Google
Great sandwiches And unlike their competitor have soup in the morning. I haven’t had a ton of stuff on their menu but all the bread I’ve tried was fantastic as I’ve been here a few times over the years. I really should go more since I always forget they open so early! Definitely meets the expectations I had this morning for a delicious meal!

Google
I just picked up my turkey, bacon, avocado salad. For all the years since needed opened it was always my favorite salad. Sadly there was less and less turkey in it. Today I picked it out and weighed it. The amount was 1.2 ounces. I think this was the last time ordering any salad. We love the bread and we will continue buying bread, but that would be it!

Went in near closing time and there was a lot of end of night cleanup going on. Actually, I had to step off the mat in front of the register area because the young man was going to take it to be swept one way or the other. The food was as I'd ordered it and was just coming out of the kitchen when I got there ahead of the stated schedule I'd received in their app. I probably won't need to go so late in the day again (I had been in a hospital room with my partner all day without eating) and I will go again because normally it's perfectly fine.

Google
Every SINGLE time I try to order catering, there is some issue. I have tried more than 8 times. It has only happened twice, that I actually got to order and it be delivered. Not one person says the same thing. It's always different rules. Over 3 days notice on certain items is ridiculous. Please know you lost a GOOD customer. 24 hrs is normal, 48 even, but over 3 days? And you don't know the items you have to give such notice on, unless you are trying to order them.

Google
Cute spot for breakfast/brunch. Love the fireplace and the concept. I expected more, maybe that was my fault. The food was ok. Kid’s menu could be better. I wish they toasted my toddler’s bread for ham and cheese sandwich. The cookie it came with wasn’t good but seems like majority likes their sweet/bakery options. We ended up getting a Cinnabon in our order and the bread was hard and dry. Soup was runny, preferred it to be a little more thick. They were super busy and our order took awhile, a long while. It seemed like those behind us received their order first tho. Hmmm.

Google
I'm in love!!!! Where has this place been?? Cute lil atmosphere. Sweetest staff!! Absolutely fabulous items, pastries, sandwiches, desserts and coffee is yummy too!!! The prices are remarkably reasonable too!! Great portions. They have some combo meals: Pastry, fruit and a beverage at a great price!! They sell the cutest items: Aprons, books and pictures and sooo many cute lil chachkas!! I see there is one off Eastern. I'm trying that one too.

Google
I got a chicken pesto sandwich for breakfast and some cookies for the office. Cookies are a bit pricey but worth it. Didn't realize they have a drive through. Convenient.

Google
bad service ignored me several times when i went to check on my food. after getting ignored for a long time and a few times, they finally decided to see what i wanted. got my food. food was delicious. ate really fast and got a box to go because i was in there for like 30 minutes just waiting for my food. next time im just ordering online and picking up. service not worth it.

Yelp
Kneaders is one of our favorite places to go for a great breakfast at a reasonable price. They also have great soups and sandwiches for lunch/dinner. The restaurant is clean and inviting. They often have samples of bread near the register. My family and I most recently visited on Veterans Day 2024 because they were giving out free French Toast to active duty military and veterans. The restaurant was moderately busy but there were plenty of tables and seats to choose from. We will be back!

Yelp
There really should be a sub 1 star rating on Yelp. I have eaten at Kneaders for years, in multiple states. The food and service is always good. I reviewed this location several years and gave feedback that they were sub-par for the Kneaders brand. i haven't eaten here in a few years and though there was no way they could not have improved. I was wrong. This Kneaders is horrible. I should have turned around when we pulled up and saw the great deal of trash out front. Clearly exterior cleanliness is not important. Interior isn't either but more on that in a minute... The cashier wasn't pleasant. Not rude but not pleasant. I'm guessing she doesn't like her job. She was wearing gloves when she took my cash payment gave me change. This was fine until she turned around and started handling food with same gloves. Gross. The dinning area was equally as dirty as the outside. Our table had crumbs all over and the windows looking outside was covered in greasy hand prints. Again, gross. Once the food arrived it was also disappointing. My wife's soup was warmish, our famous deserts were actually partially frozen and my sandwich was so bad after 2 bites I threw it out. Well we tried to throw it out but the trash was so full nothing else would fit. I had to set it beside the trash. If Kneaders is all corporate owned this store should be overhauled from the ground up. If they are franchised the license should be pulled. Either way this place is a dump and I am surprised they are open. Do not eat here.

Yelp
First time here and items that show on their menu online was not available in store. For example, pastrami is listed on the online menu, but when I asked for it, I was told they don't sell that. There's almost 10 soups listed to choose from, but they only serve three. A client recommended this place saying how they were an upscale Panera Bread with more food options. Maybe other locations offer pastrami and a wider variety menu with the food items ready for purchase than this location. This was a waste of time. Don't waste your time like I did.

Yelp
I have been here on and off for years as it is on the opposite side of town for me. I love the sandwiches (bread). It has been maybe about a year since e my last visit, but every other visit besides this visit I was greeted by a friendly employee. This time the male employee was very unfriendly and although he was fast at getting the line down, he was not giving great customer service in my opinion. His name was Hunter B. When I asked a question couple questions about 2 different sandwiches he seemed annoyed by my question. I will give this establishment another chance because I was surprised by this interaction as it has not been the normal experience. I hope it's better next time.

Yelp
I still appreciate Kneaders after all theses years. I have lived here now for 14 years and Kneaders remains top quality . I had some food delivered and it was a turkey sandwich, lobster soup and desert and I just loved the food, you can tell someone took the time to make it with love and it was neatly packaged. I have throughly enjoyed how Kneaders warm and inviting atmosphere makes me wanna buy more food and home decor. Thank you Kneaders for remaining classy.

Yelp
I went to Kneaders on 2/21/25 and ordered a large berry salad with chicken. The salad itself is good but the amount of chicken they put on the salad is egregious, 1.3 oz. The same thing happened months ago but I decided to give it another chance in hopes that the first time was a mistake. Sadly, it was not. I don't mind paying for decent food but don't want to feel ripped off; $16 for a berry salad with 1.3 oz of chicken is cheating the customer.

Xiomara F.

Yelp
Every time I come to this location I regret it. The wait is always so long and the customer service is terrible. Save yourself the bad experience and go to another location or eat someplace else.

Liberty R.

Yelp
Now I am usually a huge a big fan of Kneaders, their food is awesome. But today was an awful experience. They forget the pesto on my mothers sandwich (even though it's literally a chicken PESTO sandwich) AND most importantly, the beautiful eclair. Which they still charged us for. They forgot the delicacy I was so excited for. This place is already pretty expensive, and charging us for something that they didn't even provide is unacceptable. I am truly disappointed. My eclairrrrr :'(

Yelp
Sadly everything was so disappointing today. I ordered a chicken pesto sandwich and my microscopic piece of basil was falling off the side. I had old clumpy burnt crumbs falling on my plate. Could've been from my toasted bread or an older sandwich. My "bag of chips" had 9 chips in there. Guys my meal was $23!!!! Are you kidding me. The ambiance was bland, the tables were dirty, the drink counter was sticky and wet. There was day old bread in garbage bags on the tables. It looked like the place was about to be shutdown. I'm just so disappointed bc we normally love Kneaders, but the last couple times have been disappointing and dirty that it feels like this is how you guys operate now.

Yelp
I was in the general area for a morning and decided to try Kneaders as a different place. There is a limited breakfast menu, but that was fine with me. The wait in line was more than a fast food place would be. I placed my order, was given a cup for my coffee, got the coffee, and then found a seat. There was a choice of coffee--home roast or French roast. I chose the French roast and then found a table to sit. In a short time, my name was called, and a woman saw my hand raised (I learned from watching others) and she brought a plastic basket with my sandwich. I was a little surprised that it didn't look like a regular croissant. I went to pick it up. The egg and sausage were VERY hot so I waited a bit. The croissant was very flaky and was a little difficult to pick up with the soft freshness of the croissant (first world problem). I finished the sandwich in short order and then sat there enjoying the rest of my coffee. It was a good stop and a change from the "muffin" I normally get when I do fast food.

Yelp
I couldn't saw what the food tasted like because I ordered 2 sandwich combos, each has a sandwich, chips, drink, & a cookie. The total: $49!!!! Needless to say, we didn't stay.
google avatar

Rocio C.

Yelp
The first time I went I had this same soup in a bread bowl & I couldn't stop thinking about it I had to go back again. This is the Broccoli cheddar soup if you haven't tried it, you will love it! It comes with your choice of bread on the side, I got the baguette. They have a drive thru if you are in a rush & they're closed on Sundays.

Yelp
Love Kneaders, usually! Restaurant kind of busy, ok. But not while we were waiting to order. Out of chicken crack sandwich at 1:00(lunchtime) on a SATURDAY!!! One worker chimed on how much chicken they have gone through in a day...so they didn't order enough. It happens. Tuna melt....nope....out of tuna. We had three more orders already placed but that was the straw. We left. Disappointed. Been a while since we've been there cuz it's kinda pricey. Now it will be awhile til we come back!
google avatar

Karin R.

Yelp
Best of everything right here! We have ordered pies for holiday gatherings and always so delicious and healthy. I stop by once every few weeks and order two meals LOVE YOUR Menu and SERVICE. Fresh healthy BREAD is a winner!! Never goes bad on my counter, no spoilage like "store bought " thank you XO
google avatar

Samantha K.

Yelp
Love stopping into Kneaders for fresh bread, some pastries, or a quick bite for breakfast! The gals working there are friendly every single time, and it's usually pretty quiet in there! They also do catering - at corporate events it is a hit 100% of the time!
google avatar

Stephanie M.

Yelp
Be prepared to waste 35 minutes in the drive thru, having people honking behind you while waiting for your sandwich is horrible.
google avatar

Lisa D.

Yelp
I ordered a chicken salad sandwich and it was really wet. Dripping wet. I didn't finish eating it. I ate almost half and decided to return it and try and get a different sandwich but I was denied. Hunter denied me. I was told I ate half but had not. I didn't want to argue with him about it. Wish I had taken a photo of it. I left the soggy sandwich with Hunter and returned to my table. I had also ordered a cashew chicken salad. It had no cashews. Had to go back to the counter and get the cashews. I have never been to a Kneaders before. It was my first time. The sodas were flat too. Not impressed. Bummer.
google avatar

Kevin L.

Yelp
I came here because I was craving something and now I dont remember what I wanted so bad. That's how forgettable the experience was. They have good baked goods.
google avatar

Charles B.

Yelp
Typically I like leaving positive reviews, positive tangents from this TanGent usually, but today was just infuriating after coming for a supposed pickup. By all means don't get me wrong, I love the food here, but some things you gotta vent especially with being told to order ahead. After being recommended to call in ahead a day prior due to what I wanted being sold out for the day, I made sure to place an online order today hours before I was ready to pick up since I was work to ensure what I wanted was reserved and there for me to get after work. Unfortunately, when I arrived to pick up I come to find that my order ahead was skipped, they sold what I wanted and didn't even have the nerve to call me before I drove all the way to the location. Refund was received but the principal of it is just frustrating and just shows some incompetence and provided a poor experience overall. Why would I even want to use the order ahead system moving forward. Sucks because I enjoy the food here but this was disappointing

Yelp
So look I usually like Kneaders not like in love with it, but it is good. Maybe the meat sandwiches are a lot better, but the veggie one is very skimpy to be honest with you, but that's OK. I always usually ask for extra lettuce. They never give me extra lettuce. I usually ask them for extra avocado which I pay for they never usually put it on so it can get frustrating at time, especially when I'm trying to get full. 10.69 for a sandwich with no chips or salad to me is a little odd considering it's literally just a sandwich. Another thing it's kind of annoying as I'll ask for extra kneader sauce like I said I get charged for it. Extra avo I get charged for it. Extra lettuce I get charged for it and I never get it. The order but like I said she always gets it right it's a person that makes the food that clearly doesn't read the tickets and that's a little annoying especially when I pay for something and I'm spending my harder in cash and it doesn't get made correctly. So I would recommend going to this place for like their bread and their sandwiches made as is, perhaps her pastries as well but don't ask for anything or taken off of it. Below is my receipt because you can see they did nothing on it that I asked. Only come here if u have patience, especially through the drive-through. It usually takes them around. It feels like 10 minutes to even acknowledge you and open the window. Otherwise they open it take your money close it. They're not the friendliest crowd, but that's OK. It's not like they're rude either so yeah.
google avatar

Yelp
Always have the freshest ingredients and great selection. We came in very late and they apologized for having no baguettes. It was rather cold in the building but they let us sit by the fireplace to stay warm. Got a chuckle out of their bamboo containers, they think they are environmentalists but the cost and fuel burnt to ship bamboo products to North America outweighs any green-ness. Good soups though, as was the cinnamon bread!
google avatar

Michelle F.

Yelp
Firstly they have a drive thru. It takes sometime to go through the whole drive through process as they make the food to order- so be patient. The drive thru host was very friendly, all smiles and provided amazing service. Stopped by here for a quick lunch. Tried the turkey cranberry on croissant with no dairy berry smoothie, which came with a small side "salad" (just leafy greens in a bowl) and balsamic dressing. Total was $17 and some change. They offer combo meals with the sandos which consist of either of the following: sando and smoothie, sando, salad or soup and a drink, or sando chips and a drink. My sando was pretty basic but flavorful (croissant, lettuce, slice of cheese, turkey, and cranberry sauce). Smoothie was the star in this meal, refreshing not overly sweet, good flavor. Overall decent spot to grab a clean bite to eat when in the area.

Yelp
Came in on a Saturday morning. The place was very busy. Shout out to the two girls basically running that whole store themselves. Good took awhile but the cashier did something of a lost art and let me know there was a wait while ordering food. Love that I knew to expect that. I was disappointed there was no option to tip via credit card, I wanted to tip them for being informative and helpful and there was no way to do it
google avatar

Michael S.

Yelp
Authentic Sourdough Bread, yes please! Awesome pastry place. Cheesecake slice is suffering from size inflation... you know what I mean, they are on the small side but delicious nonetheless . I recommend! Customer service was great! With ample seating for all customers.
google avatar

Gabe G.

Yelp
Might send small but I pretty much stopped going here when they changed the cinnamon rolls to be completely mediocre. They used to be great, and I used to get people to do there just for those. But now they are just ok

Kandace J.

Yelp
When I placed an order for two broccoli cheddar soups and a Thai chicken salad at 6:30, I was disappointed to find that it took over 40 minutes to receive our food. Moreover, the soup was extremely cold,to the point I think if the Health Deoartnent came in, they would be fined. After waiting at the counter for assistance in warming the soup, and receiving no response or acknowledgment from the staff after five minutes, I decided to leave the premises and reheat the food properly at home. Although I understand that the holiday season can be challenging, this location urgently requires improved customer service and more efficient business practices.
google avatar

Nau W.

Yelp
Ahhhh never disappoints. My normal go to is the Turkey Avocado and Bacon on Focaccia bread. It's the best! Service is great and they have a nice clean location. Bring extra money because you will want to add those deserts and the bread when you stand in line. It's hard to pass them up!

Tam C.

Yelp
I order from Kneaders often. In the past the food has been good. However, recently the orders have been incomplete. I called when only half of a sandwich was delivered and a few days ago when avocado was missing from my turkey bacon, avocado salad. Both times they said to give my name when I came in to the store and they would make it right. Today I returned and spoke with Hunter, who was the lead staff person. He was very short, spoke over me and basically just rude. It's a shame because I like Kneaders but because of poor customer service, I will not go back. We cannot reward a company who puts people in management positions who don't know how to provide good customer service.
google avatar

Mr U.

Yelp
Only a few people inside, ordered food and waited almost 50 minutes to get a small order of food, I understand your drive through gets busy but don't forget about the patrons inside your cafe. I would say don't dine in, because if I didn't check back would of been probably over an hour before I received my food.
google avatar

Andre L.

Yelp
Very fresh and delicious pastries especially the almond croissants. They also have a great lunch menu.
google avatar

Emma F.

Yelp
Do NOT order online or DoorDash/Uber eats from Kneeders. I've been a long-time customer, but whatever changes they made over the last few months have officially lost me as a customer. I ordered this same order for the 3rd time "no mayo/Kneeders sauce, no salt and pepper, and no onion." What do I get every time? All three and lunch is now in the trash again. I've used all services to see if it would make a difference but Kneeders no longer reads the receipts that shows "no mayo" and just adds whatever the item comes with. Also, they changed their customization. For example, if I wanted a salad, I could ONLY have two proteins; the salad I like has chicken and avocado. Because avocado is considered a protein, which I love, by the way, you are not allowed to add another protein to the order, not even for an extra cost; that goes for veggies and fruit and whatever condiment option; everything is limited to one or two items only--no thank thanks. I'll try back in maybe a year, but other businesses will have my business for now.
google avatar

Osha G.

Yelp
The food I give it a 6/10 . The customer service was 4/10 the person at the register wasn't that friendly and his attitude was not great. The inside most of the tables were dirty or had stuff on top of it .

Alex H.

Yelp
Still love this place. The rewards program is great and I got to treat myself and some friends to a dessert platter all from rewards.

Ally M.

Yelp
To the blonde, rude, heavy set manager treating all of her employees so bad as I wait here for my food.... You're fired!!! Seriously, order a regular size drink and they were out so she made me get a kids cup and didn't offer me a larger cup? Working in customer service that's the first thing I would have done. Also waited until 5 minutes before my order would be ready come let them know I'm here and they said "oh good you're here now we can start making your order." Had I known that I wouldn't have respectfully waited 20 minutes in my car. The place was empty and no one in the drive either. My order was $80+ for family of 6. How could you not begin to work on that when there's nothing to do and it says "ready at" time.... New management needed!!!!!!!!

Darryllyn T.

Yelp
They have the absolute worse customer service. It took them over 5 minutes to take my order. Then they had me wait another 20 minutes at the drive thru for the food. No one ever can back for an update. I had to knock on the window. Then the worker orettt much just gave me the food and closed the window immediately. I will never come back here again. Please train your workers in customer service. If there is going to be a long wait it is nice to update the customer.

Yelp
Everything here is delicious!!! I can't find any negative here. Soups, sandwiches and even breakfast meals are all very good here. Thank you and keep up the good work. I appreciate it!!!

Yelp
The raspberry cream cheese is my fav pie of ALL TIME!! I take it to gatherings and everyone raves about it! But this one was such a disappointment. I picked one up this am along with a BCP, came home and a few hours later couldn't wait any more.. I needed the goods!!! The banana was so good!! I've had the pudding several times so I knew I'd like it but wow, that cream. Omg. Unfortunately the RCC wasn't brag worthy. I'm not sure what the problem was this time around. New baker? New staff? Different ingredients? Really don't know but it's bad. First thing I noticed was its texture/consistency. Absolutely no form at all. I had to use a spoon vs a pie spatula to scoop it out of the pan and it just turned to a runny mess. Oh fine, it wasn't pretty but then the taste.. I've never had such sour raspberries in my life. Like so sour my stomach immediately turned and I threw my plate away. I have friends in town so I'll have them try it to see if it's just me but I'm super disappointed.
google avatar

Melissa D.

Yelp
I LOVE this place! They have really great coffee. They offer oat milk as a dairy free alternative. I my husband loves their sandwiches on their fresh baked bread. I've sampled their cakes and they're incredible! This place has it all
google avatar

Brooke N.

Yelp
Rudest employee ever. I tried to order through the drive through. They young woman refused to answer basic questions about menu items. I asked about side options for an entree and she said, "I don't know what you mean. It's on the menu." My husband asked about the bread availability and she replied rudely, "It's ON THE MENU." At that point, we opted to cancel our order and leave the drive-thru. A few minutes later, I called and asked to speak to a manager. The same young woman answered the phone, put me on hold for nearly five minutes, and then said she would connect me to a manager. At that point, she got back on the phone and said, "Yah, it's Brooke from the drive through. I'M THE MANAGER." She then said, "I would like to know what you think I did wrong. I have lots of employees who report to me." Like, what? Anyway, this "manager" was awful and so rude and condescending. We used to be loyal customers. My family went all the time when we lived in Utah and we were so excited when they opened a location near us here in Las Vegas. After this experience, we will NOT be returning ever again.

Jd L.

Yelp
Every sandwich I have tried has been great The pastries and desserts are always delicious The service is top notch

Nicole E.

Yelp
The food was amazing but we waited almost 30 minutes for our food, which felt like an exorbitant amount of time to wait just for 2 sandwiches and a bread bowl at a bakery. We had an appointment to go to and thought that this would be a quick lunch so we were quite frustrated. I did like that there were a lot of booth seating and the place looked cute.
google avatar

Stacy T.

Yelp
I had the best service today at the Knesset's drive thru! My daughter and I had no idea what we wanted and we also have allergies so we asked a ton a questions. The lady was so patient and answered every question. Then when we got to the window we decided to add pumpkin cheesecake which sounds delicious. She added it with no problem. After Covid, I feel customer service has gone so far down in a multi due of service industries. However, this visit was exceptional. Thank you to the nicest worker!!

Suzanne Q.

Yelp
Rude service. Slice of cheese cake $5.50. Small as can be. Dude behind the counter with food in his mustache...seriously! I recommend to a friend and that was a mistake. Called but did nothing to fix the situation.

Bob B.

Yelp
My wife and I were having breakfast most mornings here. My doctor recently told me I can longer drink caffeinated coffee. Therefore, we will no longer have breakfast at Kneaders.
google avatar

Gary B.

Yelp
I visited "Kneaders Bakery " because the manager at the hotel where I was staying (near by) recommended it for dessert. I got in fairly late and they still had some mouth watering dessert choices. I ended up buying these 3, I know gluttony in full effect but it's not like I live down the street; Lemon Velvet tart, Chocolate dome, and Carrot crumble cake I love lemon and this tart was all about it; amazing! The chocolate dome was rich and chocolaty. My least favorite was the carrot cake . I really love carrot cake so perhaps I'm more critical; still it wasn't very springy in texture...mostly dry and took "crumb" to another level in a bad way. Lastly, service was friendly but once my "to go" order was made...it took awhile to get it fulfilled. I'm going to chalk that up to the lateness of the day as I think I was within 2hrs of closing. Overall, great place for desserts but they offer more than that and hope to come back to try their other offerings.

Nicole H.

Yelp
Kneaders is one of my favorite sandwich shops, particularly because of the freshness of their food, reminds you of a NY deli back in the day before pesticides and all of the artificial ingredients came in to play in our food. I stopped eating meat 5 years ago, right around the time I discovered Kneaders, so unfortunately, I can't give a review for any of their meat sandwiches, but their tuna melt and veggie sandwich are delish! Now let's talk about these desserts.... if you are on a diet or just don't want to eat sugar, then don't even think about looking at the desserts. They will tempt you with their freshness, vivid colors and presentation. They are also made fresh every day, and they taste like it. I've never had a piece of pie, eclair or a cookie at Kneaders that I did not like. As far as their customer service, I would say this has always been their problem spot. They have super nice people that work there, but unfortunately they don't stay or Management doesn't stay-causing their delivery of service to be iffy most times. You never know if your order is gonna be ready by the time you get there if you placed it through the app. I've always given it 10 more additional minutes to get there from what the app (also a whole problem and complicated with trying to pay with points)- gives you and often that has not been enough. I've also had things missing from my bag once I got home because usually you have 4 people working, and one is on the drive-through. Just keep this in mind if you ever go, and always check your order before leaving. Talk to text so forgive any errors I didn't catch.

Yelp
We stopped in for a couple slices of chocolate cream pie tonight. The price was fair, the filling and topping were fine. The server had trouble cutting the bottom crust, leaving it in the pan. We ended up with just a little edge crust, which was heavy and underdone, instead of light and flaky.

Yelp
Don't waste your time ordering online. Went to pick up my order that should've been ready. No one in store waiting for food. Saw beverage and dessert sitting on counter. Waited over 15 min for cold sandwich to be made. While multiple cars came and went through drive through. Told girl that was the longest I ever waited for a cold sandwich. She said there were other orders ahead of mine. The drive through people shouldn't have been before my order. Defeats the purpose of ordering on line.

Yelp
Love kneaders!! The food, always good and fresh. I got here for breakfast for an egg and cheese croissant and the French toast. So good!! For lunch I usually get the tuna sandwich which is always fresh, and today found out about the tuna melt. Legit one of the best ones ive had. The winner for me is their bread loafs. The hazelnut 12 grain is so delicious. I get one a week, and let me tell you that it is worth every penny. The staff is always cool, and very respectful. One of the main reasons I keep going back. Also check out their pasteries!!
