New Coffee Shop Opens in the Las Vegas Arts District | Eater Vegas

"A sports-bar concept created in partnership between a resort and the local AHL team, this new venue emphasizes a broad beer selection and classic game-day fare. It features over 99 beers on tap — including a variety of Canadian brands — and a menu of sandwiches, salads, pizza, barbecue ribs, burgers, and steak and eggs served all day. The bar will celebrate an official public grand opening on October 5." - Janna Karel

This place is a hockey bar in name only. I love the concept and their semi-commitment to the theme, but when a local hockey game is on, the bar needs to play the game WITH FULL SOUND for patrons. I don't care if it's NFL football season: if you bill yourself as a HOCKEY BAR, then you need to play Vegas Golden Knights hockey games on the tvs! That being said, this is a very comfy place to watch sports. There are lots of tvs with clear views, and the drinks are strong and fairly priced (for a casino). The food is decent and the portions are quite large for the price. I opted for a slice of cheese pizza that was pretty tasty. It was one of those Costco-sized slices, big enough for two to share as a snack. Hubby got the Philly cheesesteak that he said was also tasty. They even toasted the bread, which shows the kitchen's attention to detail. My friend got a fried chicken sandwich that was very sad. She took a few bites and left the rest. It was an obvious mass-produced breaded, fried chicken breast patty that was on a plain bun with pickles. It's weird how there are obviously some food items that the restaurant does much better than others, so beware of what you order. Her husband got the plate of chicken wings, which were standard-issue bar food: not great, not bad, but just okay. I guess if the bar is willing to show local NHL hockey games, then I'd recommend it. It's not really well-themed except for some Henderson Silver Knights logos on the tables (Vegas's local AHL affiliate), but at least they're trying.

This is the decore in the Knight Time Hockey Bar inside the M Resort. Pretty cool. However, the servers are wearing Raiders shirts and the Bartender was wearing a Texas Rangers baseball jersey. No Silver Knights gear in sight. Baseball and basketball on most of the TVs. The manager told me employees were not required to wear silver knights apparel. In fact, she said servers were required to wear the provided Raiders shirts. She said they were still in "transition". BS, you opened last October. Very confusing. We left and went to our regular bar to watch the game. Will never go back!!

Racism at its finest. I came here on Jan 17th 2024 between 11:00 am - 12:30 pm . I spent over 3k gambling and just simply wanted to grab a bite to eat. So I went to the Knight Time Bar at about 10:50 am. Waiters were approaching the bar, I’m assuming to clock in. I wasn’t aware that they didn’t open until 11 so I just politely sat at a table and waited for someone to acknowledge me. At about 11:16 a bartender yells across the bar and says “someone will be with you in a bit”. I would have preferred if she walked over and greeted me but instead she yelled. I was a bit embarrassed but I just wanted to eat. So about 10 minutes later a lady with a strong accent comes and takes my order. I order a $10.99 breakfast plate and a glass of water. Before my food comes out the waitress comes and ask me for my ID and a card to hold. I politely gave it to her but I was thinking in my head wow, hold my credit card for a $10.00 meal ? I gamble all the time. Never experience that before. To make a long story short the waitress held my card and then eventually brought me two glasses of water. As I began to take a sip I noticed a bug in one glass and a white piece of hair or the other glass. I patiently waited for the waitress to circle back to me , once she arrived again I said hey there is a bug in my water and hair on the other , do you have any clean water back there. She replies I can bring you a bottle of water. I said sure. So my food comes out , the waitress brings 2 small water bottles to me ( the ones that are complementary on the casino floor) . I finish my food this ask for my check. The waitress brings me my bill and it’s $25 . I ask the waitress how did my bill go from $10 to $25. She replied I charged you for water. I said may I speak to a Manager. Cleo or something like that comes to talk to me and she is completely oblivious to what has occurred. I politely explained how I don’t feel I should have been charged for water when the waitress brought me contaminated water twice . The supervisor said she had no knowledge about and proceeded to ask the waitress if the previous water was contaminated. This is where things got racist ! The supervisor ask the waitress right in front of my face if the waters she brought had stuff in it . The waitress bold face lied and said I as the customer never mentioned anything was wrong with the water ! I almost screamed I couldn’t believe the waitress boldly lied. Then the kicker the supervisor believed her employee. Now here is where it gets more racist. There were 2 white customers sitting 2 tables away from me . I walked up to them and ask where there required to give there credit card prior to eating ? Both white customers said No. Moral of the story, I was racially profiled. Black woman walked in no one wanted to assist, they assumed I was going to run off on the bill , they held my credit card until I finished eating, that over charged me for water ! Not knowing I had just spent a good amount of money at the tables and paid for a 3 night stay. They treated me terrible and I believe it was because I was Black. I’m not sure of any other reason just the color of my skin ! Terrible feeling!

Came over to check on the Silver Knights game, apparently at this hockey bar they don't have hockey on TV. Pretty funny to brand with the Silver Knights but don't show Hockey. Staff is lost here. Good beer list though.

Update. Stopped by to catch a Golden Knights game. The only open tables were the 5 or 6 which were cluttered with dirty glassware and ash trays. Staff were nowhere in sight. We picked up food at next door ‘Vig Deli’ and went home. The M and the ‘Knight Time Hockey Bar’ have dropped off our list of go-to gaming and sports bar options. Good food but inconsistent service. The two of us dropped in to catch a couple innings of the MLB NL playoffs. Ordered Clam chowder, a hot dog & onion rings, a soft drink and a beer. For the next hour or so, she would visit with the couple at the next table, but passed by our table without so much as a word. Each time we needed to order drink refills or additional items, we had to catch her attention. We watched as the couple at a nearby table went up to the bar to get silverware, and again for some other reason. Since our last visit, 3 or 4 tables have been removed and replaced with some type of table game - evidence that the M management does not seem committed to the success of the ‘Hockey Bar.’ The television broadcast in this restaurant is consistently too loud for conversation. I’m sure adding the table game won’t help the noise level. We’ve enjoyed the food (prepared at the adjacent ‘Vig Deli’) at this sports themed bar since moving to Henderson 7 years ago, and have had great service and friendly staff at times. However, this was not the case this evening.

This place is clearly having an identity crisis. Why would you open a bar that is literally named after the Las Vegas Golden Knights only to cater to football? This is no hockey bar, and you are intentionally driving away hockey fans for some reason beyond my understanding. First of all, please help me understand why I visited your establishment to watch the VGK game this evening only to have 50% of the tvs playing a football game - not to mention the football game was being played on the speakers in the bar. I could not hear nor see the VGK game. Then, the server told me you do not offer any VGK specials whatsoever, and that all drink specials were reserved for FOOTBALL games. You can see why this is confusing and a little ridiculous considering there is a Raiders bar a 30 second walk across the casino. The food is hit or miss: a burger ordered medium came out very well done, and I received and was charged for a side order of fries that I never ordered. We waited over 15 minutes for bottled beer (one of which the server ran away with even though it was brand new and full toward the end of this experience). Overall, this was cringey and a waste of $100. If you are a hockey fan, or a Vegas Golden Knights fan, do not waste your time and money here. This is not a hockey bar in any way.

Nice place. Only one star off because they had the hockey game on so loud! We were sat under a speaker and could barely hear each other. My Apple Watch said it was at 80-86 decibels which can be damaging to hearing—not ideal for grabbing after dinner drinks but I’m sure fun for watching the game if you’re into hockey. Our service was excellent.

Service was awful… waited for a waitress for over 20 minutes and no one came over to the table. We had to flag someone down just to get drinks. On top of that the bartender charged my card for 2 incorrect charges and had to refund me. I don’t recommend coming here if you’re looking for a good time in vegas
