The 19 Best Korean Restaurants In London

"Located two minutes from Tufnell Park station, Kkini is one NW5’s go-to Great Little Places. There isn’t a tonne of room to manoeuvre in this moody, industrial KBBQ spot, and its 10-or-so tables (each with their own grill) are dominated by families doing 6pm post-homework dining or 30-something grilling enthusiasts later on. Spicy pork belly and LA galbi are a must. The former is caramelised on its fatty edges and the latter is an always tender and umami-filled mouthful. Other standouts are generous and crispy seafood pancakes and a hearty, spicy galbitang soup full of soft beef short rib that’ll thaw the chilliest of Hampstead Heath walks. We visited on a Friday night and it was busy, but not completely full. We opted for the BBQ and the meat was great quality and well marinated. The staff were lovely and made us feel really welcome. They brought out a delicious Korean pancake with a candle for my boyfriend's birthday, which was lovely. Highly recommended

Bibimbap and Korean Fried Chicken, not bad at all, but the chicken was a tad overdone. Still crispy and tasty though, no cap

Very nice Korean bbq, great service, nice food, reasonable prices. They’re very good in explaining how to bbq the meat properly, and the result is fantastic!

Best Korean food in London - the galbitang is phenomenal! Kimchi pancakes are better than ones I’ve had in some restaurants in Korea. Love this place, we keep coming back!

Was so satisfied after eating there! Affordable price, delicious and big enough portions! Especially the BBQ platter, I personally think it was totally worth it, very generous portions! Friendly staff, modern and fairly spacious. But just one thing, during my dining experience there in December, it was so cold inside... Apart from that, everything was perfect 👌

Ate here last night and had a great time. The food was lovely, with the meat eaters enjoying the table barbecue while I had a delicious tofu bibimbap. The service was friendly and helpful. Would recommend booking as it gets busy. We were lucky - booked on the day and got the last available table. Look forward to returning.

KKINI is one of the best restaurants in North London! A cute and cosy space (not too big or small) with a nice ambiance. The food is the star of the show. We ordered a bunch of plates and two portions of BBQ. Everything was delicious and had good portion sizes! And, unlike a lot of other BBQ spots, it didn't break the bank. I would highly recommend coming by if you're around North London and want some good Korean food.
