Great family fun! Their U-pick and pre-picked apple prices are the same by the pound. So you and your family can have fun walking through the numerous rows to find your own apples. Or buy them at the tent shop. The tent has free samples and descriptions to let you know how sweet or tart they are. A huge variety of apples and pears to choose from. Parking is aplenty in their large field. Highly recommended!

The assortment homemade goodness from jams , jellies ,ciders & the pastry fritters , donuts & flaky turnovers.. OMG mouthwatering.. THE service and hospitality is felt all around. Thank you 😊 Aloha & Mahalo

Wonderful farm to get many delicious varieties of fruit! We were there for apple season. They also had pears, Asian pears, peaches, plums, and pluerries (cherry & plum cross). The cost per pound is the same at store or U-pick but not all the fruit is same price per pound. They have special mats secured to the ground in some areas which just makes it safer to walk, regardless of your ability. The prices are very reasonable!!!! The staff is helpful, friendly, and kind. There are picnic tables and a children's play area. They have regular restrooms along with portapotties also available. Definitely worth your time to visit!!!

Overall my favorite orchard. I go almost every fall. This year we went specifically for the red fleshed apples, Scarlet Surprise. We were directed to them and wondered if they were even good as they were all covered in spots. But, the label implied the look was expected, so we bought several. We were terribly disappointed when we got home and cut one open. It wasn't red at all! Wasn't even pink! Did they put the wrong apples in the bin? Don't know, but it is so disappointing. Our other numerous choices have been great so far, but not sure what happened with these.

Looking for a drive up the mountain? Kiyokawa Family Orchards is a perfect choice. Of course I made my sojourn to the mountain mid-summer and this could be difficult in a wintry mix. But it’s at the base of Mt Hood so that is to be expected. The seasonal aspects will make a day trip easy from Spring to fall colors. The sweet treats of the orchard is a reason to go and Kiyokawa Farms is truly charming. Go to stick your pantry because along with fresh fruits like peaches 🍑, nectarines, apples🍏, Cherries 🍒, blueberries🫐 and apricots they have delicious canned goods, honey 🍯 arts and other market merchandise to shop for fresh produce. This was an easy (but long) drive and very beautiful up in the Forest of the mountainside. The orchards are extremely well maintained. There are a wide variety of ways to take home fresh produce by bag or box and many options to choose from the fresh picks. They have a regular u-pick tour if you’d like to gather your own fruits and there is lots of parking 🅿️ plus handicap spots. The orchards are extremely serene for a place to soak up the natural wonder at the base of Mt. Hood in all its splendor. The farms have a long history and a family vibe. It’s rustic, spacious and clean. The staff is very friendly and lots of people were busy filling up their grocery bags while we were there. The farm has clean accessible restrooms and if you need a bite the nearby Parkdale has casual options. I love this special place and picked up a festival flyer for all the seasonal events and hope to be back again soon. Really awesome place that’s well maintained 👏🏻 and fruity fun!! Go and get your local peaches or other delectable stone fruits. They are worth the drive.

For son's 4th-grade Health class, we needed a family photo doing something healthy (and we need apples!) — so we headed to Kiyokawa Family Orchards in Parkdale, OR! It was the perfect chance to show the kids where the apples in their lunchboxes really come from. This beautifully operated, family-run farm has been growing fruit since 1911 and offers over 150 varieties — plus, it's dog-friendly! 🐾 Now one of our favorite U-pick spots in the valley — fresh air, fresh fruit, and unforgettable memories.

Absolutely wonderful experience at Kiyokawa Family Orchards! We came for the u-pick and were blown away by the huge selection of apple and pear varieties—many we’d never even heard of before. It was such a fun and peaceful experience wandering through the orchards and picking our own fruit straight from the trees. Everything was beautifully maintained and the staff were super friendly and helpful. We also picked up some of their homemade apple butter and a couple of their candles—both were exquisite. The apple butter is rich, flavorful, and tastes like fall in a jar. And the candles? So beautifully scented and long-lasting. You can tell everything here is made with real care and quality. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a genuine orchard experience with a little extra charm! 🍎🍐🍂
