I stopped at Kitty Hawk during my time in the Nashville airport and had a mixed experience. The service was excellent—the staff were friendly, attentive, and quick, which made ordering and getting settled easy. Unfortunately, the food did not match the quality of the service.
I ordered a sandwich that came with an egg, and it really missed the mark. The egg was thick and rubbery, almost to the point where it felt overcooked and heavy. It completely threw off the texture and taste of the sandwich, making it hard to enjoy. After a few bites, I realized I didn’t even need to finish it.
