"A New York City–born fashion label famous for hype-driven drops has opened its first non-US retail outpost inside a major Oxford Street department store. The shop stocks limited-edition trainers, t-shirts and other luxury streetwear and cultivates long queues around product releases. The brand also runs a much-hyped soft-serve and cereal-focused dessert arm born from the founder Ronnie Fieg’s childhood obsession with cereal; each dessert location features rotating specials created by friends and family of the label (collaborators have included Virgil Abloh and LeBron James). To mark the London opening the menu will include a new signature special, The Frosted Flacko, created by A$AP Rocky and topped with Frosted Flakes and rainbow sprinkles, available as an Ice Cream Swirl, Milkshake or Commuter Bowl. Maybe they should split up the ice cream reviews from the clothing section. I randomly stumbled upon this store and was greeted warmly. Very nice employees who introduce themselves by name. During fitting used my name as well. Surprised to read people get the impression the staff was short or rude, didn’t get this impression at all. Very nice store as wel.

Bad customer service. No one is forcing u to work there. If u don’t like it leave. And if your hours r till a certain time. U should take orders till then. Not finish 25mins before. Wont even bother going back 0/5 stars from me. .

Such a tragedy. Literally was excited to go back and see if there were cool pieces and NOTHING. So Sad. I will go back in Miami to an actual store and see how it goes there.

I thought the ice cream was great! Literally couldn’t stop eating it , it was so good. The size was incredibly generous too. I do understand what people are saying about the mix ins, they were blended in and it felt like you couldn’t actually taste them. Also some people got their mix ins on top, not sure why I didn’t? Definitely recommend though.
