Kite Hill Vineyards

We really enjoyed Kite Hill Vineyards! Barb was so friendly and welcoming; this was our first stop for the Shawnee Hills Wine Trail and it was the perfect way to start! We had a lot of fun with our tasting and very much enjoyed several of their wines.

The Chambourcin is incredible, an absolute must try for any wine lover! Other varietals are excellent as well. Friendly owner and great service. Indoor space is a bit limited, but outdoor seating is spacious with a beautiful view. A must stop on any wine trail tour.

Love the open views and hospitality. The location and variety of areas to sit and sip wine while enjoying the views was remarkable. Very creative setup for tasting glasses.

Loved this winery. Staff was great! Ask them about the propeller that fell from the sky! The wines were delicious and the view while we drank was lovely.

Lady was very nice, sure enjoyed the Chamborcin, my wife the rose.

We had the greatest visit at Kite Hill Vineyards. Barb is the most generous person. She was excellent at helping us select a wine to try, and made sure we liked it before pouring us a glass. We met the most amazing group of people, who welcomed us into their circle. We hope to cross paths with all of you again someday! We had the best time celebrating our Engagement with you! Kite Hill is a must if you are visiting the Shawnee Wine Trail, you will never want to leave! Kite Hill is a smaller but quiet winery. The staff is always really personable and helpful with wine selections, and I enjoy their wine slushes the most! Loved: the pomegranate slush mixed with the peach. The wine flight is also a good amount of wine

Amazing wine slushy drinks. Great service and conversations with the staff. We sat outside on the desk and enjoyed the view.
