The team’s service is excellent, providing an amazing experience! The açaí presentation is flawless, very well-served, and made with fresh ingredients. I have to highlight the exceptional service from the manager and the cashier lady who speaks Portuguese and English, who are incredibly friendly and attentive, making the environment even more pleasant. If you’re looking for a place to enjoy delicious açaí with top-notch service, this is the perfect spot! I will definitely come back!

As a Brazilian myself, it’s a hit of fresh air to have great, fresh and delicious options to grab a bite, or products to add to my grocery shopping! I’m a regular at Kitanda for years now, and I can’t go a week without a quick stop at the Broadway location! Highly recommend, for quality, ambience and unmatched costumer service!

This is my favorite coffee shop in Seattle! I’ve been going there for years and always had good service. Not only the coffee is good but the açaí bowls are very generous and the kitanda bread is an amazing option for a delicious gluten free treat.

I AM GOING TO BE SO FAT! I love Brazilian cheese bread. A friend told me about this place and being Celiac, I HAD to check it out. Way better than the ones you get at the store. They also have a great ordering app, the folks are super friendly and I want all the cheesepouf bread. They sell bags of it so when I have room in my freezer I might replace it with bags of yum.

Small Brazilian restaurant at corner of Broadway and John (across from Capitol Hill light rail station) that serves Brazilian food and drinks. I had the egg, spinach and cheese sandwich on Kitanda Bread and it was very good. The place was clean and the sandwich was made quickly after I ordered it.

I’ve really tried to like this place because I love having acai like daily, but the past few times have been so off putting. The women are downright rude people and ignore you completely because they’re busy chatting, and when they do engage with you they act like I’m bothering them by being there. The açaí bowl they gave me my last visit was melted completely, and the oat chai tasted so bad I couldn’t drink it, overwhelmingly full of oat taste, and they forgot to add an espresso shot that I paid for. They never give you a bag unless you ask even when you order several things, and MAN, the eye rolls they give when you ask is insane. They clearly don’t want business, I’m guessing they hate their manager and want the place to fail. I just can’t imagine why someone would act this way. And reading other legitimate reviews, it seems it’s a common experience. I will say that when I’ve gone in the morning, the men working were super friendly. But I won’t be back.

Oh boy these Brazilian cheese bread sandwiches are sooo good! Pão de queijo has a chewy, mochi-like texture that I really dig. I got two cheese bread sandwiches and both are delicious. They've got fantastic values given the reasonable prices (two sandwiches for less than $10)! Service was friendly. I was warned that I had to wait for about 15 minutes because they just ran out of cheese bread but I got mine freshly out of the oven so I have nothing to complain.
