Klatch Coffee Rancho

I've visited this Klatch location many times over the years. It's usually always busy, but they move quickly and efficiently. All the employees here are so cheerful and friendly. I stopped in here this morning for some breakfast. I purchased an iced crème brûlée latte and an avocado toast. Despite the crowd, my order was done quickly. The coffee was amazing, as always! I opted for their house made almond/cashew milk as a dairy-free alternative. And the avocado toast is so tasty and refreshing. Love that it's on sourdough and the Persian cucumbers and sumac really elevate it to the next level. They have a nice amount of seating inside and outside, and many people were gathering here to study/work or chat. It's a nice atmosphere and has a good vibe. I'll definitely keep coming here and highly recommend checking them out!

A cute space once you find it. (I drove around that parking lot so many times and could not see the sign. ) It looks like a good place to get some work done, type a paper, or work on school projects. (That's what was happening when I was there.) There is outdoor seating available. I got a strawberry mint sparkler and it was good and slightly tart, which I loved. Nice staff!! Quick service!

The food is AMAZING there! My favorite thing to get is the one sandwich with jalapenos on it (forget the name sorry) And the coffees are HEAVEN the best coffee I have ever had The service is amazing. The workers are so kind and understanding. The atmosphere is also really comfortable and relaxing.

I have been to Klatch Coffee a couple times at their Chino Hills and San Dimas locations. I found out that their original location is in Rancho Cucamonga so I had to seek them out LOL. It was not easy to find them as I had to drive all around the parking lot and my internet connection wasn't working at the time, hence, I couldn't see anything on Google Map. But I knew I was within the vicinity. After driving to the front of the building on Foothill Blvd side, I finally saw Coffee Klatch. Btw, this is not their front entrance... it's actually their back entrance. Their front entrance is on the other side closer to IV Juice Bar. Anyway, I entered through the back. I walked up to the counter. The nice lady asked me what I wanted to order and I said 1 Patio Special drink, 1 Cinnamon Twist, and 1 Cappacino Chip Muffin. She asked if I wanted whip cream on my drink and if I wanted the cinnamon twist heated up. I said yes to both. Former was okay, but I did not care for the cinnamon twist heated up because it got soft... I prefer it unheated. Patio Special drink was good, but a tad bitter than the last one I had from the San Dimas location. Different people making them may result in difference in taste... that's how it goes. I didn't try the muffin, but it looked good though. Staff was okay. Service was decent. Interior was quaint and had some nostalgic feel to it. It's in a very old building so I'm sure there's some history here. They also have merchandise for sale like sweatshirts, caps, mugs, jugs, cups, and more. Btw, they don't have a drive-thru. This location is somewhat out of my way. I don't know if I'll be back here as often as I would for the other locations. But if I'm in the area and am craving a Patio Special and Cinnamon Twist, I'm here!

Klatch came through in the clutch when i so needed a touch, of the caffeine that i crave so very much. It's the only coffee spot in the area that's open after six for that coffee fix that puts me in the mix. And I just don't say that for kicks. The menu is small and basic but the hot seller here is the iced crème Brûlée latte from what I was told. The drinks comes with vanilla bean syrup and caramel sauce made with breve so that sounded interesting. After that first sip I could taste why people love this drink and it isn't bad at all if you enjoy semi sweet coffee drinks. Next time I'll order it hot to see if there's a difference in taste and I'm sure there will be but until then it's a score. They also have mug service but only if it's available since it's busy here. They have a nice patio area up front and a spacious one in the back. The vibes here feel kinda corporate if you dig and that's my take, Peace.

The service, and food has been exceptionally consistent for years. This is my go to for the absolute BEST coffee and conversation!! In addition, it's also a great space to get school work done with wifi access and a area to plug in. The ambiance is welcoming and nice.

My favorite location. Plenty of seats inside and outside. It's next to IV juice bar. Klatch honestly has one of the best coffee imo. Their vanilla bean latte is my favorite.

Easily one of the best coffee shops in Rancho! The location is absolutely stunning within the historic winery complex, with a rustic, greenery vibe that's perfect for studying or a weekend hangout! The service is abundant, incredibly welcoming, and always so so helpful in explaining the menu! I also appreciate how small the menu is, so you KNOW you'll get quality!! I get the Matcha... with their HOUSEMADE almond cashew milk... AND OOOOH BOY! I've never been to a place that MAKES their milks, and the almond cashew milk is so incredibly flavorful and creamy. Plus, i could see almond bits at the bottom of my cup!! The matcha itself is perfectly sweetened, and I'll definitely be back for more! Thanks guys!!

Klatch is the local coffee shop whenever I come back to California to visit my family. The ambiance is typically locals who look to be working on something on their laptops, people hanging out over a drink to have conversation, and sometimes a Bible study group who's together on one of the corners. The service is what you'd expect for any other coffee shop. I'm not a big coffee drinker, but I sometimes do have coffee and expect good one when I do. Coffee is not the best I've ever tried, but it's a nice place to go to grab a coffee whenever I need a pick me up. There's a place right across the cashier for sipping your coffee as well as some seating area outside. What I docked off a star for was for their scones. Had one together with a blueberry muffin one day, but it wasn't cooked all the way through. Gave my wife a little bit of an upset stomach.

Amazing service every time I go and i have tried almost everything off there menu and everything is super delicious and the coffee is the best!

17 bucks for a tiny cup of expresso with some toasted coconut milk added to it and a small sandwich. Coffee definitely wasn't worth it. The sandwich was tiny- barely enough to share...I asked for regular sourdough and they gave me jalapeño bread. The service: girl at the register was nice and patient as it was my first time there. Guy who made my expresso was border line rude. He mentioned that they don't do expresso in larger cups with extra milk so i kindly reminded him that I paid for the EXTRA milk... lort forbid HE loses out on profit. Ambiance: average in the inside abs really enjoyed the outside seating. Gets real busy though and they only have a handful of tables outside. Will I bereturning- definitely not. I would rather try out another spot.

LOVE THIS PLACE! Great coffee! Great people working there! They are friendly, kind and helpful. I love it that they really sell fresh roasted coffee instead of those places that claim to and then don't put it out for a week. These guys put the coffee out the day it's roasted. THANK YOU! Good organic selection too. I love it that they offer food. They even have a couple of choices for gluten-free. Not a ton, but it's good to be able to get a sandwich wrap. Great place to hang out, either inside or out. Nice relaxed vibe. Friendly patrons here. This is all I'm drinking right now.

This is my FAVORITE coffee shop of all time ever and that is saying lotttt. The people here are always so friendly also- the staff def always makes me feel welcomed. That doesn't always happen in Bougie lil coffee shops! They do have plenty of tables and space outside also and I saw people studying and stuff. Now the coffee THE COFFEE!!!! The baristas do an amazing job nailing my weird order and the coffee will speak for itself. QUALITY DELICIOUS tasting coffee. If I lived this way I would be an absolute regular! It's my favorite part of visiting my home town though.

Loved their coffee and muffins on my short visit to Ontario during thanksgiving break. Service is prompt, on point, and the ambiance of this spot makes it feel more like your home and not just a coffee place. Hoping to see Klatch grow to NorCal soon!

Very nice first visit and I love that they have a dog friendly patio area located at the back. I ordered the "iced creme brulee latte" for this visit and thoroughly enjoyed it. There was a steady stream of busyness while we were there, but drinks were being cranked out in a reasonable time-frame with friendly service. This is a nice place to sit, relax, and enjoy a cuppa with your pupper.

Updating my review. The app has been improved and we use it almost daily. In addition, coffees are constantly good at this location now.

I got a large decaf crème brûlée late and just WOW! It was so good. I definitely would get this drink again or try something else. The staff were so nice and the service was fast. The ambiance was cozy inside as it was a cold day out. I'd definitely recommend this location!

I must admit I am disappointed on how you pay, you can usually bypass the TIP portion but this doesn't give you that option. TIPS should be 100% at the digression of the Customer no establishment should make any customer feel like they must give a tip, that is absolutely on them if they want to or not. When I paid with my credit card, I couldn't bypass the tip option. I had to put something in and that definitely leaves a sour taste in my mouth. It's about principal. Tipping should NEVER be forced.

Probably the best cold brew I've ever had. I would like to find out what beans they use so I can grab a couple bags:)

So as long as I go to the foothill location, I can still get the strawberry mint sparkler the old fashion way! The haven location said they were absolutely forbidden from making it, so shoutout to the foothill staff for being so great!

My second visit here which thankfully was much better than my first visit. First visit I pulled up to pickup a curbside order & was left waiting 20 minutes for my order with zero remorse from the employee when I called to let them know I was still waiting out front. Yes, I checked in on the app. When my items were brought out, they couldn't even remake my iced coffee which was sitting out over 25 minutes at that point. This time I still placed an order through the app but opted to walk-in. My drink wasn't made correctly but they were immediately apologetic and made my correct order within 2 minutes. I wish I remembered the barista's name but she had shoulder length dark hair & was a doll! This just goes to show that first impressions do matter, however, I'm a pretty patient person & typically will give the establishment a second try on the assumption they could be having an "off" day prior to writing a negative review... unless it's just THAT bad lol I'm glad this location was worth giving another shot The avocado toast & iced vanilla latte are my favorite along with their scones as I mentioned in another review. I will agree the egg on the breakfast items is kinda weird lol

Really good service I enjoyed the pastry's the coffee was not to great I got the caramel latte and the texture was too thick :( The business itself was very cozy 100% made me feel at home.

Love this place! Perfect place to study, grab some good coffee, and enjoy some good pastries/food! Food and pastries are made fresh and they definitely hit it out of the park. Talking about hitting it out of the park, the front area is nice for a cute coffee date for all you app users. Coffee is next level! They can answer any coffee questions and I get some of my favorite beans from here. Service is as sweet as sugar and they're always on top of it. They have plenty of space whether it's a large study group or studying individually. Plenty of parking too! Definitely recommend this place.

More times than not, it's a pretty solid cup that'll satiate your coffee kick. I have had a couple of their breakfast items (burrito, sandwich) and those are generally okay - more along the lines of a quick bite that can hold you over to the next meal. // Service Every barista I've interacted with has been incredibly kind and helpful. They didn't have a muffin/biscuit available for one of their sandwiches and asked if it was okay to swap out the grains there. Everything always came out in a pretty timely manner. // Ambiance It's a pretty simple shop - they have one long community table, a lounging area with a sofa and a couple of chaises, and a couple of smaller tables on the side. It's probably not the greatest place to try to do work, but a great place to catch up with a couple of friends over a solid cup of coffee. // Convenience They do have a parking lot, as it is a part of a bigger plaza, but parking is always easy to come by in the area. Wifi seems to be decent, but I didn't have any particularly demanding needs for a strong connection on the times I've been at the shop.

Came across Klatch Coffee yesterday morning while waiting for an appointment near by.... Charming lil coffee shop set up and amazing crème brûlée latte.

I'm gonna give it 3 stars for now because of how nice to the 2 guys working were but I did not like my drink at all. Might've been my bad on what I ordered but I'll be back to try something else. I ordered the iced creme brulee & yeah I thought it was gonna taste like the one at Starbucks but it did not. The chocolate chip cookie was chefs kiss. Definitely coming back to get another cookie & to try a different drink. Very cute location though, some merch, some interesting art work. Tons of parking space & seating.

A must go to for coffee, tea or avocado toast! My favorite is the matcha! The employees are so friendly and welcome you when you walk in. Most know you by name and make an effort to get to know you. The manager Gabby is amazing and always attentive and talkative! I'll be back!

Cute place with some fun menu items that you wouldn't normally see at a coffee shop. I was able to sit on the couch and read my book for a while. I like this place better than the Klatch coffee nearby in Ontario :)

I love their cashew milk latte! It's great either hot or iced. I've been here a few times and the quality and service has been consistent.

We are heading to palm dessert and decided to stop at Starbucks... we came across this place and decided to try it. The coffee was amazing and the avocado toast was delicious. Highly recommend this place. Service was great!

Service is always fast and professional. The Cafe is clean and cozy with lots of outdoor seating. Food and Drink ratings below. *****HOT Crème Brûlée Latte - Creamy & Sweet with clean vanilla and caramel flavors. *****Patio Special - A must try on a hot day when you need a little caffeine boost and a sweet treat. The Patio Special is more of an espresso-infused Oreo milkshake fever dream than a cup of coffee. My only complaint is that I can't drink two a day! *****ICED Chai Latte (with an added shot of Espresso) - YUM! The mild roasted coffee flavor pairs well with the sweet, warm, and earthy chai spices. ****Pastry Selection - Good variety. Items are fresh and vary from your standard blueberry muffins, cookies, and croissants, to lemon / pecan / and fruit bars. *ICED Crème Brûlée Latte - Watery from the melted ice with an overall bitter burnt coffee flavor. The bitterness overpowers the vanilla syrup and the caramel sauce ends up coagulated at the bottom of the cup. I love iced coffee and I love the Hot Crème Brûlée Latte at Klatch, but this just doesn't work for me. This drink leaves me sad... NO heartbroken and contemplating drowning myself in this watery disaster. *The Original Breakfast Sandwich - "Fresh cracked eggs", sharp cheddar cheese, and black forest ham on sourdough bread. The "fresh cracked eggs" come in the form of a weird, rubbery egg loaf with weird, brown, overcooked scalloped edges. I would avoid any of the egg-based sandwiches.

I love this place so much, I come here about 3 times a week because I workout and shop nearby. The staff are so sweet and friendly! As well as the coffee, it's amazing. It's the best coffee I had in awhile compared to the other places I've been to recently. I've tried multiple drinks and I'm addicted to the chipotle grilled cheese. The pastries are also super good. The one and only thing I have to complain about is how the chipotle grilled cheese gradually got a lot smaller. For how much it is, I feel like I'm being ripped off a little and this has happened the last couple times. I'll still continue to come back but I probably won't get the chipotle grilled cheese anymore

My favorite Klatch location! It's just super cute, the staff is very friendly, and service is quick. Pro tip: Order on the app if you're just grabbing and going. My husband and I order when we leave the house and our drinks are waiting for us by the time we get there. My go-to is the iced crème brûlée latte. It's sweet but it's delicious. I also like that Klatch offers a large size.

I really love this location compared to the others. It's very pretty and unique inside. Service is always good, it's come out decently quick as well, I never had to wait long personally. The drinks are always good. The ham and cheese croissant was bigger then my hand.

It's a nice coffee shop with a nice inside seating area. The service was good, and the cashier was very nice. I ordered a mocha latte, and it looked beautiful, and it tasted okay. It was more on the bitter end, which I don't mind but some people may not like that. The milk was frothed perfectly which I enjoyed a lot. Overall this is a good spot to try if you're in the area!

This place had a lot of potential! It's nice inside, very atmospheric, and the workers are very kind. The coffee was just a little too sweet that I couldn't finish it, and the matcha was even sweeter. Other than the coffee and drinks being too sweet, they lacked the flavor undertones. I ordered something different from my friend, but there was no flavor difference to distinguish the two drinks. Other than that, the inside is very welcoming and is a great place to sit and talk.

2 stars for 2 reasons. Making your customers deal with the nasty key and bucket bs you guys have for the bathroom which is straight nasty and highly questionable... My 2nd reason of frustration is you guys process mobile orders way faster than walk in customers and give zero f**ks about wasting walk in customers time. Your staff consistently makes people wait 15 minutes while you dish out 1k calorie ice cream coffee drinks to pre diabetics. Fix the bathroom key situation and I'll update my review. The sad reality is who ever owns this company is focused on a money grab and is taxing customers 4% on credit card orders when your prices are already high...

I love it here!!!! Probably one of My fave coffee spots in the IE. My go to is the patio special with two extra shots pls. It's so creamy, it's heavenly cold day, hot day I don't care. That's what I'm getting. You guys gotta try it.

My sweet niece is now working and she really wanted to buy her old Auntie some coffee. I'm like okay okay I'll let you pay for the coffee but I got everything else for the day. She suggested Klatch Coffee so we decided to meet there on Friday after work for me, after school for her. They have plenty of parking from 2 entrances. The back entrance has outdoor seating. The interior has a few seating areas but when we came it was completely full with folks who looked like they are camping out to get work done. We waited in a long line and by the time we got to the front the cashier was really grumpy. I tolerate when people are rude to me but I was really irked that she was being rude to my niece. Instant minus one star! My niece ordered a small hot Hazelnut Latte. Like her auntie, she enjoys latte art. I usually like latte art too but I was looking at the other orders and nothing was impressive... just that basic heart and not even perfect ones. I decided to get a small iced Crème Brulee Latte ($5.50). We also both wanted their Avocado Toast ($7.50) and asked for an added egg ($$). Receipts are not itemized so we don't know how much the upcharge was for that added egg. We both enjoyed our lattes. I have been to their San Dimas location prior and that location has better service, which makes everything more enjoyable. On the other hand, the avocado toast was awfully bland. Before I even had the chance to post this review, fellow yelpers reached out and commented on the idiotic standing cucumber slices sticking up from the toast. Ugh it doesn't look good... and it doesn't taste good either. Did they not season the avocado? The egg was placed underneath the avocado and was also bland. The toast was nothing to rave about either. NOT RECOMMENDED. I would only come back if my niece wanted to meet here for convenience. Otherwise I'm not very motivated to come back based on my subpar experience.

We've made it a routine to swing by Klatch about 4-5 times a week to get the caramel brûlée latte. The team is always kind and attentive, and cranking out drinks super quick. Shoutout to the cashier for recommending that I download the app. Ever since, my wife and I submit our order on the app right when we leave our house and they've always had our drinks ready for pick-up every single time! Ambiance is chill, and there is enough seating inside and outside-- perfect place to post up and do some work.

Its good coffee and quick Service, I went on a weekday and got my coffee within 5 min of ordering. If you like trying new places it worth the visit if you're in the area.

not exactly a regular, but i frequent i come maybe once a month or twice this is probably the most consistent coffee shop i've ever been to; their coffee is hardly a miss so many pics attached because i try to get different variations of the same things and i've enjoyed it all from a black cold brew, a cold brew with almond cashew milk, capp on top, to a iced americano i don't like sweeteners in my coffee so i think i'm an OK judge on coffee shops since i just get their stuff straight, no add ons but from time to time i'll try their house specials and klatch does a very well job at that

Best coffee in rancho. However the staff seems to always have an attitude. Inside is too loud and crowded. Outside covered patio has weird seating. And had cats living in it! So weird! They need a serious update inside and out. Starbucks nearby has better customer service.

Good working space with some outlets and complimentary wifi. However seating is a bit limited, so you either need to get there early or at the right time if you're planning on sitting and getting some work done. This was my first time at Klatch and didn't realize it was a chain until later. But I was pleasantly surprised by my first experience there that I wanted to see if there were any locations closer to me. Can't believe I've never heard of this place until this year. ..... THE WRAP: 4/5 a bit smaller than what I was expecting, especially for the price. the sauce that paired with it was really good though CREME BRULEE LATTE: 5/5 sweet and extremely creamy, good if you aren't a huge fan of coffee (ironically)

Had a great visit. Several years ago was my last time here. Staff was extremely helpful and smiling to greet. All friendly and socializing with guests and working. I enjoyed an Iced Americano. I was offered a sample to try their Nitro. Very light and flavorful...This will be my next purchase.!! The lobby was not too crowded, many guests were studying and reading. I highly recommended

I love the many different drink options they offer especially the Crème Brûlée latte they offer. It is absolutely delicious. The staff there is also very helpful and always in a great mood. I always feel so welcomed and it is a great place to hang out and eat a quick snack, as well as enjoy your coffee.

Never have I ever had a bad cappuccino. And today I had one of there bagels and I was quite impressed. It tasted like it was just freshly baked.. Amazing!
