Kitchen Master has quickly become a go-to spot for me, having visited twice within a week. Each time, I ordered the same items: Hot and Sour soup, boom boom shrimp, and Chicken Tofu fried rice. I must say, every dish exceeded my expectations. The standout aspect of Kitchen Master is its quick service. Despite the rush, the staff always manages to deliver orders promptly. However, there's a slight inconsistency with the Chicken Tofu fried rice. While it's generally good, I've noticed some variation in taste across visits. Price-wise, Kitchen Master offers reasonable rates for the quality of food and service provided. Despite the minor inconsistency with the fried rice, I'll definitely be returning for more delicious meals. Overall, Kitchen Master is a solid choice for a satisfying meal with quick service and friendly staff.

I enjoy hand made dumplings and noodles as much as the next guy, but damn… these were amazingly good! Overall, service was spot on during dinner hours, and the staff constantly checked on our table. The food… oh my the food… it was probably some of the best noodles and dumplings I have had in the North Texas area. The soup dumplings were great. I would say they could probably use a little more broth inside of them, but that would have been my only complaint. They were delicious on their own, and tasted even better when dipped into a small dish of black vinegar and fresh ginger slices. I had the chili sauce noodles. I love a simple noodle dish like this and I don’t even mind that it isn’t served with a meat. Honestly, some pork belly would be great here, but I thoroughly enjoyed this plate as it was, noodles, bok choy, and plenty of tasty chili sauce in the bottom. The house wontons were simple and delicately tasty. We had the pork, but you have the option for a vegetable only wonton. The pan fried buns were also a very simple take on a pork bao but they were coated with sesame seeds on the bottom and fried til golden brown and crispy. No burnt buns here! Would order again! The minced pork noodles, although a bit monotone on the flavor, were still very delicious. The flavor here was really good, but it’s kinda like a good song with only a few musical notes. We would have liked a bit more complexity in the flavor but that’s a personal taste issue and not a fault on Kitchen Masters. Best egg drop soup I have tasted in a long time as well. It was fantastically executed and way better than any other run of the mill soup. It reminded us of the delicious soups we enjoyed while visiting Chinatown in LA many years ago. It brought back fond memories of recipes passed down from past generations and a general love for good Chinese cuisine. Even the chilled cucumber salad was worth the price. Cucumbers marinated in a sweet vinegar sauce with slices of garlic and red pepper. It was a perfect compliment to the meal as a whole and added that sweet and sour profile to the palate. Overall, I can’t wait to come back here! I want to try more foods from the menu and see what else they have to offer! No eaters remorse here in any sense of the word.

Went here for Mother’s Day. Had high expectations coming in and experience in this type of food based on Kirin Court in Richardson. Food was good, not great. Dough on the dumplings was thicker and it contained a lot of water. Flavor was good, portion size good. BBQ buns were skimpy on the fillings and the dough was really thick and not sweet. Service was prompt but not personal. It was not busy, but with the hard surfaces it was very noisy. If the place was packed it would be hard to have any conversation They did take reservations, and they did appear to have a side private room for a small party.

Visited this place on a busy Saturday evening, place was packed.. would recommend everyone to book in advance especially on Saturdays. Place has good vibes. Food was good, somethings were better than others. We had dumplings, bun, Singapore noodles, hot & sour soup. The mens restroom was a bit messy, as there was lot of water on the floor. Overall 3.5/5

Google
Kitchen Master is big and clean. It has a variety of Chinese food. For 6 people, we ordered the following: Pork soup dumpling Shrimp and pork soup dumplings Honey walnut shrimp Twice cooked pork Beef rice noodles Dumpling combo Pan fried buns All the food was very delicious and came promptly. The service was attentive and the staff is very nice. A lot of families and parties of 2 come here to enjoy a meal. It’s on the pricier side but the quality and portion is great.

UPDATE 5/28/24: Second visit here and still 5 stars! My Mom and I were greeted by Melissa (she and her husband manage the place), then seated and handed Menus. I appreciate how they acknowledged and reconfirmed food allergies at the start of our visit. There have been instances (at other restaurants) in the past where my food allergies were not addressed or taken seriously, ultimately resulting in cross-contamination and a visit to the ER. I strongly recommend an OpenTable reservation as you are guaranteed a table, since it tends to get rather busy during both lunch and dinner. Lunch special menus are offered as well as an all-day Menu. Food, service, and ambiance are the reasons we choose to return to Kitchen Master for subsequent visits. Kent was our kind, courteous, and professional server. He made sure we had everything we needed We started things off with two Cherry Blossom Cocktails, followed by the dishes listed below which we shared. 1.) Basil Chicken with Steamed White Rice 2.) Shrimp Shumai 3.) Pan-Fried Pork Buns 4.) Custard Buns All excellent! The aesthetic quality, vibe, energy, and intimate dining space is what sets this place apart from other Asian restaurants. We chatted with Melissa - the manager - on our way out and we will continue to be regulars here going forward. ~Sheila Nayampalli~ ——————————————————————————— Stopped by for dinner here tonight with Mom at the suggestion of Yelp! Apparently, I have been living under a rock because this place has been here for four years. Made a reservation for a table for 4:45pm on 3/21/24 since I was not sure if it would be busy. Warm, inviting, and welcoming energy and space that gave me zen vibes right from the time we entered. Delightfully adorned to achieve an upscale, modern feel interspersed with and marked by Asian elements, we were promptly greeted and seated by the hostess - Faith - in a beautiful intimate dining setting, and transported to another realm. Before she seated us, she reconfirmed my eggplant and mushroom allergy. I always appreciate that (especially being first-time visitors) because it is clear that the kitchen is aware and takes it seriously. Wonderful first impression and that was just the beginning of our extraordinary culinary journey. I especially marveled at the bamboo steamer basket lights hanging from above and the wall dividers in the shape of dumplings. They truly lend an aesthetic value to the space. What a cute and creative idea. You even get to see them making the dumplings 🥟 in action behind the partition. It’s really neat. Mia, our kind and attentive server arrived at our table within a minute and we ordered Hot Jasmine Tea to start. Fragrant, full-bodied, and accented by floral notes, it was the ideal accompaniment to the remainder of our meal. Mia was extremely patient with us as we told her it was our first visit and she suggested different things we could order. We ordered a total of six dishes to share. Perfect portions at reasonable prices. All dishes exceptional. Mia timed the arrival of dishes perfectly. She even told me to let her know when I was ready and to take my time so she could start on the Custard Bun Dessert Order. 1.) 1 order of Scallion Pancake 5/5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 2.) 1 order of Chili Sauce Noodles 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3.) 1 order of Basil Chicken 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4.) 1 order of Shrimp Shumai 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5.) 1 order of Pork Soup Dumplings 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 6.) 1 order of Custard Buns 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A perfect way to end a meal. The combination of the mellow, subtle, not-too-sweet custard flavor and soft texture and chew of the buns was perfect. My favorite dish of the night. Absolutely, without a doubt, the star of the show. Mia gave us a 15% discount card good for our next visit. Will definitely return for lunch another day or try other dinner menu items on our next visit. Looks like we found our new place. Faith and Mia were the true standouts during our first visit. We will be regulars here going forward. Thank you and we will see you again soon!

FOOD INSTAGRAM: @northtx.gemz •••• 🍒 WHAT THEY’RE KNOWN FOR: dim sum! Soup dumplings and traditional Chinese dishes. 🍒 THE VIBE: modern and family friendly casual! 🍒 PRICE: $120 + $30 tip 🍒 WOULD I COME BACK? Yes! •••• Overall Rating: 9/10 - I love searching for some good dim sum restaurants around DFW to fulfill my need for Din Tai Fung (ugh wish they were in Texas). And while none of them won’t beat DTF, they are pretty good in their own way! Wu Wei Din and Kirin Court are great but add Kitchen Master to your list too! - You can skip out on the rangoons! They were just plain old rangoons but tbh I don’t really like crab rangoons in general but I still eat them if they’re there. - I highly recommend the chili sauce noodles and the chicken house soup dumplings they were actually SUPER delicious and stood out to me the most! - Runner-ups were the vegetable house wontons! They are pretty good but since I was comparing it to DTF, they were not as good 😂 not bad overall. - I actually was a fan of the soft shell crab bao bun- it’s HUGE. It comes with a knife to cut and share with 1-2 other people. I forgot to list the lychee tea we got- it was way too sweet don’t get it! - Overall, the service was excellent. Our server was patient and informative and very nice!

Google
Their soup dumplings are awesome! Love how the fried rice isn't too greasy – really good. Got some other dishes too. It is kind of chilly inside, you might want to layer up.

Yelp
Food was amazing! My favorite dumpling spot in Frisco. If you go you should try the pork and shrimp dumplings and the pepper beef.

Lauren H.

Yelp
Do you want delicious Chinese food? Of course you do. Let me start by saying everything we ate was so fantastic. Kent our server super friendly and offered several suggestions was very attentive. Husband got a hot an sour soup bowl if you like soup get it. Ok moving on we had dumplings we passed on the appetizers (however I feel this may have been a mistake because Kent told us the appetizers are some of the best here) the truffle and wagyu dumplings yeah I'll have 5 more orders please. You would be happy just having dumplings. After dumplings we had orange beef- perfectly CRISPY full of citrus flavor and tender. Mongolian beef savory mmmmm the veggies in it perfectly match. And the walnut shrimp are huge juicy and the sauce is creamy but lightly sweet not overly. Come come and have one of everything. Worth it.

Yelp
My server emma was super helpful considering how busy she looked. I highly recommend the lo mein and emma.

Yelp
Food was delicious! Sesame chicken, green beans and cashew chicken were great! I want to try more entries because it was all so good! Waiter was attentive and very nice. Loved the ambience as well not too loud but not too quiet.

Yelp
If you happen to be in Frisco for a Roughriders or FC Dallas game, do yourself a favor and stop by here for some soup dumplings. Atmosphere: This place was BUSY. With that being said, we waited maybe 20min to get a table for 5. It is quite loud, with sounds carrying quite a bit. But it was Saturday night at 7pm. Just hang a disco ball over your table and make the most of it. 1 Star Service: The staff was very nice and attentive. Our waiter was top notch. We didn't have to ask for refills and he gave us some great recommendations. 2 Stars Food: The whole reason to come here was because a friend had advised us to come get some soup dumplings. What a Saint, because they were delicious. We ordered the Pork and Chicken dumplings and they were delightful. Melt in your mouth with a burst of flavor. We did prefer the pork over the chicken however. After eating one of the pork dumplings first, the chicken paled in comparison. Our entrées included Sesame Orange Chicken as well as Sweet Pepper Beef. Be warned, the sweet pepper beef isn't just a name for the bell peppers in the dish, the sauce is also very sweet. The two chicken dishes were the standout entrées however. You know those sesame chicken pieces you get at the local Chinese buffet? You know the one's that are hard and gristly and have very little chicken hidden inside the dense breading? Not here! Both the Sesame and Orange chicken contained big pieces of pure chicken with just the right amount of both breading and sauce. They were wonderful and came in a good sized portion as well. 1.5 Stars Overall. 4.5 stars. I would avoid the chicken dumplings and just double up on the pork soup dumplings. And by all means get one of their chicken dishes, you won't be disappointed.

Yelp
We've tried many Chinese restaurants here. Traditional American Chinese is mostly what we've found. We were on our way home and decided to grab an early dinner, and my wife found Kitchen Master on Yelp. It's like eating and Dickies then discovering Hutchins. The food here made me wonder if all the other Chinese food I've eaten was simply low level. No low level food here! We tried the fried dumpling sampler, the shrimp and pork soup dumplings, and the soft shell crab gua bao for appetizers. Best we've ever had! We also tried the mixed fried rice, Mongolian Beef, and Salt & Pepper Shrimp. The beef was so tender and flavor was amazing. The fried rice was obviously prepared in a seasoned wok, and was full of flavor. The shrimp were perfectly fried. The wait staff here were super friendly and accommodating. The restaurant is cleanly decorated and modern. It was quiet and comfortable. We will be back soon!

Yelp
THIS is the real deal! If you are looking for authentic Asian food this is THE place! We came here because they are on the AA advantage dining and we were not disappointed! The orange chicken was simply the best I've ever had period. The rest of the food was terrific as well. The dumplings are handmade and you can see them being made which was super cool!! Service was ok. Restaurant is a good size and ambiance is good! We will definitely make the drive here again! Parking is crowded so be prepared to drive around a bit to find a space!!

Yelp
Finally found a Chinese food place that not only has amazing service but you can taste the fresh ingredients and quality dumplings. Nice ambiance with a view of the kitchen. Recommended!!
google avatar

Annie C.

Yelp
The food was good, ambiance was good. We ordered green pepper beef, walnut shrimp, and super spicy peppercorn chicken. The chicken was a bit too spicy for me, but my husband really likes it. I saw that every table had this one dish, I think it was the sesame chicken, we will definitely order that one next time too, maybe that's the go to dish at Kitchen Master!
google avatar

Yelp
Going in it was pretty busy, but we made a reservation so we were seated fairly quickly. Overall service was great, our server was very accommodating and kind. Although many people were dressed fairly casual, the ambiance of the restaurant itself still gives a clean, moody, yet elegant. Definitely a higher end dim sum experience but so worth it. Food came out quick and we ate nearly everything we ordered with just a bit left to take to go. Cucumber salad was standard imo but i liked it, the wontons were by far my favorite and will be back for just those alone. Pork soup dumplings were amazing, The steam baos were pretty good too. Another star of the show for me was the chicken bites since i've been longing for authentic taiwanese fried chicken and i'm unsure if that's what this dish is exactly but it tasted just like my cravings. And that will definitely be another thing i'd come back for alone. Overall great experience and will be back.

Yelp
Very spacious and clean restaurant with great service! I was able to make a reservation easily online for a big group of family and we were seated fast and served instantly. There is a lot to choose from on the menu and mostly everything we had was all very delicious. The favorites have to be the long green beans, Mongolian beef, walnut shrimp, beef noodles, and the steamed shrimp dumplings! Everything is shareable so great for families and groups.

Yelp
Came here right when they open at 11am on a weekday, I heard a lot of hype about this place a while ago... so I thought it was going to blow me away. I ordered hot and sour soup and chicken soup dumplings and wood ear salad Hot and sour soup was 2 star- it was tasteless, not good at all. Chicken soup dumplings was a 4 star, pretty good but it wasn't the best. Flavor was there but something was off. Wood ear salad was 2 star- tasteless and portion was tiny. Probably won't be back since there are so many options for better Chinese food in the DFW area.
google avatar

Nathan S.

Yelp
My lady and I are soup dumpling enthusiasts. These are among the best I've ever had. Great service, awesome food. I will definitely be back. We also loved the popcorn chicken and egg drop soup.
google avatar

Yelp
Some of the best food I've had in the DFW area. I drive 30 mins to eat here. My kids love it, too!

Yelp
Still a delicious place to eat, this is a family favorite for us. Today we visited as a party of 2 shortly after they opened. Service was quick and friendly. We were sat right away. They have great music playing softly in the background. We had vegetable house dumplings nonspicy. Loved it, would order again. Calamari - this wasn't our favorite and we wouldn't order again. Not much flavor and not crispy enough for our taste. I did bring home and will toast up more in the oven or air-fryer when I reheat. Orange chicken , shrimp stir fry and hot and sour soup were a hit! We even had some to take home. Lunch prices are affordable so we ordered entrees to take home for dinner. Comes with choice of rice and soup or egg rolls. We will be back!
google avatar

Teresa L.

Yelp
The food was so good and fresh! Good prices when considering how big the servings are. Will be back soon! The service was exceptional too.

Yelp
Very friendly service and great food! Pork dumplings were very good, as were the veggie steam buns!

Yelp
Picked up Lunar New Years dinner this year - it was a cold drizzly night so takeaway was the best option. After a :45 drive home, all dishes were still warm and delicious! Serving sizes were quite generous - we had tons of leftovers for the rest of the week. Ordered my husband the chocolate dumplings as he loves chocolate lol still not sure how we felt about those but he appreciated the effort. Soup dumplings were fantastic as were the steamed chicken and veggie dumplings. I have a shrimp allergy and am always worried about cross contamination and had no issues with this meal - huge as many times I'm scared to have dumplings/dim sum because of this. Highly recommend!
google avatar

Rosa T.

Yelp
We love this place. My daughter had her 12th birthday here. My favorite is the cucumber salad and soup dumplings. The food came out at a good speed and the servers were very kind.

Yelp
A five-star third visit. This place is an absolute gem and continues to deliver on authentic food, impeccable service, and vibrant ambiance. My only regret is that I did not discover them sooner. Casey and Melissa are wonderful people who have the knowledge and expertise to run a restaurant. Our go-to dishes are (and will continue to be) the Basil Chicken, Shrimp Shumai, and Custard Buns. Every dish is made-to-order and uses fresh, high-quality ingredients. My Mom and I eagerly anticipate each visit and will continue to dine here whenever we can. Kent was our server again and he followed through on every request we had. We appreciate that he has a professional, engaging work ethic. We like his energy. Casey also stopped by our table during our meal to see if we needed anything. Seeing both the Owners and Managers on the floor only solidifies my dedication and commitment to this restaurant. We will certainly continue to be regulars here going forward. Until next time!

Yelp
Walking in I noticed the nice ambience, and was welcomed by the friendly staff. They greeted us in and immediately seated us at a booth, where we had ordered the beef noodle soup, which I had gotten extra spicy, was very flavorful, I enjoyed the option of all meat or split meat, getting to choose lean and/or tendon with my soup. I also had ordered the salt and pepper fried battered shrimp which had a nice flavorful crunch, and tasted very fresh. Overall all the food, and customer service was good and quick. I definitely would recommend this restaurant.
google avatar

Katelyn P.

Yelp
AMAZING!!!! Better than Din Tai Fung (iykyk)!!! The food was amazing, cucumber salad and spicy noodles were my fav! Save room for dessert because the dark chocolate dumplings were literally the best thing I've ever eaten. Mia was our waitress and she was so really really good, made our experience even better! Only little complaint was power rangers playing on the TV in front of us, weird vibe
google avatar

Tamera B.

Yelp
This might be the best Chinese option in the Frisco area. It was highly recommended by our neighbors and we have enjoyed it as well! The food is always good. My fave dishes have been the fried rice and salt & pepper shrimp. The shrimp is really fresh tasting and cooked just right. We've done take-out and dine-in. I prefer take-out. Dine-in was a little loud and the seating was odd where we sat. Service has always been great! Very friendly and thoughtful staff. Highly recommend!
google avatar

Adi S.

Yelp
Finding a good vegetarian dumpling place can always be hard - however Kitchen Master did not disappoint. We ordered the basil tofu which was flavorful and the perfect amount of crispiness. We got steamed vegetable dumplings which were so delicious and honestly the best we've probably had. Chilli noodles were pleasantly spicy and delicious. Service and ambiance were great! We will definitely be back to try more of the menu soon.
google avatar

David I.

Yelp
The food is excellent, well prepared well presented, but the service is just so so. I come back for the food but I'm always reminded that the service is mediocre each time. I would go more frequently if the service was great, as it is I have to wait long enough to forget about the service, where I only remember the food and return.
google avatar

Luci M.

Yelp
When most Chinese is primarily takeout these days, Kitchen Master provides a nostalgic dine in experience. They do a ton of takeout as well but I always dine in. They're known for their dumplings that you can watch them hand make. I'm not much of a dumpling fan so I go for the more traditional Asian/American dishes. If you go for lunch your generous meal also comes with a large cup of soup and a vegetable spring roll. Service is always good and the drinks are strong. The restaurant is clean and nicely decorated with private rooms available for large parties and family style dining.

Rhea K.

Yelp
I loved the pan fried buns and the crab Rangoon was amazing. I definitely would come back for those

C P.

Yelp
The food was good but I didn't see any masters in there. Just a buncha posers and sh*theads!!!!
google avatar

Dwayne W.

Yelp
Ordered Dordash delivery. We couldn't have more disappointed with the food. Chicken Fried Rice that had no flavor and the chicken was really dry. Egg Drop soup that appears like 99% of the egg didn't make it into the container. Happy Family....where to start? Shrimp was WAY over cooked. Sauce was like a gelatinous goo. There were a couple other items too but not worth mentioning. We only took a couple bites of each thing then threw it all out and had leftovers
google avatar

Caroline Z.

Yelp
Wow! Okay I did not expect this place to be so delicious and legit. We ordered round after round of xiao long baos and a couple orders of pan fried pork buns, all of which was exceptional. The XLBs we tried almost all the different flavors--regular pork, Pork and truffle, pork and shrimp, and pork and Crab. Everyone had their own favorites and preferences. My personal favorite was the pork and truffle, followed by the regular pork! Great tea too. Very friendly helpful servers

Dontai T.

Yelp
Waitress Emma was amazing. It's my second time coming here of my vacation and I 10/10 recommend. The pork soup dumplings were amazing.
google avatar

Lauren R.

Yelp
Delicious food. We ordered the pork soup dumplings, pan-fried buns, scallion pancakes, and mongolian beef stir fry with fried rice. Everything was so, so good, except for the soup dumplings, which were just mediocre to me (tasted too much pork grease instead of broth). The service was excellent, and our waiter (Jonah, I think?) was so helpful when we asked what his favorite items were. The space seemed to have been converted interestingly into the restaurant, but it was nicely decorated and even had nice bathrooms. The floor was just slightly sticky. But I would definitely come back for the food, especially the to-go dumplings!
google avatar

B T.

Yelp
It's good but not as good as Ding Tai Fung. It's an Affordable! I would check this place out if you are on a budget.
google avatar

Hana W.

Yelp
I usually get Kitchen Master to-go. I love their soup dumplings and pork buns. They are packaged perfectly for a to-go meal. They also include little shavings of ginger for each and it's the perfect addition to the dishes. My favorite entree is double cooked pork belly, or the Singaporean noodles. I haven't yet eaten here in person but when I stop by to pick up my food, the ambiance looks gorgeous!
google avatar

Katelyn H.

Yelp
This is my favorite restaurant. The soup dumplings are fantastic. Our service was quick and the atmosphere was family friendly. Seriously if you are wanting authentic dim sum this spot will not disappoint. I wish I could eat here every day.
google avatar

Maria L.

Yelp
Nice pan-Asian dining experience. We've been a few times alone and with family. Everyone always seems to enjoy their meals. Service is great and pricing reasonable. I only wish they would add Egg Foo Young to the menu as it's become near impossible to find locally!
google avatar

Tiffany T.

Yelp
Came back again for another chance. The soup dumplings look dehydrated and is lacking sufficient amount of soup. The walnut shrimp is delicious and has the right amount of sweetness to it. The general chicken has a nice crisp to it but we ordered fried rice and it just looked like rice salaried in soy sauce, barely any eggs or veggies
google avatar

Stef S.

Yelp
Everything was very tasty. The xiaolongbao was authentic and fresh, filled with quality ingredients. We ordered: 1. Boom boom shrimp 2. Pork and shrimp soup dumplings 3. Mongolian beef 4. Garlic chicken 5. Minced pork noodles 6. Chocolate dumplings Least favorite was the boom boom sauce. It was a little too sweet for me. But the shrimp were jumbo size and fried exactly right. Second favorite was the Mongolian beef and the garlic chicken tied. Super flavorful and the sauce had the right glossy consistency, characteristic of good Chinese cooking. The chocolate dumplings were tasty but not my thing. My partner loved them. And if I loved sweets as much as he does, I'd probably love them too. All in all- this was a great visit and I look forward to coming back and trying more items in the menu.

Heather F.

Yelp
Not impressed. I had high hopes after reading the reviews, but was disappointed after trying it myself. The combination pad thai didn't taste like traditional pad thai, the shrimp wasn't deveined and the beef was mushy and chewy. I ordered a Long Island Ice Tea, still not sure what I got, but it wasn't that. The service was so-so and the wait staff looked sloppy. The ambiance wasn't bad. I wouldn't go back.
google avatar

Daiki W.

Yelp
Walked in here casually with my dad for lunch. We ordered the Crab Rangoon, Pork Buns, Shrimp Fried Rice and the shrimp and pork dumplings. It was really good. The Crab Rangoons were crispy and flavorful. It came out fresh. The dumplings and pork buns came out piping hot. It has really good flavor and paired well with the sauce w/ ginger in it. The one item I did not enjoy as much was the Shrimp fried rice. This tasted more like a fried rice yih would get at a hibachi grill not a chinese restaurant. I prefer the fried rice cooked in a hot wok. However, there were so many large prawns in there the photo i posted does not do justice. A lot of it was hiding at the bottom inside of the fried rice. Service was great. Nice lady was very attentive and checked on us frequently. I most enjoyed how quickly all the food came out. Also, they have a nice variety of entrees on the menu and good for anyone who goes. I definitely recommend this place.
google avatar

Rosalie R.

Yelp
Great service from the greeting at the door to service for the last dumpling. The dumplings and scallion pancakes were fantastic! Didn't love the pork and truffle dumplings or the potstickers. The scallion pastry cake was also not a fave. More than enough items on the menu to find something you will like. All in all it was a good time.
google avatar

Nick L.

Yelp
Really enjoyed the soup dumplings. Nice place to have a nice night out or meeting. Service was good, look forward to next time.

Yelp
This is my go-to Chinese food restaurant in the Frisco area. They even deliver, but unfortunately don't allow customization in the DD/UE apps - but if you go to their website, you can if you order through there (and then DD delivers I think). Great: Dumplings (you can even watch them be made behind glass if you're inside), Kung Pao Chicken (at least when ordering with no zucchini), honey chicken, and...well...everything else that I've ordered has been top notch!
google avatar

Vanessa L.

Yelp
I haven't had a bad meal here. I've tried the XLB, scallion pancakes, just about all their dumplings, honey chicken, orange chicken, and noodles. Everything I've had has been great. I've done delivery, pick up and dining in. Their service is always great. Definitely recommended.

Jenny P.

Yelp
Hot food and very tasty. Full of flavors. Good and friendly service. The Bam Bam shrimp is the best dish we had. Beef lo mein was tender and full of flavor.

Larry W.

Yelp
Went in for dinner as we were looking for a new dumpling restaurant. As soon as you walk in it smells like the sewer system was a big problem. The food was ok if you can get thru the smell I would recommend the spicy chicken dish. It was the first restaurant that the bathroom smells better than the dining area. Too bad because the service was good

Yelp
Spicy wontons were so addicting, loved added the extra sauce with the fried rice. Chicken soup dumplings were flavorful and the wrapping was the right texture. Waiter was attentive and accommodating to needs

Yelp
Came here for an early dinner on a Saturday at 5:00. Seating was immediate and food order taken quickly. The spicy silky Ma PoTofu was a hearty portion and creamy with a spicy kick but not too spicy nor oily. Just right. They offered brown rice as an option with it. The scallion pancakes were light and flaky and served hot. Not too thick nor too thin. The soup inside the pork soup dumplings was authentically flavored and not too salty. Definitely worth it! The veggie dumplings were good too! The decor is pretty on the side opposite the view of the kitchen where you can see them preparing the food behind a glass wall. The ladies room also was decorated and clean. Black linen napkins was a nice touch. We will be back again to try the rest of the menu since everything was delicious.

Yelp
The side of lo mein is a great deal at $3 and it's probably the best lo mein I've had in this area. The beef flat noodle isn't bad, but First Chinese BBQ still wins by far. Sweet and sour chicken is probably the best I've ever had. They pack everything up nicely and staple it multiple times in a brown paper bag. If you order online, you can just pick it up from the hostess and be on your way. There's nothing to sign and have to leave additional tip, which is nice.
