As the rain came down and we tried to deal with drinking far too much the night before, we were treated to some really good brunch food that was a smorgasbord of fusion. The oxtail soup: Chinese and Southeast Asian. The curry: Japanese and Indian. The shrimp shumai: Chinese and Japanese. The pineapple bread: for sure Hong Kong.
The food was very very very good. The only knock was the milk tea, which tasted watered down. Actually, I come here often for their really good coffee and buns. I might try the milk tea again. If it's better, then the whole place is for sure five stars.
As this is a day/night, my recommendation for the coffee drinkers is the flavorful and well-brewed drip. Yeah, the drip. The notes are actually there. The espresso is good too. Also get the buns, they are pillowy and slightly sweet.
