This company was recommended to us and I also would 100% recommend them to everyone who needs new counter tops. They surely must be the best in the whole of Nevada. Ashley helped me and kept me informed every step of the way, such an asset to the company. They came to measure, no fuss just meticulous. When Kirk and Ethan arrived to do the fitting, they were both courteous and pleasant. They diligently worked non stop. The workmanship is second to none, they are true artists of their profession. We are delighted with the finish it is just perfect. Great job.

All of their employees -- from Ashley who coordinated my request, to Jamie (not sure of the spelling) who took measurements and provided samples, to the two installers -- were courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. And the entire project, from initial consultation to installation, was completed in a very timely and efficient manner. And last but not least, my new countertop looks great, exceeding my expectations! I would not hesitate to avail myself of their services in the future or to recommend them to friends!

Kitchen Connection is truly a helpful resource. We have used them on a rental property as well as our own primary home. Ashley and Christina went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Travis is a true craftsman, who takes great care and pride in his work. Highly recommend.

I had my kitchen counter and three bathroom counters replaced with the laminate and I just love it! Everything was so timely from when the person came out to measure, gave me the estimate on price and then the time that they would come out and install. . I am so impressed with everybody there, Christina and Ashley in the office were just so courteous and helpful and the installers I needed to work around some plumbers that were late and getting their part done and they did such a fine job, and everything came off without a hitch. I am just tickled and delighted with the product the service and the courtesy, friendliness and professionalism of this company.

I just had my countertops installed today by Kitchen Connections LLC. Kirk and Troy was exceptional in their experience with installing the countertop to perfection! I would give them a 10! Thank you! My kitchen re-do is now complete.

Excellent customer service from Travis, Very responsive from point A - B, always answers or returns calls when I have questions, always there when I need. Cabinets came on time, Travis came out to install and was very patient as one of my plumbers ghosted me, Travis worked around that etc If it wasn't for my plumber he could of knocked out a kitchen cabinet install in one day by himself! I definitely recommend Travis with Kitchen Connection!

I feel as if I am repeating another review from Fran D. Jamie came to my home as well to measure and Kirk and George came back to remove old and install new. Great quality counters, professional skills and very respectful of home. Had drop cloths as it was raining and they did not want to track in dirt. Showed me pieces to make sure right color before install. Walked me through it all when done offering to answer questions. Had one minor micro paint chip and offered to repair it. They are top notch in all aspects. Communication, respect, consideration of home owner and beyond. HIGHLY recommend them and happy to brag about how good they are. Great value on their prices. Very competitive to other quotes. Jamie has insights when he came out for measurements to add a few inches to snack bar. He was right and I love it.

Jaime came and measured for our quirky countertops and 2 weeks later Kirk installed them. That's all there was! Reliable, great value, beautiful quality. They said what they were going to do and did it right on schedule.

Kitchen Connection's is the best. Excellent quality counter top. They are exceptionally professional, cleaned up after both the removal of the old one and installation of the new one. First class with a Five Star rating.

Travis installed hardware on all the cabinets in our home. He was fast, precise, and they look great! Really happy with our experience.

Dealing with a rental property is a nightmare...a NIGHTMARE. This is compounded with two landlords (exes) in different states who are total amateurs...who can't make decisions, waste time and break kitchen countertops on the day that everything is supposed to be DONE ... that is US. At this point, I am frustrated and losing my mind...completely over this mess. Enter Kitchen Connection; I sent several emails out to different contractors explaining my problem...most said they would have to have someone come out to give me a quote. Christina from Kitchen Connection responded right away and said if you give me some measurements I can give you a rough estimate.... YAY took that offer. She quoted me a fair price. Next step: we had Jaime come out and measure for an accurate price. Jaime arrived on the scheduled day and time. He was ON TIME and the added bonus was that they called to let me know they were on their way. The final price ended up being a bit less than the original quote another YAY... Next staff member I met was Ashley we picked out the color and submitted the order. Super nice and answered all my questions. The next day I had reservations about the color I picked matching the existing countertops (remember amateurs) and Ashley and Christina both took the time to look at color selection and even go outside to compare in the sunlight with the existing countertop. They could have told me to kick rocks "the order was submitted" but they took the time to talk with me. Awesome customer service.... seriously awesome customer service. The following week.... installation.... this was scheduled and again everyone arrived on time.... installation was fast and clean. Super nice guys I wish I could remember their names but they also were also top notch. The replaced countertop matches the other side and it looks great. If considering doing a remodel please reach out to this company. They truly are next level customer service.... and they saved me from losing my mind and running into the Nevada desert. :) Thank you..... THANK YOU!!!!!!!

Avoid this company they are very unresponsive and dishonest be very cautious of doing business with them , The person who runs the cabinet department be is rude and unhelpful basically low level of customer service, even when we placed our order they we unable to manage our order with the cabinet manufacturer , due to this we decided to cancel our order because the order was not progressing, they were unhelpful and said we could not cancel , after reading the purchase terms with actual manufacturer and contacting them and credit card company we received a refund , we re ordered same kitchen brand from another company they were able to expedite the order with the manufacturer and we have a new kitchen installed and completed before the order was even scheduled to arrived with Kitchen Connection.

Poor customer service and no desire to work. Travis seemed to have no desire to do the project and basically said he doesn't want to waste his time ( after he wasted our time on an appointment that got no where due to his attitude). Also, he seemed to have no desire to talk to me (the wife) and even when I was doing the talking, he would continue to ignore me and address my husband instead. Anyways, we decided not to " waste his time" or ours and went with someone else. Now I see based on the reviews and the pics that we dodged a bullet cos this was no isolated incident. P.s I put a review on their site but ofc the site only shows the good reviews cos that's what shady businesses do.

Our installer did an outstanding job with our kitchen cabinets. He's meticulous, and his work ethic is commendable. The people at their office were also helpful and kind to us.

Jamie and his team of professionals really go above and beyond. I had some issues trying to get my tops to match with another contractor but after a visit with Jamie and Kirk they knew exactly what to do. Kirk ended up installing my new top. I don't remember his helpers name but he was a nice kid. Very professional and they did quick work! I would say he is a premeire installer to say the least. Highly recommend Kitchen Connection!

One day while cooking something delicious in my kitchen, I went to open my drawer to get a utensil. When I pulled the drawer out, the "face" just ripped off in my hand! WTF? I'm not THAT strong! When I contacted the builder they said my warranty expired (and it was most likely built incorrectly) and I needed to repair it on my own. The builder recommended at least 10 companies that they purchased their cabinets from and I went with KC. I cannot for the life of me remember his name (maybe Richard), but he got back to me RIGHT AWAY. He asked me for all the dimensions of the drawer and I didn't know them so I brought the drawer down to the office and left it there for him to measure. A MONTH LATER, after a series of unanswered emails I drove down there ready to give him a piece of my mind! Guess what? The drawer was still sitting in the same spot I left it a month ago. The reason why I put up with his crap for a month is because every time I would email or call--someone would tell me that it would be resolved. I was busy with other appointments and a few times I actually forgot about it. When I asked the lady who worked there--(I don't know if it was her company)--she explained to me that they use a private contractor and that he is about to retire and doesn't care about anything anymore. WHY IS THAT OK???????? How can you still employ someone who agreed to do repairs for you and then just let him do whatever he feels like doing? I was so annoyed by this company. I had wasted PRECIOUS time because I was considering selling my house at the time and needed to have this done. I probably had one of the simpliest jobs on his list. He literally had to look at the drawer, find the match, order it, charge me for it, and have me pick it up. Lazy.

I could go on for days about how amazing Christina, Jill, Jaime and the installers are to work with. I will keep this short and sweet. This company is utterly amazing. The staff is professional, well organized, and can do anything you ask of them. I would not be able to manage and complete the renovations at my community if it wasn't for all of them. If you are looking for a countertop company do not go anywhere else. Kitchen Connection is a one stop shop. A Huge Thank you to all of you at Kitchen Connection!!

Kitchen connection is an amazing company. I had new counter tops put in. The men who installed them were amazing. My counters are beautiful. Also they informed me that for proper warranty on the plumbing I should replace sink and faucet. The were totally correct. Thank you. When they were done they cleaned the kitchen looks like no remodeling had been done except for my beautiful counter tops. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you for my new beautiful kitchen.

Just went here to check out some bigger pieces of a countertop I was interested in. Christina was super helpful, explained all my options and answered all my questions and gave me some samples. I'm glad I made the drive to the shop.

We recently renovated our kitchen. Our contractor utilized Merillat cabinets supplied by Kitchen Connection. Unfortunately, there was a mix-up and the incorrect color was ordered by our contractor. When he contacted Kitchen Connection, they were unwilling to do any returns or exchange as it was "not their fault" and was the fault of the contractor. When we pointed out that they were not only the wrong color, but the finish was inconsistently colored and poorly applied, Kitchen Connection was unwilling to send a representative to look at it to verify it was faulty workmanship by Merrilat, as basically wrote the issue off for us to resolve ourselves. It took a series of seven phone calls until a representative came to our house to inspect the cabinets for poor workmanship. They deemed the cabinets were just fine, and the issues we had were due to the fact that "we live in a dry climate and it changes the finish". This was before they were even installed! Since we got nowhere with Kitchen Connection, we had to hire a woodworking company to recolor our cabinets at significant cost to use. I will never use Kitchen Connection again, as they don't stand by the products they sell.
