This place is so good. Awesome outside seating right on King Street. They have gluten free bread to substitute on any of their sandwiches so I highly recommend it for those who are gluten free.

Okay so honestly, I was really excited to eat here. The quinoa salad looked good online and it was pretty busy, so I figured I'd give it a shot. I got what was described as a vinaigrette which was much more of an aoli and most likely not vegan. The "salad" was a few very thick slices of cucumber and tomato with strange, dried out bread. The quinoa was full of chunks of what I can only describe as relish. No flavor at all, I just doused it with hot sauce and powered through this one. PLEASE try to have at least one vegan options on your menu, it's always frustrating when I try to go out in chas. and get stuck with something like this at a place downtown. It was a pretty attractive meal, but really fell short as far as I'm concerned. Not worth the ten or so dollars on this one. Great location and pleasant atmosphere though!

Cobblestone sandwich was really good! Arugula and gruyere cheese were a great combo on the sandwich. Waffle was fresh and hot! Good flavor to the coffee.

The food is good, but a bit disappointed about the potato serving cold. The rest is nice.

Everything was great. Short wait for food on Saturday morning. Food was delicious. Wife had waffle and I had the Charleston plate. If I had to find a complaint, the biscuit was just a TAD bit dry, but not much at all. Will definitely return on my next trip to Charleston.

Loved the food! The owner welcomed us to Charleston. She and her staff was super nice. The bloody Mary's were small but the cost was $4 so if you want a big one, you'll need to order 2. The battery (eggs Benedict) was fabulous!

Reading other reviews, I’m not really sure what the rave is? The food is just average good. Couple of items like Sloppy Joe was good, but their waffle and fried chicken was less than average. Service is VERY slow. There were 3 people cooking and 3 people serving and supporting. My good came out in 34min later. No one came to apologize. No one offered any treats as courtesy... worst of all... chicken was not fully cooked... Nonetheless, I can see how outdoor dining could be fun and people were nice. I wouldn’t eat here ever again.

The outside seating was wonderful. The special menu item was pumpkin pancakes and they looked incredible. My wife got the chicken and waffle sandwich and that was great too. Unfortunately, we were underwhelmed by some of the other menu items. I would have given a higher rating if all of the menu items were as creative and thoughtful as the specials.
