Absolutely the best meats around! Picked up a pack of "Dino-beef-ribs" the other day and for our family get together yesterday they were the star of the party. I walked up looking for a 3 bone slab and walked away with 2 pack. Super great customer service from all the amiling folks behind the counter. So glad we are able to have this local farmers market offer such great local services. By the way, the ribs were just AMAZING! Buttery soft unbelievably tender and flavor superb!

I love this place! I treat my family to lamb chops, ribeyes and duck often. Their seasoned chicken is awesome! And the pork selection is good too! I highly recommend them. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Knob Hill meats, is our favorite place for fresh ground sausage. They have the best choices. Italian is my personal favorite I use it in meat sauce, meatloaf, stuffed squash. The staff is always friendly and helpful. You wont find a better prime rib anywhere. Thank you Knob Hill for a great product at a value with an overall great experience!
