"Osman Sezener and his team offer a unique and international take on Turkish cuisine. Produce from the region takes centre stage and it is always guaranteed to be fresh and flavourful. The dishes are not overly complicated, but they certainly pack a punch. The perfectly fried sea bass is as fresh as if it had just been caught. The accompanying sauce, prepared like a beurre blanc, is enriched with oyster sauce and an elegant herb-infused oil. Fortunately, you are given (delicious!) sourdough bread, so you can mop up every last drop. The herbs come from gardens surrounding the restaurant and hit the spot every time. For instance, a salsa verde of fresh herbs beautifully elevates the octopus cooked in the charcoal oven. Generosity and finesse go hand in hand here. The extremely appealing à la carte selection really leaves you spoilt for choice! The luxury hotel The Bodrum Edition provides the ideal setting in which to explore this creativity. There is a certain laid-back vibe here that is pleasingly contemporary, warm and welcoming. But it is the breathtaking view over the resort and the bay that steals the show!" - Michelin Inspector

Love it!! One of the best restaurant, I have ever been. The menu is well organized and planned. Definitely recommended place. The food is fresh and I love the sea beam tartare with green apple sauce, but other dishes in the menu are delicious. The ambience and service are amazing. Both dinner and breakfast are fantastic! Coupled by amazing bay views. The food is fresh, flavorful and depicts perfectly the Mediterranean cuisine. Turkish breakfast was memorable, Aaron took great care of us. At night, I ordered the yellowtail entree, the octopus and the fish… Every dish was explained in detail and tasted delightful.

KITCHEN by Osman Sezener at The Bodrum EDITION carries a Michelin star and a strong farm to table brief, but my visit fell short of that promise. Plate design was the one clear highlight the ceramics and plating choices fit each dish perfectly and looked considered. Beyond that, flavors and execution were mostly mediocre for the price point, with courses that read better than they tasted and little that felt memorable once the plates were cleared. The terrace and view are attractive, and the concept is sound, yet on this night the cooking did not meet the reputation.

We had the tasting menu - which was one of the best culinary experiences ive had. Definitely have it with wine pairing! Manti with pear sauce and the tartare were my favourites. Thank you Risper for great service and hospitality all night long.

An incredible experience! All the dishes were prepared with extreme care and unique flavors. The explanations given for each dish and the wine pairings were excellent. The restaurant is also very beautiful, with a stunning view! I have to thank the chef and all the staff, especially Benedet, who made us feel extremely comfortable and answered all our questions about the dishes served. Since we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, we received a treat, a delicious cake, and a congratulatory card signed by all the staff members. We loved it!!!

This was the last dinner of our honeymoon and I was so impressed but the chefs tasting menu! I seriously enjoyed every plate and recommend anyone dine here, especially if staying at Edition. My favorite was the sea bream tartare. My husband and I were both stuffed, it’s more than enough food. Great wine pairings as well.
