Fantastic customer service! Its so refreshing to call and speak to a real, live person and be treated like they genuinely care. When the resort made a mistake on my reservation, Koala went out of their way to find a solution, even though it wasn't their fault. I would definitely book through Koala again.

Stayed in a deluxe 2 bedroom unit in Orlando. The resort was very nice and the condo very clean with everything as expected. We had delay our arrival a day due to a hurricane coming through but they were very accommodating. I was just notified of a refund for one night and I didn't even ask! What awesome customer service!

I have been using Koala since 2023 for my vacation planning and the service they provide is excellent. Staff members are quick to respond and are very informative and helpful. I will continue to use this service and highly recommend!

Amazing service from Koala...so rare!! I booked one of Koala's properties through Airbnb but soon realised I'd booked the wrong dates. I called Koala's Brooklyn number in the late afternoon US time/evening UK time shortly after making the booking. Despite my query relating to the Airbnb platform, Natasa took the time to listen to my query and assure me she understood the urgency, due to airbnb's cancellation charges. Natasa assured me she would speak to the right team and I would hear back from someone in the next hour. Less than 15 minutes later Gwen messaged me on Airbnb to explain how to cancel the booking to get the full refund, as I had only booked a couple of hours before. Gwen was incredibly helpful and the full refund was issued very quicky. Natasa then helped me to rebook my stay for the right dates. My family and I are very much looking forward to our stay in a Koala property! Outstanding service from Koala that is so rare nowadays. Thank you

We were so thrilled to find KOALA and their resort bookings for our upcoming trip to Kona. We booked into our favorite stay, saving over $1000 dollars with KOALAs amazing rates. We were taking our dear friends on their first trip to the Islands. Sadly, a month ago, our friends now in their 80s, both began experiencing serious health complications. With tears in their eyes, they told us they wouldn't be healthy enough to go. Reluctantly, we called KOALA headquarters today and Natasha was so kind, understanding and gave us exact information on our refund details. I've rarely experienced such excellence in service - especially regarding a refund. They have earned our repeat business and I hope this review gives you confidence to book your stays with them. A great place to vacation. Has all the amenities you have Disney world across the street: pools and spas at your convenience.

Grace and Laura saved my vacation! I booked a property months ago to travel for a wedding in June 2024 for myself and my family (including two young kids) . I booked a property through VRBO. The day before our travel, I received a phone call from the property saying I would have to move rooms on our second day. I obviously expressed concern about this and the "manager" at the resort was very nasty and said I had no other choice. I called Koala and they did everything in their power to rectify this situation. Grace received my first phone call and was very helpful and took action immediately. Laura took over and called the property to explain that this is not acceptable. However, she received a similar response. She advised it would be best to change properties and she booked a different resort for us which exceeded our expectations. I will definitely be using Koala for all future travel. They handled this bad situation quickly and efficiently. Do not hesitate to use Koala for al your travel needs!
