A store that’s fun every single time you visit. There’s a café on the first floor, so it’s easy to slow down, grab a coffee, and then wander around. They’ve curated a really nice mix of trendy, up-to-date products all in one place, which makes browsing super enjoyable. Even if you’re not planning to shop, it’s one of those spots you naturally end up spending time in.

Good store for street gear and a big selection of sneakers. Some very pricy items( such as a KITH Armani shirt for $1795). But most sneakers, hats and other items are moderately priced. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the store is well organized on 3 floors in a refurbished century old building. There is a woman’s store as well as a kids store nearby.

Small store so there’s a bit of a chaos to it with all the excitement from customers and urgency from employees - but in a good way. The staff is outrageously friendly and helpful. I appreciate how prompt and kind they were. Can’t wait to come back!

This store Kith 337 Lafayette st is very disingenuous company by stating that they have very good quality service, they are not even willing to speak to there client base customers call they redirect you there website. A organization that states that quality service is there #1 goal far from it that's truly not the case want to purchase a item from for my son's birthday that was not the case here. That's truly sad no quality service. 😡

New location whole current location is under renovation is a seamless transition. Special shout out to management who has trained their employees on fashion and exceptional customer service. Armani is a real one and displays the gold standard of fashion and guest experience. See you guys soon.

3.5 I usually don't even bother trying to get inside this location because the line is usually very long, however, as I walked by and noticed it was relatively short, I gave it a try. This location has three floors and is the biggest KITH locations I've been to: Level one: KITH brand products- they didn't have many sizes offerings, but as a frequent shopper here, I know things fly off the shelf. Level two: KITH treats is half of the floor and the other half is mostly the sneaker section. Level three: designer items, such as, Moncler, Rhude, Casablanca, etc.. Overall, the store has a very nice layout, nice staff, not too crowded, on the inside, because they limit the amount of people who can enter.

Kith has the worst customer service experience posing a "higher" tier retailer. My order/package was delivered to an address that I am not associated with. The mail carrier provided a photo on the porch where the package was left and it does not match any porch in my Cul De Sac. I walked the neighborhood and did not locate the porch from the photo. I provided photos of my property, matching the address I provided during the checkout process. Additionally, I included an image of the property where the package was mistakenly delivered. The photos clearly demonstrated, the package was not delivered to my address. While I understand their policy, which states that Kith is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if the address provided at checkout matches the shipping address, this does not apply in my case. The delivery address on file is clearly not where the package was delivered. Kith refused a refund, store credit and even a replacement of the products. I have filed a claim with the BBB and I encourage all other to do the same. This situation, when shared both in person with peers and online, will inevitably affect the brand's reputation negatively.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. My experience with Kith has been nothing short of a nightmare. I ordered a pair of shoes, and not only did they send the WRONG shoes once, but they managed to send the WRONG pair AGAIN when they tried to "fix" their mistake. How does this even happen twice? To make matters worse, their customer service is a complete joke. They won't let you speak to a representative, leaving you stuck in an endless loop of frustration with no real help. The lack of professionalism and accountability is astounding. I've never experienced such incompetence from a company that claims to be high-end. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere. Kith clearly doesn't care about their customers or providing even the most basic level of service. Avoid at all costs!

Ordered a single shirt as a Christmas present for my roomate on December 12th. It was okay if it shipped a few days after Christmas. Today, Dec 23rd, they let me know my order was just cancelled due to insufficient stock. it would be fine if they compensated me for the trouble, but all they gave was "20 kith points" to use towards my next purchase. Probably amounts to $2, I'm sure. Now I have to scramble and find a new gift. This is unbelievable service. I'm so confused and upset. Do not recommend this company at all!

I spent a $190.00 on a pair of Birthday Sneakers they were supposedly delivered via Fedex on a Sunday the picture below is sketchy at best! When I reached out that same day to Kith I thought they would make it right store credit or refund they told me since FedEx stated it was delivered it was my loss. The picture is supposed to be clear so that the customer can see where it was delivered which it clearly was not . So I am suffering the loss because of other peoples actions! Do Better

Clothes are great and trendy but CUSTOMER SERVICE is horrific! the fact that you can speak to anyone and have to wait 3 days to speak to someone is CRAZY!

I wasn't impressed with their clothes but maybe that's because I'm not stylish enough to rock them. I did snag a pair of tight New Balance 997s with a unique colorway but they were obviously marked up like crazy Also, queuing up for 45 minutes in the dead of winter just to enter the store wasn't necessarily how we wanted to spend our afternoon in the city

What a neat store to browse around and people watch. Everyone who walks in has their own unique style, and even the employees dress very fashionable as well. I found some outfits that I would like to try out. I may return to see what else is trending for the different seasons. The employees and the store itself are well kept up. Everything is in its right place. They even have a café which I heard they make it on site. All in all, cool store.

Customer service was excellent, and they had tons of sizes and even shirts that showed sold out online!

Kith clothing quality is mostly good but the customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with in my life. My wife bought me an item for Christmas and it was defective. After months of contact hoping they would do the right thing, they just kept coming up with excuse after excuse before outright refusing to settle in any way and closed the case. They straight up stole the item I sent back to them and stole my original purchase money too! * A kith employee just told me if the CSRs are giving you the runaround, just send your package to the kith HQ and they will take care of you. boycott ronnie fieg! -Leon

Kith is horrendous. A hacker used my credit card to order Nike Jordans on Kith.com. When Kith emailed me a shipping confirmation, I cancelled my credit card and opened a fraud complaint with my bank. I also called Kith to cancel the order but they only have a pre-recorded message without a voicemail option. Kith does not have Live Chat or a live phone number. I emailed their customer service to cancel the order because a scammer made the purchase with my stolen credit card. I told them to reroute the order back to their facility. Kith sent a polite reply to my email but will not issue a refund because the transaction is under my bank's review. Any merchant that does not want to be contacted is shady.

I've been wanting a KITH brand. Finally got the chance to stop by the store in SoHo and I have to say the store aesthetics is on point and the staff were very helpful and patient even during their busiest time. Seeing 2 stars could be discouraging. I came to write this review and seen these horrific reviews. Go checkout this store for yourself and be amazed.

Worst customer service experience ever. I love the brand and have purchased over 50 items from Kith over the last few years. Never had an issue via online orders and buying in NY and Fl stores. That is until my recent order 3173384. I ordered 4 hoodies as a holiday gift for my entire family for around $550. The order was placed on 12/7. It didn't ship until 12/14. On 12/14 I see a notification that is was delivered, however everyone was on premises the entire day and nothing was delivered. We even checked our cameras and the cameras of the neighbors to confirm that nothing was delivered. I wrote to Kith customer service who was not helpful and useless from the start. They said they will investigate and provide a response within 10 days. I followed up with them many times within this month of waiting and was given the same false and useless run around by fake customer service staff with a new name every time on how they are investigating and will have an update. I already gave up on chasing them for my money and was advised by several attorneys on my retainer to pursue legal action for the cost of the goods / damages / time spent and legal fees. I asked several times to let us know a good contact for the legal team and each time I was blatantly ignored with a generic and false run around that they are investigating and etc...finally after literally over a month they said that they have heard back from TForce who is a courier that delivers their orders and TForce said they delivered the order which obviously they didn't. We actually had TForce come to us that day to deliver a light bulb from a different store. The TForce delivery worker (we have this on video) had no knowledge of our package at all. Will be posting the videos and screenshots of this horrendous experience on our business instagram account so our 1.1 million followers can see this disgusting treatment of a loyal customer who spent tens of thousands on Kith products.

on 11/10/2023 i ordered a Kith Knicks shirt via the website. The order never came. I reached out to them via the website and was told a inquire would be done to find the package. After about 2 weeks i was told the package was delivered. the thing is i had it delivered to my job where i would be able to receive the package so it wouldn't get stolen. i contacted Kith who used a cheap third-party delivery service who never delivered the package and kept it for themselves. they could not provide me with no one signing for it or a picture of it being delivered. Kith was no help and only cared about the money i spent not me receiving the item.

BEWARE OF FINAL SALE Items online. Ordered a pair of sneakers online, that were final sale. Took about it 6-7 weeks to receive the sneaker after being promised 5-7 business day shipping. Once arrived sneakers appeared to be B-Grade sneakers. Dirty, dented and filled with dried glue gunk. Reached out to the company, no attempt to resolve. Disputed charge with credit company. BEWARE OF FINAL SALE items, they are low quality and damaged.

For a high end streetwear store, with their high price point, you would think they would have their Inventory System up to date in real time, so customers won't waste their time buying something thinking they have it in stock, then finding out later the item/size you thought you purchased is sold out. I purchased a hat and t-shirt from them, with confirmation of my purchase. Days later I got an email saying those items I purchased is no longer available. I went on their website to check on the item and size, and it was still available to purchase. FIX YOUR SYSTEM!!

This may be one of my favorite stores in NYC. They have a cool aesthetic. The decor is on brand. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have super nice clothes. The music that play is dope. The entire Kith shopping experience is a vibe!

Horrible inventory management system. I had three orders cancelled in a row online. Not even a voucher was offered for the major inconvenience. In store the same thing happens, I requested a large in a pair of shorts I wanted, they confirmed they had one and then couldn't find it.

0 star for the door man. I was there nov 11 Veterans Day with my family, it was a rainy day but the door man didn't even open the door for us nor did he greet us hi and bye. He is the first and last impression representing the store then leaving me with an unwelcoming feeling after spending my money there.. Kith needs to do better. However most of my shopping was done on 3rd floor for women, service was better but I still think Kith in Hawaii location was the best.

You guys sold me a fake Louis Vuitton Fanny pack I eventually tried reselling to the real real and they told me it's fake

They have the worst return policy and purposely DO NOT give you an order number, so you can't return! There is no phone number for you to contact someone to speak too, they make you send an email and go through hoops in order to get a refund or exchange. Horrible customer service and will never order again!

Super delicious ice cream and mixins. Like a DQ blizzard but better- softer ice cream, more toppings, and really neat clothing/shoe store to roam around. Favorite: chocolate mixed with Oreo and PB cup

I ordered a pair of pants from Kith in October 2023, they did not fit so I returned them a few days later. Kith never sent me an eGift card or my money back. After reaching out at least 10 times I finally decided to contact the Better Business Bureau because they would not contact me back or send me my gift card. They claimed they sent me the gift card to my email December 8th. I looked and NOTHING. It is now January 10th and I still have no solution. This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with and has been a horrible experience.

This is about KITH AT HUDSON YARDS: I had an ice cream blend here, a mixture created by Action Bronson. Aside from the high price, this was an excellent ice cream, one that hit the spot in terms of a desire for cereal from childhood and really good, cold, icy ice cream. The ambiance is chill and feels like your at an art gallery, which I liked alot. Definitely they are crossing the lines between sweets and scenes - very cool and I'll go back again!

I placed an order for a product back in March with KITH. Their estimated delivery time was 3-6 months. I've been in contact with their customer support via email, but it often takes days to receive a response. Today is October 4th, making it 7 months since I placed the order, and I still haven't received any shipping information. I've attempted to contact KITH customer support for the past three days, but I haven't received any response. At this point, I'm quite frustrated with the company's service and unprofessional response to customers. KITH is a joke.

Most of the employees are RUDE and I'm mildly annoyed I bought a jacket after what I experienced here but I needed to look good for the biggest meeting of my career. It's almost like they're doing you a favor by helping you get your size in an article of overpriced clothing. The locations in the city and LA are much more consumer-friendly. Brooklyn Kith is NOT where it's at. You would think that our current economy would make companies place more emphasis on customer experience. Not Kith. It's like they took a page out of the worst elitist Supreme-esque playbook and don't hold their employees accountable for making paying customers feel welcome in the store. I will say, the security guards were personable and friendly. I'm also pretty sure I was overcharged because one employee told me a different price than what I was charged. Oh, and don't try to use a gift card because you will be treated like you stole something even though it's a visa gift card and the card says on the back of it that it's legal tender that should be accepted everywhere visa cards are accepted. I was so eager to get out of the toxic environment in the store that I forgot to get my receipt. Good thing too because days later, I still have the urge to return the jacket and get my $350 back. I definitely won't be back here again.

ONLINE SHOP: Unfortunately, the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have EVER experienced (it actually made me sign up to Yelp...). I ordered via the US online shop and paid for fees and customs (over $100 in total) to get the order shipped to Germany. A week after I had ordered, Kith announced the start of its European online shop. As Kith must have known about the imminent start of its European online shop, I asked for a partial refund of the fees, but all they were willing to offer was a $20 voucher. On top, this voucher is only redeemable at their US online shop. However, why should I order at their US shop again if I can now order at their European shop without paying for customs?! On a different note, the quality of the jacket and hoodie I ordered are not worth the price in my opinion.

Very interesting shoe/clothing store. If I wasn't brought there by a long time friend, I'd have never known of its existence. And at least visually, this is one cool store. I met up with a buddy that I used to work with here in NYC and I hadn't seen him (other than FB) in four years. So I had started my day down town and he and a friend of his met me along the way as I was making my way to midtown over by MSG. He mentioned Kith and said that I needed to see this place. Pencils in the walls and cool shoes. Ok, sounds cool. Yep, pencils in the walls, other than the ones broken off. Rows of gleaming, white sneakers gracing the ceiling entrance all the way down. Lit shelving, showcasing some cool kicks and other merch, an Adidas section and a Nike section. I'm firmly in the Adidas camp and the display of the marathon record breakers and their sneakers was actually pretty cool. The place ain't cheap and I will admit that I'm glad I live near the Adidas employee store in Portland. The other kitchy thing about the place is their cereal bar and the fact that you can buy boxes of the mixed sugary goodies and my buddy said that people actually collect them. People collect anything. Cool spot, keep it quiet, I think they like it that way. Enjoy.

I can't begin to even say how infuriated I am about this establishment. Firstly, yes the prices are insane. Second, I wanted to surprise hubby with some new footwear for our anniversary... Well, I purchased three pair of what I thought to be unique sneakers for nice evenings out. All three took at least a week to be in stock and then an additional few days for delivery. No problem, kool I thought... but then I received brand new dirty sneakers...?!?!?!?? How is this possible ? There is absolutely no reliable customer support who cares. I called and left a voicemail awaiting a response. I received a response four days later, please remember the initial order was placed almost two weeks ago. I requested a return label for the sneakers and viola... crickets... no response ever again. I will never ever spend my hard earned money in their store again... it's quiet for Kith

Bought a Christmas piece online last year during the beginning of December. Told it will not arrive before Christmas and that it will arrive shortly after. 1/14/2021 and I still haven't gotten my shirt. They stop respond to my email and seems like there customer service just doesn't care at all. Will not buy here again.

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews but my experience everytime was great. As soon as I walk in, I'm treated like a friend. I don't know much about the 'hype' lifestyle but the workers there are very helpful in explaining the latest releases and helped me figure out possible options. They also helped me figure out what size translates to what (apparently a Bape large is equivalent to a Kith small - who knew? Lol). This place tends to get packed especially during new release dates. Always a pleasant experience whenever I stop by!

Love this place! Everything about it is so cool. Very exclusive clothing and feet pieces! Kudos to the great service as well! Good selection of footwear! Most excited part was kith treats! Ice cream is to die for! So so so good! Fruity pebbles and Twix Ice cream was so bomb! The snickers mix was great too! Awesome place!

Really unfortunate because the clothing is great but the customer service all the way up to the manager of the store is rude and unhelpful. Why would I buy a 150 dollar t shirt from literally the worst employees I have ever encountered at a luxury store?

Did not feel welcome in this store at all. I wonder if they only care to do business with celebrities. Employees were busy laughing and talking amongst themselves and didn't acknowledge customers. It was actually quite unpleasant looking through clothes with their loud chitchats in the background. Employees could use some training on customer service.

Went to the Soho location at 530 PM today. The security staff told me I need to fold my scooter and carry it around ( it weighs 40 lb how can I look at anything like that ? Defies logic. ) If I want to shop in the store and leaving it in the store - in a corner next to him is not an option. Bizarre to say the least. I guess their business is going too well and they like losing customers. No other store in NYC didn't allow me to get it with my small scooter. Needless to say I will not ever go again

Great store with plenty of exclusives and collabs. Men's on the first, treats/shoes 2nd and women's on the 3rd floor. Someone is always willing to assist you with anything

We've been coming to Kith ever since it opened up (before it was the cool place to be). I've been to several locations, including the NY ones ( SOHO, Brooklyn, Bergdorf Goodman) and Miami. We love their stuff. The employees are young and cool. They always try to help out when they can. For the apparal/sneakers- they usually try to keep up with unique/the latest styles. They sell out pretty wuickly especially with the women's stuff. I bought several women's sneakers from here and still get compliments on them literally years later. They had a pretty good shoe selection for both men and women. Now on to the Kith Treats section- I don't know why it took someone so long to combine sneakers and ice cream into one store. Amazing concept. I love the ice-cream. Idk why no one else thought of cereal toppings and ice-cream. I usually make my own combination. I think the cinnamon toast crunch adds the most PIZAZ to the ice-cream (if you like cinnamon)! Such a simple concept that is much appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend taking a look around- they have latest styles that are hard to find in other stores. But they do sell out quickly so act fast!

Ordered items beginning of December and it is now February and still have not received them, it is impossible to contact a live person, they will not respond back to any voicemail/email/twitter/direct message on Instagram! There is only one customer service email and they refuse to contact by phone. Literally worst customer service I've ever dealt with and will never spend money here again. Super disappointed when your spending $450 and receive no items. This is not how you run a business

The newest Kith location, bigger venue and better locale with more variety. The set up for this spot is dope. Very NYC and fashion trendy. A nice array of accessories, apparel, footwear and of course can't forget Kith Treats with cereal added to ice cream and milkshakes. Service here is pretty good. Could be a little bit more room to for customers but at least it is more roomy than their first location and more floors now. Definitely one of those stores that trendy fashion people hit up and tourists of NYC. Just be ready to come out of pocket for purchase because you're definitely not gonna catch any discount sales here. Pack your patience too as this place can get real crowded real quick. Still though, a nice addition to the Soho area.

For years I have purchased shoes online from Kith for not only myself but also my boyfriend. I will never purchase from Kith again due to the lack of customer service and understanding I recently experienced from Garry in the customer service department. I purchased a pair of Adidas sneakers in the size I always wear in adidas shoes. However, upon arriving and trying them on, they are approximately two sizes too big. They seem as if they are men's size and not women's. After reaching out to "customer service" to make an exchange for a size that fits, I was told the sale was final and an exchange was not permitted. Fair, I can't get my money back--but what sense does it make that I bought a pair of shoes and cannot exchange for the correct size? Not to mention the "final sale" status was NOT clearly outlined when I bought them or I would have never purchased in the first place. Garry refused to work with me and was utterly rude, zero empathy or understanding. Major bummer, my boyfriend and my friends will never shop here again. So many other options out there to buy your shoes, places that actually value you as a customer and treat you well!

Well, for 2 stars the yelp description is Meh. I've experienced better... which fits Kith. Even though I actually really like the Kith store, and the sales people get 4-stars, unfortunately not even the 3 star A-OK, works in this case... for a few reasons, which have to do with the physical store and the online store. The (lafayette) store is beautiful, has a lot of energy and aside from the mass of tourists, is kind of fun. The selection, however, shows a lot of brands, but not a lot of selection for each brand, which isn't all that rewarding as a customer. The dressing rooms are also uncomfortable and the mirrors aren't so great. The online return policy is really lacking - either it's all final sale or return for store credit, which is really lame since sizing is tricky for these very expensive and often sizing variable brands. Further, much of the merchandise can be found at other stores 25-50% less expensive. It's also basically impossible to get anyone on the phone for the physical or online, and not particularly responsive by email.

Online Order Review: - essentially everything is final sale/no returns. I ordered a pair of shoes and the size was too small so I wanted to exchange. Not possible. - I immediately tried to change the shipping address after ordering...not allowed contact UPS. so... - I got a membership to UPS to update the shipping address only to discover that the merchant - KITH (!!!) - makes it so no one can adjust the shipping address - not even their shipping carrier UPS! I couldn't believe it. - As I was not able to return/exchange the shoes, I blew Kith up on Twitter and received a 1-time gift card for the value of the shoes. Note: You're a 42.5 in European shoe sizes? Too bad - you have to choose a 42 or 43. Sizing at Kith is inconsistent and all over the place. - I finally found a cool TEAM USA shirt in a size Medium. I ordered it. I got a confirmation email. Immediately after confirmation email, I get an "Order Canceled" email/refund issued. - Submit ANOTHER case to Kith: Me: "Why was my order canceled?" Kith: "Your order was flagged and your account was blacklisted, meaning it was prohibited from placing new orders. However, we may offer you a one-time consideration and add you to a temporary whitelist, thereby allowing you to submit new orders. Please bear in mind, should your account experience similar trends in the future, we will have no other choice but to permanently prohibit you from placing new orders and the restriction will not be lifted." (This is an unbelievable Customer Support response) - I respond to case and ask them how they expect for me to use the gift card they provided me if I can't order....here's Customer Support Joe's response: "We have made some changes to your account, and you may try placing an order now." - The medium TEAM USA shirt is sold out. I can't find anything and anything I want exceeds the value of the $250 gift card and I refuse to give Kith a penny over that amount. Go to the store if you must, but I don't think this place is that tight.
