return. It's also pretty overpriced. Our server was attentive and so sweet, but we also were the only ones there. The pool is pretty, and they do play music but it's very low volume. And while they do have a pool, there are hotel guests at the pool, who likely want to relax without the added chaos of a bar. It's definitely a place to just relax and lounge, if you're willing to pay more for a so so drink. It wasn't the greatest drink experience.

People complain about the service and credit card stuff....relax this place is very casual and chill. You will be rewarded with great views, cocktails and snacks. I thoroughly enjoyed visiting Kisbee. My cocktail Toki-Oh was delicious and refershing. Great snacks of Chicken snitzel sliders ....not greasy but light and crunchy and warm soft buns. Great truffle dip with fresh potato chips. Enjoy those amazing downtown and mountain views...you deserve it!

Lovely roof top bar with good cocktails, however it is expensive. Our server CJ was attentive and great for as busy as he was. The only thing is that there is a glass barrier all around the bar so you can't get a good picture of the sunset.

Beautiful views of the sunset and mountains. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Pool nice seating areas around it to relax while watching the sunset.

The local brewed beer Dry Dock was amazing along with the salad. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very nice ambiance for rooftop bar. The poolside cabanas looked amazing.

We've been delighted to start and end our day at the pool on the rooftop during our stay at the Jacquard hotel. Friendly crowd, prompt service, unique drink menu and the perfect spot to see the fireworks. We didn't order food but love the Narrative restaurant downstairs. Highly recommend staying at this hotel and spending time swimming and sipping at Kisbee on the Roof.

The wait staff was so rude to us . Service was awful ! I'm in a business in denver , I will let my clients know how disappointing everything was! I have never left a review , but had to ! I was so disappointed !

The servers service the pool area if you want to hang out during their business hours. Service is quick and they check back very often.

I was here multiple times last summer and back one time so far this summer. The rooftop seating is great and it's always been busy when I'm there in the evenings. It can be very hot, so if that bothers you, may not be the best choice. The menu is different this year and we did have some disappointments when favorites were gone, but I really enjoyed the chicken salad and would go back for that. The restrooms are on another floor, so plan ahead for that. Great views, especially at sunset.

Horrible service! Not busy and 8 of us agreed to never come back. Three of us are business travelers staying in the area. Two drinks were never delivered, had to order at the bar. A salad was aggressively set down in front of me after I said I didn't order one. Tabs were incorrect and we were told they couldn't split. If you're going to be an upscale place and your prices are high, your staff should be exceptional! We get better service at the dive bar in the suburbs. Extremely frustrating, no apologies for any screw ups and a few dirty looks thrown our way even. There are plenty of other options in the area. Only 1 person ordered food so there wasn't much to screw up!

It was amazing just to enjoy my meal and drinks while sitting on the rooftop and enjoy the view

Last week we came here for work and to no fault of the hotel restaurant they were full for the evening, but the hostess suggested we try there roof top restaurant. Despite being 20 degrees outside and windy the roof too I as well covered and had a great amount of heaters to keel this warm. The restaurant selection was limited and more tapas type place but what they did have was very good!! We had a various amount of selections including their sliders, nuts, olives, dips, pretzel and salads. Everything was super delicious and what made this really special was our waitress Cya. She was awesome!!! Despite a large party she was 100% on top of it and she what really pushed this over to a 5 star for me. I would really like to come back during the summer and experience the views and atmosphere from a kettle warmer experience, but what I experienced last week was all 5 star from me.

What an amazing view and SUCH good food and drinks. The wait staff is amazing! Was helped out by CJ and Autumn. Really made the experience that much better. A must go to in Denver!

Fun pool and bar. There is service poolside so that was nice. The view is really nice as well.

Great place to celebrate my sons birthday! We will definitely be back in the summer. Great food (sliders and the pretzel were a hit!) and amazing views! Customer service was top notch our server Erin was the best! Even though they were busy, we never had an empty glass!

The view was nice and the drinks were alright. Everything being served in plastic felt cheap and the massive party of loud men getting tanked for their bachelor party was unpleasant.

Troy is the best bartender you will have in Denver CO. Erin will take care of you and makes sure that you are always taken care of and that you understand the menu and has the best recommendations.

They require a credit card to make a reservation like some higher end restaurants/bars but don't be fooled. We sat at our table for over 15 minutes before we had to ask for service. Finally got our drinks after about 25 minutes of arriving. We spoke with a manager who NEVER apologized but offered 30% off our bill. We only had three drinks which should have been comped. Then they were rude when there was no tip!!!! Won't be going back!!!
