I subscribed and ordered 4 packs of nappies on 12 January, but they didn’t arrive until 19 January. When they finally turned up, the box was damaged and one of the packs was slightly cut open.
This has now happened twice, which is really not acceptable. We have a newborn and we’re already short on sleep, so we rely on online shopping to make life easier. Because of the delay, we had to rush to Tesco to buy nappies just to get by.
What made it worse was the response to my complaint. The company’s reply was basically that this is their standard delivery speed, and if I want quicker delivery I need to pay an extra £3. That completely misses the point, because this isn’t just about speed. It’s about reliability and receiving items in good condition.
The product itself is fine, but the delivery and customer service have let it down. I’ll give it one more try, but if it happens again I’ll definitely switch to another brand.
