Lawrence and his crew were phenomenal in ensuring the food and customer service were perfect. Would highly recommend checking this spot out. The closest thing to NYC hero’s! #IYKYK

I've noticed a wonderful change in the atmosphere at Knuckies Interlock! I find myself coming here often because the food is just that good. It’s nice to see familiar faces, but even the new staff bring great energy. Tory, the manager, is always a pleasure to interact with. He brightens my day and is incredibly skillful at preparing orders. I highly recommend the cheesesteak or the Italian everything is delicious! And let me tell you, the bread really makes the difference.

Stopped in today for the first time. The gentleman upfront was AMAZING! Very welcoming and accommodating. Offered recommendations and modifications based on our diet. Loved the environment and speedy service. Will definitely be back! Thank you for amazing customer service!!

I ordered through uber eats. I got a cheesesteak sandwich. I also had mama banana pudding on my order was charged. When the driver pulled up I thought that she had it. I called the restaurant and was told that they were out of it and that I got refunded. I didn't see a cancelation on my order for the item. I think that this sandwich is a 8.

Placed an online order that took over an hour to get. There were only 2 employees and the cook left the cashier by herself to prep orders. Management really needs to look into getting more staff to help handle big orders along with small ones. Not only was the wait time long, my order wasn’t right! They ran out of cups and I wasn’t able to get fountain drinks. The only option was Gatorade or water. Customer service was terrible because they didn’t apologize nor try to help accommodate the huge inconvenience of waiting and being out of supply. The music/playlist is the only good thing going on at this location. I wouldn’t be surprised if this place shutdown within a year.

Literally the best service I’ve ever experienced at a sandwich shop! It was our first visit and Lawrence went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed our meal. The food was delicious! Make sure you try the cherry pepper relish!!

I came in on in my lunch break, I placed my order online but upon my arrival it was not ready . I had to wait for about 15 mins as the girl with the pink braids made the other gentleman’s online order. I come here all the time and am normally pleased but my sandwich was not up to standard . I’m normally always in and out, I never have to wait. I put specific instructions that weren’t followed. Not only did I have to wait but the order was not accurate. Maybe hire more staff

If you eat here you will get food poisoning. The most unprofessionally run business in Atlanta. The posted hours are that they closed at 9PM. It was 8:01 and the manager (light skin guy with freckles) told me they are only doing Door Dash orders and they can't take counter orders because they don't have gloves. Well how are you making Door Dash orders? Very unsanitary. Contacting the owner and Fulton County health department tomorrow.

We ordered a plain turkey & Swiss and cheesesteak. With the turkey and Swiss being so plain I won't fault them for it not being super flavorful. The cheesesteak was delicious. I'm going to try a special turkey sandwich next time with flavor to give it another go. The bread for both was so soft and delicious that it made up for anything else that was less than desirable. Excited to try them again!

I ordered through Uber eats. I purchased a cheesesteak and Mama banna pudding. I got the sandwich when the driver pulled up I looked in the bag and no banana pudding at all. I initially thought maybe the driver had it until I called the store and was told that they were out of it. My receipt still showed both items though the cashier said that it was refunded. I didn't see a cancelation for that on the Uber eats though this is a first where this has happened to me. Sandwich is alright I give it a 8.

Overall, the sandwich was good, after I doctored it up, which I shouldn't have had to do because everything I doctored it up with, I ordered on the sandwich. As you can see in the picture the presentation was very bad; my sandwich was falling apart. I got an ultimate with and asked for banana peppers, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, oregano and cherry pepper relish. It comes with pickles; only 2 were on my entire sandwich. The lettuce isn't like the lettuce advertised. Very few tomatoes. They gave me pepper and oregano shakers on the side, I had to find salt, they gave me banana peppers on the side, oil and vinegar on the side and a very very light amount of cherry pepper relish. It's almost as if they forgot all of the extras. Good thing I ate in store because if I would have taken it to go, I would have been missing a lot and it would have been a little bland. On the contrary, the establishment was very clean and the staff was pleasant.

When I came in and no one was there but two employees. I should have turned around and walked out the door. But I was led here by one of my favorite tv shows Atlanta Eats so I had to at least try. I tried the cheesesteak and a knuckie pastrami sandwich. No sides or drinks for $25 only two sandwiches too disappointed. Nothing really standout here. They'll have to work on those prices for lasting success here in Atlanta

This is my second hoagie from Austell location. Not enough toppings, very skimpy on the lettuce, tomatoes, onions, etc. I had the Italian, the ham was chopped , not appealing.

Cashier told us combos were free with purchase of hoagie when we walked in...but then secretly charged me and the 4 other people I was with for the chips and drinks even after we clarified it would be free.. very awkward. Didn't help that all of the drinks on the fountain were off too--either no carbonation or no flavor. The mini sandwiches are very small too. Great location though if they can fix some of these things .

I recommend the guacho but a Turkey provolone is nice to. The prices are on the cheaper side. Park in the parking lot or in front of shake shack and walk over. There isn't much seating so a large group is not recommended unless your getting take out.

We love Knuckies!! I'm so, so glad this sandwich spot opened in West Midtown. We've eaten there 3 times in the last month or so, and every experience has been great. These are my kind of sammies - they pile the meats high, use great quality ingredients, and the toppings are delicious. I love the Original Italian especially for the chopped pepper relish they put on top - a little bit of heat and great flavor to cut through the richness of all the meat! My husband has had the Cuban, which he said was one of the best he's ever had, and the signature Knuckie which is a pastrami sandwich. He loved both. Yesterday we brought my dad and he loved his Philly cheesesteak as well. One other HUGE plus on the food front - they have gluten free bread!!! Thank you, thank you for this. As a gf girl who loves a hood sandwich, it's priceless to me and that's why I wanted to be sure and leave my 5 stars so this place will be around for the long haul! In addition to sandwiches, they have soup (will def be ordering the tomato basil bisque come fall), and salads that sound fantastic too. I just love the sandwiches so much I haven't brought myself to try a salad just yet. The dessert options are slim but they have chocolate chip cookies that look super yum, and banana pudding that sounds amazing. Unfortunately I can't try either of those bc gluten, so that's one request I'd love to see - a gf dessert option, please! Every time we've gone in, the service has been super friendly, efficient, and overall provided a great experience. We haven't eaten in the store but it's a super cute vibe inside, clean and with a good amount of seating. You can also find plenty of outdoor seating around in the Interlock complex where they're located. (Hot tip: grab a sandwich from Knuckies and then bring it up to enjoy with a cocktail from Holiday Bar!) We will be regulars here, no doubt about it. Please go support this great little shop and help keep them in the neighborhood!!

1st time customer and I was NOT disappointed. The sandwiches were excellent. Quality ingredients and delicious bread made just the way you like it... The manager, Tory, set the tone and atmosphere for an excellent experience. I would recommend anyone give it a try!

Ordered from Knuckies for the first time today and not only was the customer service great, but the sandwich was the best I've ever had in my life!! I ordered the ultimate on white with extra oil and vinegar and mayo (i order all my sandwiches this way). The bread could not have been softer or fresher!! The meat was sliced perfectly (not too thick or thin). I will definitely go back!

KNUCKIES is a HIT. Such a great vibe. Such great service. It is a clean establishment with great hoagie's on the menu. I recommend the Italian, the Blazin Chicken Bacon Ranch, or the Cheese Steak. You can't go wrong here.

It was ok, wanted to give a new sandwitch place a try. I will stick with jersey mikes or Publix subs.

The food was great! The Rootbeer was some the best I've had, and the guy working there (maybe owner ‍) was SO NICE! He discovered it was our first time there, and he gave us each a free drink! He didn't mind our rowdy kids, and he made sure to check on us when we locked our keys in our car ‍! Overall great place to eat!

Ordered a Market Salad and was given a box of lettuce and onion. It had minimal turkey and NO bacon at all. $10 for lettuce

The hoagie was decent, nothing to write home about. I was hoping for a great experience but was disappointed.

One of the Best sub I've had! Everything is fresh and the bread is amazing!!! If you want a great tasting sub for a good price, this is your place!
