Klatch Coffee Pasadena is hands down one of my favorite coffee spots! The coffee is always expertly brewed — I especially love their oat milk cappuccino. The atmosphere is cozy and perfect for working or catching up with friends. The staff are super friendly and remember your order, which makes it feel really welcoming. Plus, their pastries, like the honey bacon biscuit, are delicious. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in Pasadena!

First timer here. Most of the items I got were decent. Had a pretzel croissant, pistachio muffin, the Melt sandwich on sourdough with a morning drip and americano. The tomato in the sandwich was a little too wet but otherwise everything else was decent. Service was alright. But the cleansing of sanitation wasn’t great. We placed in an order and saw the person who helped us order did not wash their hands before they resume food handling procedure which made me feel uncomfortable. It’ll be good to see them use some sort of hand hygiene before resuming food handling or transactions

October 2024; Stopped by on a Sunday for a pour over coffee. There were two options and I chose the Empire which was very smooth and silky. I added a splash of oat milk which I think made it smoother. Service was friendly. Would definitely come back again for more great coffee ☕.

The coffee here is excellent, making it a great spot for coffee enthusiasts. However, it’s a bit of a letdown that there’s no outdoor seating. On a cold sunny day, it would have been nice to enjoy the coffee outside. Still, if you're after quality coffee, it's definitely worth a visit.

This was my first time coming to this coffee shop. I had a very good impression about almost everything. I ordered an iced latte and it tasted good! Their service was good too, nothing to complain. The atmosphere thee was pleasant. It was early in the morning and that was probably the reason why there weren't a lot of people. Klatch Coffee is on the top of my mind in the San Gabriel area.

After 3 weeks visiting from Los Angeles to San Diego and many of its coffee shops along the way, this is the one that not only has has the widest selection of coffee beans from single origins to interesting blends, but also the only one where I found single origin coffee beans from Panama. We tried two pour over, one espresso and one cappuccino. Very good balanced full bodied espresso with notes of caramel and chocolate, nice acidity that leaves a long lasting smooth mouthfeel. The pour over, one Java which was more fruity and nutty, with a medium body. And the Kenya Gachatta AA which was more floral, with a very bright orange acidity, very juicy mouthfeel, my personal favorite of the two I tried. Highly recommended!

This particular Klatch location has a special place in my heart - staff is always respectful, knowledgeable, and amicable. The quality of the coffee and drinks are immediately noticeable. From espressos to cold brews, not only do they taste like ‘proper’ coffee shop coffees; they definitely do the trick. I unfortunately cannot say the same for all cafes, as there is usually something missing; whether it be quality, taste, effect, overall environment, or service. Klatch Coffee Pasadena, however, checks all these boxes and will thus remain as my go-to coffee shop :) Special shoutouts to Isiah, Brenda, and Mia! Y’all probably tired of seeing me! Lol.

There was no wait time and our drinks came out in less than 5 minutes! However the Matcha Latte with oat milk was a little too sweet for my preference, and the iced latter was perfect!

I used the Klatch Coffee website to place an order online the day before for a 6:45 AM pickup. I got 24 cinnamon twists @ $3.50 each. Yes, do the math LOL. For special instructions, I asked for each of them to be bagged in a pastry bag and then all of them to be boxed. I was over one hour late due to traffic unfortunately. I made sure I called to let them know that I was still on my way to pick up my order. I did already paid for it LOL. Upon entry, I was greeted right away. Ambiance was bright and welcoming. I walked up to the counter and gave the lady my name and she said my order has been ready. I know LOL. Each were double bagged entirely from front to back which I wasn't expecting. There were 2 big brown bags each with 12 cinnamon twists. I didn't eat a cinnamon twist until later in the day. When I did eat it, I was slightly disappointed... it was kind of soft. Don't get me wrong, it was still tasty. But I was expecting it to be flaky and crispy like all the previous times. I think they bagged them when they were not thoroughly cooled down... hence, still baking in the bags LOL. They needed to settle. Lesson learned. No more requesting them to be pre-bagged. Thanks Klatch Coffee, but no thanks! I love their cinnamon twist so I'll still be back for it again and again... no doubt about that.

I saw on Yelp that they have Turkish coffee, but I was told that it was actually not available as it is a seasonal item. I've never had Turkish coffee before and was so curious about how it taste. The cashier said it'll be available in about a month. I settled for a hot vanilla bean latte. It was very creamy and good, but the espresso didn't taste that strong. I think it needed another shot of espresso. I'll come back here to try the Turkish coffee when it becomes available. The cafe is small with some tables and chairs inside. It is very clean and customer service was good.

Busy spot with limited parking. Inside of establishment clean and nice. Customer service blah, nothing special. Low energy here, very sweet coffee. Probably wouldn't return.

Klatch is a catch I've been looking forward to trying this place & I can tell you I am not disappointed!! I ordered a vanilla cappuccino with a pistachio muffin. The cappuccino had an amazing milk to espresso ratio and was not too sweet. I could really taste the boldness of the bean & quality of the shot. The muffin was tasty snd fresh. Klatch has a clean modern look with a beautiful rose wall as soon as you enter. I loved how open it felt! The staff were extremely friendly & I could feel the sincerity in their service. The head barista knew all of her regulars by name & asked genuine questions. Overall I enjoyed my experience & highly recommend if you're in the area! Plus there is a Trader Joe's in the same lot for a coffee & grocery outing!

Great coffee and service! Customer service is always great when I stop by here. It's a great place to get some work done-- has great natural lighting, WiFi, and a few outlets for charging. My go-to drink here is the Oat Milk Capp on Tap. Their batch of it wasn't made correctly when I went today, so the baristas offered to make me a different drink and the alternative was fine. On my way out, Brandon offered me the Oat Milk Capp on Tap from their new batch-- super considerate of him! Besides the coffee, would highly recommend the ham and cheese croissant.

The greatest afternoon pick me up! I was going crazy looking for coffee during my afternoon in Pasadena but didn't have time to look on my phone- thankfully I found this beautiful spot along the way! Made my day! They make everything from scratch here, yes everything! Syrups, pastries, cashew milk, whipped cream etc. I ordered an iced latte with cashew milk & a little crème brûlée syrup (slightly sweet, cashew milk was divine) I also ordered an espresso with whipped cream (perfect just perfect) Lastly the cinnamon twist pastry (a little crunchy and slightly dry but I imagine if I had this when it was warm or earlier in the day it's probably perfect) Service here was really lovely, the 2 baristas were friendly & accommodating, this was a wonderful afternoon pick me up, I thoroughly enjoyed my visit & I look forward to return when I am in the area again!

I pass by this coffee shop on my way to church on Sunday and one day my pastor brought it up during a sermon so I decided to try it out! Boy, was I in for a treat! I wasn't expecting much since I'm used to the new flavors of the week at Starbies, but I was exceptionally pleased with my selection! I ordered the creme brûlée coffee drink with non dairy milk and it tasted like the best dessert I've ever had! It didn't even feel like I was drinking coffee, but was enough to fuel me through a whole Sunday school session with rambunctious preschoolers! The coffee here is way better than any I've tried at other coffee shops, and the food selection looked just as delicious! Will be back to try the fare next time!

Whenever I'm at Trader Joe's and need a quick treat or coffee fix, I like to come to Klatch. I've been to this location a couple of times and each time I was not disappointed by the quality and flavor of the beverages I've ordered. This time, my husband and I ordered an Iced Creme Brulee Latte and Blended Chippuccino. The Creme Brulee Latte was very sweet and creamy, perfect for my taste buds. The star of the day though was the Chippuccino. First time ordering a blended drink from Klatch and it was so good that I kept trying to sneak sips while my husband looked the other way. Service is friendly at this location and drinks are made efficiently. They also have coffee beans and pastries that you can purchase. There's a good amount of seating in this cafe which makes it good for enjoying a drink with a friend or even getting in some work for the day. I like that this shop has a large, shared parking lot with the other few businesses. I've never had to circle around and wait for parking. Only thing to improve on is probably store cleanliness. The store itself is clean but the table we sat at while waiting for our order was a little dirty probably from whoever sat there before us in the day.

Great venue to grab some good coffee (and food) and catch up with friends. Clean, good coffee, good service and nice interior decor is pretty much all you can ask for. And, it's not too noisy.

A great addition to Arcadia given the scarcity of coffee stores nearby in the SGV. Service was attentive and excellent. Unfortunately not much of a sit down location, thus breaking the traditional mold of a classic cafe, but nonetheless still a great grab-and-go experience. The Klatch coffee blend is unique and delicious without the need to add excessive additives. Worth a try if around town!

Came here to do some work as my Wifi at home was being pretty spotty. Decent sized cafe with seated and some outlets. Wifi was fast and secure and their drinks were good.

The coffee here was good and I like that it was strong. I enjoyed their Oat Milk Capp on Tap and a hot cappuccino. The workers here were friendly and very bubbly even during a very early morning around 6am. There is a good amount of seating and free WiFi, making it a nice spot to study in the morning.

This review is long overdue! Klatch is on my daily morning commute for my brother's school drop off and we always stop whenever we have the time. My order is always the iced vanilla bean latte. I have to say their coffee is so delicious and has a unique taste. I've tried their pastries and breakfast sandwiches which have all been yummy. The spot itself has great employees that are always so welcoming and friendly. I will continue to be a regular customer. Tip: Download their app to get points and easy/faster pick up. Curbside is offered on San Gabriel Blvd., but I usually have my brother run in.

I gave creme brûlée latte another shot and this time it was delicious! Definitely on the sweet side but I don't mind. I would ask for extra shot of espresso so the taste of the coffee can be more prominent. It gets medium busy here and their indoor seating is open now.

I love Klatch! I'd been getting their beans for a while before I visited, and found out they had a location in Pasadena. Btw their beans are more on the light to medium side, and I love them for their anaerobics and geishas. The first thing I got here was one of their geisha pourovers, which imo they're decently priced for a geisha ($12) and their other pourovers are around $5. They do pourovers really well here! They have a poursteady and dial in the beans perfectly. The notes they provide for each bean are pretty accurate too. The pastries and food are good too, I've tried the pistachio muffin, various danishes, and chocolate chip cookie and they were all delicious. The panini I ordered was really good too (note: I think their kitchen closes sooner than the rest of the shop). Milk coffee drinks here haven't impressed me though, they're fine but lacking in the flavor department. I might just not be a fan of the espressos they use for their milk drinks though. The milk texture and latte art is always good though! One great thing is how friendly the baristas are. I feel like a lot of them will make the effort to remember me and say hi, even when it's been a long time since I visited, which is really nice! Makes it feel like I have a small community here. I wish I could remember all their names but I do remember Alejandro who is a great barista! Ambiance is fine, it's usually playing pop music in the background and it's not too loud in the shop. Near sunset, the sun can start bearing down on you if you're sitting closer to the window. There are some outlets here if you're looking to study or work. Overall I love this Klatch. My only wish is for them would change their hours back to close at 7 pm so I could visit more often!

Great study spot with EXCELLENT service. Kudos to the staff! I'm still trying to find my go-to drink. I've tried the Mexican mocha and the chippuchino, but I don't think they're my thing. All of my friends have really really enjoyed the matcha latte, and that's probably going to be my favorite as well. Only complaint is the height of the chairs at the large table -- some are taller, some are shorter, they're all kind of at an awkward height to work on your laptop. The shorter ones are better for average and taller people, but I understand that there's no one-size-fit-all.

This is the best place to get freshly roasted whole coffee beans in the 626. The mother ship is in San Dimas which sends fresh batches of beans to this location every Wednesday afternoon. I just picked up this carbonic maceration single origin from Columbia which I am super excited about. They pull a solid shot of espresso which means the drinks here are quality. For those wanting to graduate from Starbucks level coffee then Klatch is definitely worth checking out.

Finally found a delicious coffee place that we will come to every morning we are in town while visiting. Have spent too many times going to every hole in the wall coffee place in So Cal trying to find good coffee. Thoroughly enjoyed everything we've had from here, including the several bags of whole bean specialty coffees we picked up to enjoy at home. Doesn't hurt that the staff is great, the place is bright and open and they can make your drink however you want, even if it's not on the menu.

The crème brûlée latte is beyond super sweet, not recommended for people who prefer coffee that is not loaded with sugar. I've really wanted to like the coffee here but I've been disappointed each time! The avocado toast is good, great seasoning on it. If eaten fresh, I can see it being excellent. However, my home delivered avocado toast was soggy because the coffee spilled in transit.

We were in town for vacation and came here several times because it was that good. Parking is right out front and staff was very helpful and friendly. The inside was clean and had ample seating. The drinks were amazing which kept us coming back!

Had to stop again at this amazing coffee place. Service, as always is the best. I tried their Capp Shake today, and I must say.....OMG!!!the best ever. Thanks for the recommendation. It's actually dangerous being this good. You guys rock here at this location. Please open a location in Huntington Beach, so far to drive. Though totally worth the drive!!!! The atmosphere as always is so inviting and chill!

If there is one thing I recommend getting, it would be the vanilla bean latte. The latte is so smooth and the hint of vanilla adds such great depth to the drink. The store is located in the same plaza as trader joes and other stores so parking shouldnt be an issue. There are large windows throughout the store, bringing in natural lighting, making it a great place to work/study. Service was quick when I visited around 10am on a Saturday morning. Inspired by my foodie friend to visit here and gave it a try!! The overall experience is great and pleasant. Parking situation is good within a shopping plaza, very bright and welcoming as you walk in. Really appreciate the indoor decorations with colorful flowers and elegant floorings and countertops. ⁣ ⁣ Vanilla Bean Latte is the one I am recommended to get and I'm very impressed by its genuine taste!! I replace the milk with almond cashew milk and it makes it creamier with the nutty flavor, very organic and calming. The latte art is on point and beautiful. ⁣ ⁣ They also have simple breakfast food on the menu and packaged coffee beans on the side shelf for sale. Their staffs are very friendly and welcoming, great service and the wait time is timely. I discovered this coffee shop when I was on my way to work and I have been hooked. My favorite drink from here is Hazelnut Ice Latte. What I like about this drink is that they made their drink with half&half which blends perfectly with the hazelnut flavor. If you are a fan of nutty, creamy coffee, this is the one for you! They also have food and other coffee on tap if you want to stay to study. The staff are all friendly and patient with you. 10/10 would recommend

Great iced lattes! My friend and I came in to Pasadena for a short visit. We had just arrived from the Bay Area and needed some caffeine. We stopped by this cool coffee shop that was right on the corner with street parking & a parking lot. This was a bigger location than I expected and showed a modern catch to it. The staff were really helpful & helped me choose a latte. I order the Crème Brûlée Iced Latte. It was a perfect combination of both sweet and creamy with a great caffeine punch. I also observed they had pastries and other food options.I would definitely recommend others to check this coffee shop out.

The service was quick and friendly. I went with my family on a Saturday morning. Most of the patrons were ordering to-go so we were able to find seating easily. We noticed a total of 3 electrical outlets with 4 plugs each: 1 furthest from the entrance near the last table on the left, 1 directly across from the counter (where they take orders), and 1 at the front end near the large communal table. The coffee is excellent (particularly the pour-overs) and the food (the show off and the go to) was delicious!

What a surprise! Everything was tasty and the gentleman that helped us was rad! The inside was kinda corporate but has seating and plenty of space for ordering.

I'm not from the area, and this is my second visit here over two different times of the year. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Eager and willing to share information about their offerings and provide suggestions. They have a small selection of muffins and pastries as well as sandwiches and all day breakfast. I tried the goat cheese and honey toast with lavender, very tasty! I have also had a decaf mocha. It had a cinnamon flavor and was quite tasty. An excellent place to spend some time.

I loved the coffee but honestly, why don't they keep their creamer out? The employee told me that if I want creamer she'd have to pour it herself . I like to control the amount of creamer in my own coffee please. Also, the employees are a little bit unfriendly. I'll definitely be back still but wish they would make these changes.

I got a double shot espresso and it was terrible. Maybe everyone can get into their coffee drinks but for a purist who's had the best in Europe, and has a machine at home, this is terrible espresso.

This specific coffee location is at a midsize plaza at the corner of Huntington dr and San Gabriel Blvd in Pasadena. Indoor atmosphere, layout and design were relaxing, well conceived and modern, respectively. They have six small tables and one long table. Furthermore, they have gender neutral bathroom. I came here on a cloudy Saturday morning for some breakfast. I was warmly and ebulliently greeted by a male staff. It's my first time trying Klatch Coffee. I ordered a midsize cup of hot Latte and an Avocado Toast. The latte was delightful and perfect to my liking. Similarly, my food was oozing with avocado and sliced baby cucumbers and it was simply good. They play good background music while you sip your coffee or eat your food. Service was outstanding and prices were reasonable and competitive. Staff were convivial and professional. Condiment area was neatly organized and tucked at the far back right corner of the coffee shop. Free Wifi. Parking was easy. Overall, it's a good coffee shop and I enjoyed my latte and avo toast. I will definitely recommend you visit.

Klatch is starting to become a favorite coffee spot on my home from my workout. My order is the vanilla bean latte. Service is always great! There's some seating so you can meet up with a friend or study there. The store is bright and has it's own restroom. And as you enter there's a wall that is decorated. So you can take drink photos there. It's located in the same plaza as Trader Joe's, CVS, Half & Half Tea Express and B Mans teriyaki. The parking lot is a bit weird with one ways.

I am a coffee lover. I have bought coffee beans from this store many times and made them at home. Today I came here to buy a cup of freshly brewed coffee. The waiter prepared it and put it aside without calling my name. I waited stupidly. The service was average.

I had a cappuccino and it was very good. The service was also very good. I will definitely be getting more cappuccinos here.

Back again to finally try their coffee! I decided to get "The Favorite" along with my coffee since I was hungry. It was pretty good. It's small but with coffee is filling. Surprised at the price as the sandwich is only $4.50 which is unheard of at most coffee shops. The coffee was good as well. The workers here are always so friendly and check in on you to make sure you're ok. It's a good place to work as the wifi is pretty fast. I'll continue to patronize whenever I'm in the area!

Coffee was great! I tried their hot latte, and we also got an iced vanilla bean latte. The vanilla bean latte is on the sweeter side if you're into that. Cafe latte was smooth. Will be back to try their other drinks! Parking is shared in the Trader Joe's lot. Will be confusing for those who haven't been there before, it's a bit on the narrow side. Take caution!

I LOVE this location. (I've also never been to a bad Klatch, but this one is especially good.) Always friendly, always extremely fast, and idk what it is, but every employee always seems so happy and chill and like they all get along with each other. It's good vibes only, every time. The last time I came in, the person taking orders was so nice to me and I remember that day because I had had a bad day. Him being so nice to me literally made my day so much better. Also, the quality of their coffee is amazing and it is *consistent.* So many times, while a place does have good espresso, they can't quite make it to "consistently good." For some reason, that never happens to me here. This Klatch is 100% always good. This location is on Huntington and shares a lot with Trader Joe's. Parking is not great, especially if you drive an SUV, just a note. I usually find parking during the day, but my advice would be to not come during "after-school" hours because this lot is packed and the spaces are tight. Other than that, incredible location that you will most likely never be disappointed with.

Lovely staff! Super sweet ladies at the front. The coffee was good. I personally like mine more bitter than sweet, I should've asked for an extra shot (créme brulèe for reference) but it was still yummy! I really enjoyed the space/environment too, it was so pretty inside & lots of natural light too made it look very out of a movie. I also got a wrap; egg, avocado, bacon, & cheese (I believe) came with a side of red salsa. It literally makes the wrap 100x yummier!

This place is clean, coffee and food is good, staff is friendly and welcoming, most importantly to me is they open early at 7am!!

Finished an early morning hike in the Sierra Madre area and wanted something sweet right after. The first thing that came to mine was Klatch! And specifically their iced creme brûlée latte. I'm not a big coffee drinker but when I'm craving caffeine + sweet I come and order this particular drink. The coffee flavor is not overpowering, more so mellow. And their beans are roasted just perfectly. The drink is just the right amount of sweet. I love it and so do my family, hence grabbing 3 cups on my run. I have yet to try other drinks off of their menu but I'll keep coming back as long as they have this one on their menu!

The coffee is good but the customer service is lacking. I went in recently to get some coffee in the morning and the worker at the front counter looked busy so I just stood there with no acknowledgment while they finished whatever it was they were doing. After standing there for over 8 mins they finally looked up and said "whenever you're ready" as if I was the one who was making them wait. I was really put off by that. Klatch will come through in a pinch but I would prefer to go to other places that don't make me feel like my order is an inconvenience to them.

COVID-19: Social distancing is not enforced at this establishment. All of the staff wears a mask. All customers are not expected to wear a mask. Some of the staff also wears gloves. There are some hand sanitizers available for customers to use. This place is available for take outs and has some indoor seating available with limited capacity. They are not sanitizing in between customers. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. While I was grabbing my drink from this establishment several days ago, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They currently don't have happy hour. They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is decent. They share the parking lot with several other establishments, so the lot does get full quite easily and quickly. Avoid coming here during peak business hours and the weekends. Parking spots are also okay. They aren't too big nor too small. Drink: I ordered the creme brûlée latte. It was so good, but pretty sweet. I had a sweet tooth that day, so it was the right drink for me. It definitely hit the spot. It was also perfect for a hot day. Staff: The staff here are very friendly, welcoming, and fast. They accept both cash and credit cards. There is no credit card minimum.

Klatch has for sure gone downhill. I recently went back again for a iced large vanilla bean latte. I usually go with regular milk for it, but when the cashier gave me the options, he didn't list regular milk. I assumed they got rid of it or something so I just went with half and half. I eventually went up to a the barista making the coffees to ask if they had regular milk. After avoiding eye contact and realizing I wasn't going to leave, she finally answered my question and said they offer regular milk. Right off the bat, I kind of already knew I was going to be dealing with someone annoyed to be doing their job, so I asked really quick if she'd be able to substitute the half and half and put regular house milk in instead since she hadn't started making my drink yet. She agreed and I thought everything would be fine, but when I got it, the order was in a small size. I went back to the original cashier I ordered it with and told him I thought I ordered a large. He went to tell that same barista who at this time got really mad and grabbed the drink I had left on the counter angrily after confirming this was the drink she had made wrong. It seemed as if she had just added what was in the original cup into the large cup and added more milk instead of actually remaking my actual order. She slid it back across the counter with the same pissed off attitude. I'm honestly not sure since I'm not a coffee expert, but I just assumed the large might have somewhat more caffeine in it instead of just being diluted out with more milk (although I'm aware a latte is mainly milk so idk). I don't know if the barista just was having a bad day, but reading some of these reviews, it seems as if I'm not the only customer dealing with her colorful personality.

Klatch have always been consistently good and the service is very friendly here. In german, "klatch" means to have coffee and conversation-- fun fact! I always order the americano and it always taste pretty decent here.

Klatch has become my go-to coffee place lately, and I'm addicted to their vanilla bean latte. In fact, I've been coming weekly for it (if not more often) and I got their app so that I can order ahead and earn points. The points don't accumulate that quickly but the convenience is nice. We've purchased some Klatch beans as well and they're not bad either! The only bad thing about ordering via the app is that once or twice they've missed the large size request and I don't realize it until I've gotten home (usually because it's hidden in a couple of drinks I've picked up for the family). Still doesn't deter me from coming back but just a note to always double check your order before leaving! Plenty of parking in the lot and there's a cute floral mural at the entrance for those of you that like your photo ops.

One of the better chain coffee shops. They got some housemade syrups such as their vanilla bean syrup. Such a good strong sweet flavor of vanilla bean mixed with their strong aromatic shots of espresso make the perfect combination of sweet and bitter. Their hot vanilla bean latte is pretty sweet, but boy oh man. The sweetness of the vanilla bean is very pronounced and perfect. Another item I got is their coffee shake! Obviously lots of sugar with some espresso, but if you're craving a blended drink I'd recommend. The service is great with very friendly employees having a great time making coffee and chatting with customers. This spot is fairly newer, like a couple years? Something like that and is very clean and great ambiance. A perfect spot to chill and look at the beautiful traffic on Huntington Dr.

Went in and ordered a BLT with avocado today. Bread was so dry and hard, too much lettuce, barely any mayo and no avocado. Not good.
