A classic example of a top-notch coffee shop in central London. The espresso is beautifully balanced, and the pastries are delicious. The interior is stylish, and the staff is welcoming. If you need a peaceful break from the city’s hustle, this is the perfect place.

The coffee and bread were really good, but the service wasn’t great. The female staff member seemed to be doing everything carelessly — she tossed the croissant bag and slammed the drink on the table. I don’t know what your problem is, but you should have better service-mindedness.

I visited the Kiss The Hippo Coffee branch in Mayfair and ordered a flat white with a single origin espresso. The quality of the coffee was notable—smooth, well-balanced, and professionally presented. There is limited outdoor seating available at the front, which is a pleasant option in good weather. However, the shop itself is quite small, and the barista appeared very busy, which slightly impacted the overall pace of service. At £4.30 for a flat white, the pricing is relatively high, even for central London. While the product justifies a premium to an extent, the overall value felt a touch expensive. Still, the experience was positive, and the coffee quality met expectations. A solid 4-star visit.

Very nice experience, both people in the cafe were very welcoming and friendly. Small but nice outdoor seating for when it’s sunny, very good coffee too :)

Decent coffee, with cute coffee art - easter themed! downside is that it is really more of a coffee station with no inside seating. some seats available outside the coffee joint.
