I recently took Melinda’s bread-making class, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. Melinda’s knowledge of baking is truly impressive—she doesn’t just teach the “how,” but also the “why” behind every step, which made the class so much more valuable. Her years of experience really shine through in the way she explains techniques, shares tips, and helps troubleshoot along the way.
What I appreciated most was her approachable teaching style—whether you’re a total beginner or have baked before, she meets you where you’re at and makes the process fun and easy to follow. By the end of the class, not only did I have delicious bread to take home, but I also felt much more confident in my ability to recreate it on my own.
If you’ve ever wanted to learn the art of bread-making, I cannot recommend Melinda’s class enough. She’s a wonderful teacher with a wealth of knowledge, and you’ll leave inspired (and full of fresh bread!).
Tip: Be sure to start with her Fundamentals class—it lays the groundwork you’ll need to get the most out of her more advanced classes.
