We had an enjoyable experience! I had the most popular dish which was a rich and salty broth. My wife enjoyed the dipping Ramen, which had a more pungent broth. Their noodles were good, but didn’t stand out as much as we had hoped. Staff were friendly and the atmosphere was nice.

The prices of almost all items are cheap, and the food and atmosphere are excellent for the price. One server provided a bright smile and a pleasant service. Above all, the ramen with very mild and clear soup and chicken karaage dishes came out really very quickly. Thank you. Kiana

I’ve visited Kizuki Ramen three times, and on two of those occasions, the food quality was honestly disappointing. Today, the chicken in the chicken shio ramen came as large chunks instead of slices, had no flavor beyond plain chicken, and included a mix of different cuts. The tonkatsu was extremely thin, dry for pork, and overly greasy from being over-fried. The only saving grace was the customer service, which was polite and attentive. 🇯🇵As a Japanese person, I’m quite familiar with Japanese cuisine. Given the price, I find the quality of the food quite questionable. I sincerely hope to see some improvement.

I love their ramen. One thing I think they could add though is a create your own ramen where you chose your broth, and toppings.

Great service! Nice menu. Delicious food! Ramen was flavorful, nice that they offer low sodium. Several noodle options. Place was clean. Easy parking.

The food was delicious! We came here on a Wednesday evening, and there was decent crowd but we got a table right away. We had the Spicy Chicken Tan Tan, Vegetable Ramen, and Vegetable Gyoza. Everything tasted well. There were not a lot of vegetarian options. The food was brought out fast and hot, and we were checked on pretty frequently which was good. The ambiance is decent. I lived their doll pots decoration, and the chefs are visible working behind the counter. The location is pretty good with parking and it a had decent amount of tables.

If you’re searching for an authentic Japanese ramen experience, Kizuki Ramen & Izakaya is definitely worth a visit. With its rich, flavorful broth and perfectly cooked noodles, it transports you straight to Japan. The attention to detail in both the food and the dining experience makes this spot a standout. Ambiance: 5/5 The restaurant’s interior reflects the simplicity and elegance of traditional Japanese ramen shops. It’s clean, inviting, and has a warm, cozy vibe that enhances the overall experience. Authenticity: 5/5 This is a truly authentic Japanese ramen place. I ordered the Hakata Ramen, a traditional tonkotsu (pork bone) ramen, and it had the richness and depth of flavor you’d expect from a bowl in Japan. The noodles were thin and firm, exactly how ramen should be. On top of that, I loved that I could customize my noodle firmness, which is crucial for avoiding soggy noodles—a big deal for any ramen enthusiast like me. Flavor: 5/5 The broth was rich and packed with umami, creating a perfect balance with the tender chashu and fresh toppings. I also ordered a side of tonkatsu (Japanese fried pork chops), and it was phenomenal. The breading was light and puffy, and the pork itself was juicy—exactly like what you’d find in Japan. Cost: 4.5/5 The prices are fair for the quality you’re getting. While it’s not cheap, you’re paying for an authentic experience that’s well worth it. Service: 5/5 The servers were friendly and attentive, enhancing the overall dining experience. They were quick to refill drinks and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. Final Thoughts: Kizuki Ramen & Izakaya has quickly become one of my favorite ramen spots. The ability to customize my noodles to perfection and the exceptional authenticity of both the ramen and sides make this a place I’ll be returning to. Highly recommended for ramen lovers looking for a genuine experience!

Google
This is truly the best ramen I've ever had. The food is so good, the staff is so friendly and so quick to turn over tables so even a long line is still a quick wait time. The restaurant looks very cool but the tables are a little too close for my comfort, but that's barely a complaint.

Yelp
Friendly staff and cozy ambiance. The food visual is amazing, and the taste overall is good for a standard ramen. However, our expectations fell a bit short for the Tonkatsu. It lacked crispiness.

Yelp
Delicious! We always come here on a rainy day and the food is always delectable. We got the chicken karaage (w spicy mayo) and the tonkatsu ramen! The broth was so delicious and the egg is my favorite in the ramen. The chicken was battered very nicely. We also got jasmine milk tea and black milk tea. Thank you!!! All very filling.

Yelp
Very good ramen! Super rich flavor and the waiter was very nice and helpful with answering our questions regarding the menu. I ordered the garlic tonkasu ramen. It was cooked perfectly! I like that you have the option to add clear broth if needed, because it is quite rich. They let me customize my protein also since I dont eat pork and you even get the option to do fried or non fried tofu. We ate outside and it was lovely to see cute birds and people watch. I highly recommend this place for very authentic and delicious ramen!

Yelp
Ordered the Karaage Don ($15) and Gyudon ($14). Tasty and decent portions. (Lot of rice) Parking garage available so parking as easy at 2:30 pm. Food came out quickly and service was good. L

Yelp
Kizuki impresses for a chain Asian restaurant. I know I might get some flack for this, but Kizuki delivers on quality, service, and price in a way Din Tai Fung, Dough Zone, and Hokkaido Ramen Santouka just don't. Don't mistake me. These places are good...but over hyped. Kizuki impressed me the first time I ordered their classic tonkatsu shoyu ramen for delivery. The bag they used was surprisingly nice (and reusable). Not that I cared what kind of bag it came in, but damn, that attention to detail left an impression. The quality of the ramen was even more surprising. For delivery, I don't expect much. But the pork chasiu was so soft and tender and not overly salty. The broth was savory and not too oily. I heated everything up and was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. So good, that I could imagine just how much better it would be dining in. "If it's this good delivered..." I can't say that for a lot of places when it's delivered. A company that takes its time to ensure their delivered food is almost as good as dining in already tells me they take their food seriously. Fast forward 2 years, and I'm still convinced Kizuki is doing something very right. They cracked the code on delivering excellent ramen for a chain, both in-house and to-go. My latest visit didn't disappoint. Service was fast and friendly, the food was delicious, and price was right. I would easily recommend Kizuki for any ramen lover. Good ramen is good ramen, even if it's a chain.

Yelp
The ramen and service were pretty good. Seems to be one of the better food options in the Thornton place complex if you're looking to eat before a movie.

Yelp
Like the ambiance of the place. Good food too, curry is good. Also very clean area and nice staff

Yelp
Definitely one of the better Ramen restaurant chains in the area. I have tried the Bellevue one before but this one in Redmond is no less. Still amazing tasting Ramen, great service but I feel this Redmond one has an even nicer ambience. Like always my favourite is Spicy Tan Tan Ramen. Another great and signature ramen they have is Garlic Tonkotsu.

Yelp
My frisbee team came to Kizuki at a late hour and the staff was accommodating and very nice! We were a very large party and we needed tons of chairs and tables and they were open to letting us move furniture around. The food came out very quickly and it was really tasty. I got the Shio Ramen - loved how many toppings it came with, also loved the broth. It wasn't too rich but it was very flavorful! Would definitely come back to either this location or the Cap Hill location to try other things. I also really enjoyed the milk tea.

Yelp
One of my all time favorite spots in the Northgate area! I would always order Kizuki ramen to go and finally we decided to go in. When you first walk in, you are greeted immediately! It wasn't too busy on a Friday night and we were seated immediately. I usually get the spicy ramen however I decided to try the garlic original ramen and it was amazing. I added extra pork belly and instead of bamboo shoots I opted in for greens! Delicious! We also had the gyoza and the chicken wings! The gyoza we were contemplating ordering a second order they are so good! They come in pork but also veggie. For the chicken wings they are garlic lemon. Very heavy on the lemon but has a sweet flavor at the end. I cannot rave about this place enough. It's truly my favorite ramen spot.

Yelp
I've been to many ramen places in the Seattle area and always end up coming back here! I've been going here since high school and I graduated college lol. Kizuki has so many options compared to other places, and also less sodium options. The izakaya side menu also has many tasty options like the pork buns and potato croquette. I haven't tried the rice dishes like the curry but they also look tasty! The service is also always friendly.

Yelp
Came here for some late night Ramen while in the area. This is a good look as lots of places are closed by this point. I also take it as a sign of possible quality. You know, since it's off-peak hours, the staff might be in "almost time to go home " mode. I went with the Spicy chicken tan tan men ramen. A favorite at my usual ramen spot, this one doesn't compare. I was expecting more of a thicker consistency in the broth and the chicken to be heartier. Presentation was ok and it came out fairly fast while being hot. Also got some chicken/karaage. It was pretty good. Hot, crispy with a nice sauce that I often like as an appetizer with ramen. The setting and service decent here, so it was an alright experience, just average, particularly in the food and having had more satisfying Ramen at other places.

Yelp
Kizuki Ramen & Izakaya is a reliable chain with restaurants throughout Washington (plus some in Texas and Portland). In my experience, most Kizuki have the same menu and the dishes will be reliably the same and good no matter which branch you go to. The ramen: In my opinion as someone who grew up in Japan, the ramen is more "American style" than authentic Japanese, with bold flavors and a menu that's easy to navigate even if you're totally new to Japanese food. However, it's still very good. The noodles have the right amount of chew, the broth is delicious, and they don't skimp on toppings. My favorites are the garlic tonkotsu shoyu ramen (when I want to go for a flavor bomb) and the shio ramen (when I want something light). I've also enjoyed the miso and yuzu shio ramen. My friend who has dietary restrictions is able to substitute the normal noodles with yam noodles, which we appreciate. I also enjoy their fried dishes, especially the geso karaage (fried squid). It's fun that they occasionally add new seasonal dishes. (Shoutout to the graphic designer who designed their menu with a spot to swap out a perfectly-matching sticker decal in the seasonal item section!) Note: This location is always crowded during the lunch and dinner hours. If you're in a group of 1-2 people, you probably won't need to wait long. But if you're in a bigger group, you might want to come early or call ahead to see if you can make a reservation. They also package their take-out really well and include a cute reusable bag and reheating instructions with it!

Yelp
Outstanding quality food and ingredients. We have not been in years and it's even better than we remembered. Nice outdoor dining.

Yelp
Kizuki Ramen is a great little spot that has consistently good quality, and the employees are all really nice. We have tried most of the ramen items here, and they are all very good. My personal favorite is the Garlic Tonkotsu. In addition to traditional ramen, they also have Tsikemen (dipping ramen), which has a wider noodle and a thicker broth meant for dipping. If you haven't had the opportunity, I recommend giving this a try as well. Overall, I highly recommend you give them a try!
google avatar

Yelp
Solid ramen spot! The noodle texture is good and the broth is flavorful while not being overpowering. Service is great and the interior is cute!

Yelp
Northgate Kizuki is our favorite branch. Parking is easy and food quality and taste is consistent

Yelp
Before heading out to the movies, my friend and I stopped by @kizukiramen for dinner, where we found out there was a collaboration event going on at the restaraunt with Attack on Titan! They are currently serving 5 combo dishes inspired by the anime, along with exclusive merch you can purchase on the side! ‼Event ends on December 12/13th, so you have one more week to check it out!‼Visit their website to see if the location near you is doing the event! I've always loved the ramen here, as it is a nice, quick fix for the colder seasons that just hits the spot. Their broth is rich and there are a variety of bowls, rice dishes and appetizers to choose from! Although the meats can vary on tenderness, the other toppings are always cooked to perfection The staff were very friendly and the interior felt comforting and clean. I even asked one of the servers if any of the cutouts were being given away or sold and they were cool about it

Yelp
Ramen was flavorful and good. I liked it better than other ramen places I've been to. Service was great. Order was ready right on time

Yelp
Stopped in on this quaint and chicly decorated place on a cold and rainy night for a ramen bowl. We started with the octopus appetizer with had a very flavorful sauce with what seemed liked dried kale on top. An order comes with 6 pieces and the two of us left none. Then, I ordered the spicy tan tan chicken heat level 3 of 5. The dish was well prepared and very flavorful. The garlic flavor was perfect although I had really hoped for a poached egg, but no joy on that hope. Being from Louisiana, I think spice level 4 is a good starting level and 5 didn't seem to be insanely hot which would be expected in Seattle? Service was fast and efficient and the price was good at $12-16 per bowl. Nothing outstanding to really report, but was a solid choice for hot soup on a cold and rainy night. Spicy Chicken Tan Tan

Yelp
Really excellent ramen! They serve up fresh, hot and delicious meals. My favorite is the Garlic Tonkotsu as well as the Chicken Karaage. The delivery bags are adorable and make great gift bags!

Yelp
One of my favorite ramen places! I highly recommend the garlic tonkotsu shoyu ramen or the dipping noodles. Portion is decent and there's lot of space to sit.

Yelp
First time here. Ok space with some parking close by. I ordered the Garlic Tonkatsu. Asked if i wanted low sodium i said no, as i love asian flavors and am not watching salt intake. But i wished i had, as it was so salty i couldn't finish it, and drank water all afternoon. The server was great, very helpful, and said next time i could have free unsalted broth to add. That is weird to me. Why not just make it less salty? Is that the main flavoring? Husband had Octopus Dumplings, flavor was good but it was chewy, not tender.

Yelp
Omg Kizuki is by far the best ramen I've had out of all ramen spots!!! I love the Garlic Tonkotsu. It is so flavorful. I even love that they serve onigiri!!!!! Sadly I did not get photos because I started chowing down on my ramen and didn't want to take a picture of half eaten food!!! Ugh! Our servers were really nice and the food came out fast. It's a small space inside but we got sat quickly. We love it so much and love how they have a point system so we can't wait to return!!!!

Chung M.

Yelp
Always get their garlic tonkotsu and it's one of the richest broths I can get in Seattle which I love! Super friendly service, easy going vibe, great for a quick dinner with friends or family.

Yelp
Great service and food is awesome! They have vegan options and outdoor seating. So you can bring your pets to dine here. Parking is plenty and available in the garage.

Yelp
(Overall: C) - Overall, Kizuki was a pretty mid restaurant -- the food was of reasonable quality, though not as competitively priced. The atmosphere was acceptable, although a bit cramped for bar seating. The service was nice, except they kept getting confused by the orders, especially the drinks. (Takoyaki: C) - These takoyaki look extra deep fried for some reason, but taste reasonable with all the flavors you'd expect with the kewpie mayo, takoyaki sauce, and shaved bonito. The presentation is nice but a bit pricey at $10. (Garlic Tonkotsu Ramen: B) - I love the garlic forwardness of this ramen. Every component is well made, and I think Choy Sum is a great option to add freshness here, although $3.5 is an expensive side for a few leaves. -- Food: +1 Presentation: E Price: -1 Atmosphere: E Service: E Menu: E Overall: +0 C Insta/Beli: @amei_eats

Yelp
We stopped here for a bit of a late lunch so we had the restaurant to ourselves. We were seated quickly, and the restaurant was very clean and orderly. The staff were super friendly and helped us to navigate the menu and provide some recommendations. The ramen bowls came out very quickly and they all tasted amazing. While I don't know much about ramen, I can say that what I got (the Spicy Chicken Tan Tan) was very yummy. A little bit of spice that balanced very well with the noodles. And the bamboo added a little bit of veggies to each bite to balance things out a bit. They also give you a large portion so you can take some leftovers home if you need to. Very cool place and definitely want to come back and try some of their other bowls.

Yelp
Great stop before or after the movies Gluten free options & good ramen with multiple locations.

Yelp
We were on our way elsewhere, but then it was a 45 minute wait, so we pivoted to Kazuki and, I'm sure glad that we did! Promptly seated, had a nice bowl of Ramen. Excellent service! (Keyana) enjoyed sake, cold Asahi on tap, and overall it was quite a nice experience. We will be back! Oh and the young man who greeted/seated us was great too! Just didn't catch his name

Jinan A.

Yelp
Awesome customer service- very attentive and fresh food! The Strawberry lemonade slushee was to die for! I 10/10 would recommend to come back :)

Yelp
I didn't like the yuzu shio ramen before so I ordered black garlic tonkatsu this time and it's really good! The portion is huge. The service is good. Our waiter was very polite. The environment felt very cozy.

Yelp
Coming here always makes me feel like I am back in Japan. The Ramen is amazing, so flavorful and with the great friendly service, this spot never fails. Always a great experience. Highly recommend!

Yelp
Been eating here for years, my favorite is their chicken salad with dressing. Their ramens are good too, great takeout packaging. Prices are what you would expect in the city of Seattle (more expensive than it needs to be). Prepare to wait for dinner dine in, they tend to be very busy. Great courteous staff, attentive and efficient. I'm always impressed by their training and organization, a reflection of good management. Last year the cooking was off and I received burnt chicken for my takeout one time. This experience never repeated again, which is why I recommend this place.

Yelp
Came here after an evening movie and it was still open luckily, since we were hungry and it was late. I liked the ambiance of the place and the waiters were quick and friendly. Sadly I can't rate it more than a 3 because the ramen was really salty. However I did appreciate the full egg that came with my miso ramen. I also asked for the spicy miso ramen but it was not very spicy at all, compared to the place I usually go for ramen. We did have an order of the kaarage chicken, which was not bad. I liked how crispy it was. I probably wouldn't come here again knowing that there are other options for good ramen, but if you are craving it and this is the only place nearby then it will be satisfying.

Yelp
My favorite Mexican place was randomly closed on a Friday, so I happened by Kizuki. I'm glad I did, the Spicy Chicken Tan Tan was fantastic & I'm glad to know I have this go-to place for delicious noodles. I know it's a chain, but who cares? The service was prompt & friendly. Points for noticing I was low on Diet Coke & refilling it. Nice & clean space. A little spendy but I'll be back.

Yelp
The server is very kind and sweet. Great decor and ambiance of the restraunt. The food is good as well.

Yelp
Food is so good, I ordered garlic ramen spicy and it is so so delicious. Service is super nice, servers are ready when you need

Yelp
The ramen's proportions were generous from vegetables down to the meat. The broth is amazingly good to every drop, the lingering remembrance of taste of it in your mouth after you swallow it down makes you return for more each time until its over. Would recommend.

Yelp
Food was delicious. Did not wait long at all. Everyone was friendly. Nice dinner after a movie.

Yelp
Have been coming here for years. Great food! I like the shoyu and tonkotsu ramen. The broth is the best broth in seattle.

Yelp
Delicious ramen, great service, and a cozy, inviting ambiance--perfect for a satisfying meal! I love the Garlic Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen so much; it is served hot and is full of flavor.

Yelp
Chasiu-don had strong pork smell and rice felt really mushy (defrosted rice texture). Ramen was decent and the service was good. Both bathroom toilets were flooding and I really hope they improve their restaurant safety rating of "Okay"

Yelp
The food at Kizuki Ramen is consistently great. I have come here multiple times, but never gone wrong with an order. The service is excellent. Super friendly staff! Would definitely recommend.
