Easily the best hotel and food on the Balaton lake. The staff firstly, are phenomenal. The rooms are perfection and the attention to detail is incredible. The dinner that my wife and I had was 1st class. Better than most fine dining restaurants in Budapest. I ate perfectly cooked Pike with risotto and it was incredible. The wine list was great, you must ask for wines that were made and produced on the Balaton region, you will not be disappointed. Very dog friendly too and they had a dog water bowl laid out, which I’ve never seen in any hotel. I honestly highly recommend the hotel and restaurant. We will be back every year. That’s for certain.

One of my favourite restaurants at the lake Balaton. High quality of food and service with a charming countryside atmosphere. Exciting menu for reasonable price.

I have been a fan for 30 years, I think this restaurant has existed for more than 100 years. The waiter disappeared and was found in the office (!) again. Maybe times and markets change faster than I think?

We were at this restaurant! It’s absolutely magnificent. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was pleasant and cozy. The dishes were delicious and sophisticated with beautiful presentation. The prices were great. We will definitely come here again!!!

Lovely hotel. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfasts were nice and the staff very helpful. The restaurant in the hotel is outstanding. Amazing food with a great selection of local wines by the glass.

A magnificent restaurant! Excellent service, cozy atmosphere, and a summer terrace. The food is delicious, with generous portions and beautiful presentation. Everything was perfect, and we will definitely come back!!!

My partner and I had such a wonderful experience here and really appreciated that they offered a full vegan 4-course menu! Pumpkin was the star ingredient throughout, adding a perfect seasonal touch that made each dish feel so special. The service was fantastic, thanks to the super friendly young man and welcoming women at both the reception and bar—they really made us feel at home. The atmosphere was cozy, the service top-notch, and everything was spotless.
