Excellent farm to table. Our waitress was excellent despite her T-shirt describing herself as not like other girls but worse. She was great. The bacon was excellent. The burrito was very large and filling. If you order the Cardamom French toast with mascarpone it is not sweet. It’s more savory. I was expecting it to be sweet and hello cardamom! We’d go again. It seemed like a lot of local regulars visit the place too. We were visiting Duluth for the weekend and the Duluth Grill had a 90 minute wait.

My mom and I rolled through this morning and thought everything was great. The guy behind the bar was great, very hospitable, chatty and we were able to talk about coffee! The food was great and the drinks! Highly recommend if you’re wanting great local coffee

I hesitate leaving GOOD reviews of places in Duluth because I’m selfish and want them to be available to me always. But I must… breakfast was SOOOO good!!! Their potatoes with sausage are my life, the Rascal was soooo delicious, my latte healed my heart and the service was top notch. Our server had the best mustache and kind face 😊 10/10

Going here feels like a good friend invited me over for lunch and I discovered my good friend was an incredible host and a stellar cook. That’s the overall vibe. What an absolute delight. The layout of the space makes every table feel incredibly private. The space is inviting and comfortable, but understated and beautiful. The kind of space I want to spend all day in as the food and coffee keeps coming. It somehow promotes conversation with the privacy of the booths and the lack of excessive noise (music, kitchen, patrons — seemingly turned to a low lull). The food was exactly what I wanted in the moment — and it was delicious. My family and I had the vegetable hash (no egg or cheese for me in an attempt to veganize), the burrito, and the roper. 10/10 all around with flavor off the charts. I am already mentally building the list of friends and out-of-town guests I can bring here because it truly is the perfect spot, especially with its easy walk ability tight off the Lakewalk. Excited to go back asap.

We stopped in for breakfast on a holiday morning and were seated immediately. Coffee and tea were both great! We ordered the burrito and the breakfast sandwich, both of which came out quickly. Would recommend trying the hot sauce! Cute ambiance and you can access the cafe next door through the back hallway. Very reasonably priced and they use ingredients from local farmers.

If I could give Kitchen & Bar at Duluth Coffee Company 10 stars I would! It was absolutely fabulous!! We just left there a few minutes ago and I'm putting off my sightseeing until I tell everyone who is smart enough to check out this establishment in review...stop scrolling, just go and have breakfast/brunch here!!! My husband and I share breakfast. The two dishes we ordered were an egg, bacon and toast plate ala carte. The bacon is thick sliced and perfectly cooked, the toast is house made wheat sourdough, and the eggs...well eggs are eggs, but these were prepared just right as ordered. But the star of the show is the Trail SHT. It is hands down the best yogurt and granola preparation we've ever tasted: salted maple granola, seasonal fruit compote, lemon zested Greek yogurt and a drizzled local maple syrup. Of course we asked if we could purchase some to take home. Alas, no they don't have a large enough operation to produce take home bags. Duluth is too cold in the winter for me to consider relocating here, but know this...I would highly consider it after tasting this dish! The atmosphere at Kitchen & Bar is really bright and clean and enjoyable. There is outside seating. The staff is excellent and took really good care of us. I'm happy to pass this information along to others who visit Duluth. Now, take my advice! You'll be glad you did!

The food here is absolutely amazing, no complaints at all. But the coffee shop next door, which they also own, was a huge disappointment. The service wasn’t rude, but the coffee itself was just bad/weak, bitter, and not worth the price. Honestly, I’d come back for the food anytime, but I’ll be getting my coffee somewhere else.

All locally sourced food. I ordered mischief items, eggs, beacons and potatoes. My friend ordered sandwiches. I decided to go there because of the breakfast fried rice but they changed the menu every summer/season. Coffee is really good. I wished they have fried rice for breakfast items. Good service and friendly. Small and intimate space. Connect to the coffee shop next door

The place was busy ! But we found a table right away - great coffee and ceasars to start! The menu was with ingredients that were regionally sourced, simple, but unique too. service was great and we will definitely be back!

WOW! We were soooo happy to find this foodie place. Duluth doesn't have a ton of foodie restaurants, but this place was EXACTLY what we wanted for brunch! Our son even came down to join us after I texted him the menu, lol. We sat outside on the lovely patio under the pergola, and really enjoyed a leisurely Sunday morning. it was busy, but we got service right away. Our server was great and had good suggestions. We went with the eggplant caponata polenta and the breakfast fried rice. We loved both, but I'm still dreaming of that fried rice, YUM. I could eat that for breakfast every day. Son had French toast with eggs and also loved it. We all tasted the local maple syrup and thought it was exceptional. I had heard the decaf coffee was good, and it was SO good I bought two bags to bring home. Good decaf is hard to find! I only wish it was open for dinner so we could try some of the cocktails! Maybe soon as it seems VERY popular. Will definitely return!

Incredible place! I got a cappuccino (delicious) and tried a coffee cider that was on the menu. Surprisingly yummy! The server was very kind and offered suggestions. The food was also great, I had the breakfast burrito. Big ahh burrito, too, bigger than I anticipated. My friend got the biscuit sandwich which they reported was fantastic, too. Great place.

The coffee and food were amazing! I had the feta breakfast bowl which was so delicious with fresh herbs. Will definitely be back!

Had a variety of menu selections, including egg special. All were delicious. The staff were just awesome with smiles and service. Compliments to everyone in and out of kitchen.

The maple latte is to die for. Every time I go I can't wait until I can get back for another. Bummed that the French toast was off the menu with my last visit.

I loved this place! Friendly service, amazing fresh food, and great atmosphere. Lots of options if you are vegetarian, and the quality doesn't go down. We loved the breakfast so much we came back the next day! Cinnamon roll was huge, and we got the breakfast sandwich and huevos rancheros. Big portions for a good price- plus the coffee and apple cider were to die for. Worth the stop, and best breakfast in Duluth.

Super satisfied with food, service and coffee. I had the breakfast Burrito with bacon. It had very fresh ingredients and was not greasy whatsoever, I can only conclude all other menu items would also be perfectly executed. The ambiance was very modern and clean with booths separated by higher walls for privacy or if you wish you could sit at their inside or outside tables or the bar, which offers cocktails along with their coffee creations.

Amazing food and coffee. Simple breakfast options but all tasty. Recommend the scallion biscuit, and the Roper breakfast sandwich. Try a pour over, some of the special coffees are worth the wait. Overall very affordable too, highly recommend. All the employees were nice, prompt and courteous. 5 stars.

We stayed upstairs in the Airbnb . Came down for coffee. Nice place, good coffee. The owner takes it seriously, and it shows.

Overpriced for mediocre food and drink. Staff was very pleasant, however food left us not feeling great. Cute decor

The food is ok, decently prepared and out in a timely manner. The staff, of which there were three working the floor, was mixed. One young man was conscientious and hard working. The two young women were more concerned with chatting and looking at their phones than customers.

Best breakfast in Duluth. We had the Benny, the Cannoli French Toast, and the breakfast burrito and the were awesome. The coffee lived up to their high standard and the server was very helpful. Thank you DCC Kitchen!!!

The food and drinks were great, however, the service left a lot to be desired. It took forever to get a coffee, and after we finished our coffee and mimosa, our server never asked if we wanted another. In fact, she kind of disappeared. We asked another server if we could get another mimosa and she told us "Yes" and then we never got it. The restaurant itself was nice, with outdoor seating, but being next to the casino attracts some seedy characters on the street. As an overall experience, it was just okay.

I am making this review before I've gotten my food. Where I'm from places like this isn't even a thing. When I first walked in I was greeted by an amazing view of the bar and booths. Overwhelmed by the rustic/futuristic coffee style joint. The servers are better than ever and quick. I sat down and ordered within 5 minutes because of the quick service. I used the restroom and notice the kitchen. Super clean!! One of the things I always look at when eating out, right then I knew I had found my new go to breakfast/lunch spot!! Just amazing!!
