Absolute trash of products! Used nappies, poor quality and wipes are also thin. Also bought the hair and body wash which irritated my baby’s eyes! Why are there harsh chemicals in babies washing liquid! So silly! Just avoid!

I emailed them about their nappies a couple of months back and they have yet to reply. Nappies are terrible. The best nappies I have come across are eco by naty. Kit and Kin nappies don’t absorb the urine properly. Constantly having to change nappy

Nappies are good but the nappy bags are not. We bought a large amount of nappy bags at the relatively high price kit & kin charge and every single bag splits when you put anything in it. They are useless and have only caused mess. We have tried bags from every roll and they are all the same. Very expensive for a product that is no use at all.

I have been using these since my baby was born, really pleased with the quality and the fact that the nappies won’t still be decomposing in 300-500years! I also had a problem with my monthly subscription being delayed due to the couriers, I contacted Kit&Kin who arranged for 3 packs to be posted out next day delivery so I wouldn’t be without for the weekend. Will always recommend!!!!

I contacted Kit and Kin on May 10th. I have chased up this query but still have yet to hear back. I queried an ingredient which didn't sound very good in one of their products and I believe that it's possible that that is why I have not heard back.

I have subscription now for a year and had delivery issues (nappies left outside in a puddle or not delivered so you have to chase them). Now they sent me wrong size. The worst lart is customer service as they are rarely available during their working hours. It sends you to voicemail mostly. Not happy with the company, so I will be looking into other sustainable brand subscriptions.
