I have been ordering teen leakproof underwear and teen swimsuits for my daughter for a few years. I was told that there was an actual storefront in which I could go shop in person. I wanted to order bras online for myself but could not figure out the sizing. I ventured out yesterday with my daughter about an hour after the store opened. I was greeted by all 3 clerks and immediately asked if I needed help. I explained the situation and what I was looking for. The girl who helped me with sizing was attentive and new the models of each of the bras and provided explanations on the support level and use of the different styles of bras. I was very much appreciative of her knowledge, patience with ensuring me that I was satisfied with the fit and I thanked her as I purchased my two bras. There was a even a sale which permitted me to get the second bra for 25%. This will now be my go to place for bras and I am certain I will be just as pleased with these bras just as my teen is with her Knix products.

Went to KNIX yesterday looking for a bra as I’ve never been fitted before. The girl in the fitting area seemed like she didn’t want be there at all, she measured me very fast and didn’t seem very thrilled to have a customer. The bras that were given didn’t fit at all whatsoever, she asked how I was doing, yet didn’t ask how’s the fit or anything at all whatsoever. The associate was more interested in telling her Coworker about her new tattoos and chatting. I took my items off and just left, she wasn’t very pleasant after I didn’t buy anything. Like I annoyed her I asked to try things on. I’ve been to this location before had better service, I wanted to spend money, feel good and have the KNIX experience that is always spoken about and held with high regard. This was the opposite. Maybe have employees who love what they do fitting folks! Customer service is key in an industry that focuses on body image and feeling good!

Very desperate to make a sale. Uncomfortably pushy. The manager and her associate were rude and dismissive during my visit. The manager was pushy about their offers and did not truly listen to what I was actually looking for. Then the manager’s tone changed when I mentioned I’d come back later after looking through styles online “Can I ask why you don’t want to buy from the store?” They handed my size card to my friend instead of me, which felt unprofessional and intrusive. Their overall attitude was uncomfortable for both me and my friend-a disappointing experience from a brand I expected more from. They will tell you it’s not their typical Knix experience but it’s jokes.

I had a problem with one of my Knix Bras I emailed them to let them know what happened to the hook. The problem was resolved in one day. So Happy with the service and the outcome. These bras are so comfortable and I will keep on buying them and also recommending them I bought the plum and the beige.

Came in today for my very first knix experience. Wanted an in person experience to try for sizing and was incredibly impressed by Jill! She helped me from beginning to end and I ended up with two bras. Super informative and helpful.

The fits of the front zip bras are awkward and shouldn't be marketed as a good alternative to pullover sports bra. The revolver bra pad had obvious defects. I requested 4 days ago to make a return but havent heard back.

Walked in on Black Friday hoping to finally try their period underwear. I wasn’t greeted upon arrival, and it wasn’t that busy. I was walking around looking for someone to help, asked the changeroom staff if there was someone available and they said it would only be a few minutes. Ended up trying to look for things on my own but it was organized quite confusingly. 10 mins later still no one has approached me. Ended up leaving empty handed & frustrated.

I was so looking forward to visiting the Knix store when in Toronto. Upon entering the store, I quickly found two bras that I wanted to try on from the sale area. I was asked my name to be put on a waiting list for a change room….yet every change room but one was empty. I waited ten minutes and nobody called my name…associates were standing around chatting and there were only two other customers in the store. Not until I went and told an associate that I was in a hurry was I permitted to go into a change room. The employees were extremely rude and inattentive….if it wasn’t for the fact that I do not live near a Knix store I would have walked out….such a confusing and disappointing experience at this store.
