I am extremely disappointed with my recent buffet experience at the Hyatt Regency Gurgaon. It was nowhere close to the standards expected from a five-star property and felt like a complete waste of money.
Firstly, it was shocking to see that there was not even a single chicken dish in the Indian main course. Many guests do not eat fish or mutton, so what exactly were they expected to eat? This clearly reflects poor menu planning and obvious cost-cutting.
Secondly, the food was being served cold. Serving cold food in a premium buffet is absolutely unacceptable and shows a lack of basic quality control and guest consideration.
The overall spread was extremely limited, with very few options compared to what is normally expected at Hyatt. The buffet felt cheap, poorly managed, and not worth the high price being charged.
This experience has completely broken my trust in the Hyatt brand. When guests pay a premium amount, they expect premium quality, variety, and service, none of which were delivered.
I would strongly request the management to look into this matter seriously and provide an explanation and appropriate resolution, as this experience was highly disappointing and unacceptable.
