This is one of the most underrated restaurants I've seen in a while. This is probably the best place for ramen and curry in the area without having to go to Chinatown. Truly a hidden gem, the kimchi fried rice is some of the best fried rice I've ever had, the ramen as well as the curry was great, this crispy rice with spicy tuna on top was a great alternative to normal sushi I would just recommend not having the jalapeño on top. Really terrific food that has a fair price and a really nice restaurant I don't want to see ever go.

It was just amazing! We tried 4 different ramens and couple of rolls, some appetizers-everything was delicious. Service is great! Definitely coming back when I’m in Vegas! THANK YOU

Google
I got gyoza and the creamy tonkotsu ramen. The gyoza was oily and chewy. The ramen was okay. The broth was better after I added chili oil. I was disappointed the egg was a medium boiled plain egg rather than marinated.

I went in without any expectations, just to satisfy my hunger, but the food was so good that it reminded me of my hometown in Japan. The rice was hard, but the curry paste and black pork sausage were delicious. The salad was also a satisfying amount and fresh. I'll come again.

Fantastic service! Tried the garlic ramen with a little mild spice added to it. The spicy tuna rolls were good, salad was great, and mango cream soda was delicious 😋 👌

Google
Service was good, nice people, atmosphere was quiet, when we went it was not busy. For Food we got the Soft shell crab 2/5 tasted off no real flavor (1crab cut in half.) Takoyaki batter was too plain (watery batter)3/5. Chicken Karaage 4/5 the item we liked best crispy and sauce on the side to dip, the veggies tasted good aswell. Original Ramen, Miso Ramen, Shoyu Ramen 3/5 I personally had the miso mild and the broth hardly any flavor even w the sauce they give to add. No spice at all, my companions had spicy which wasn't at all either. Spicy tuna roll and Cali roll were as expected from any other good sushi 4/5 pretty safe option here. Drinks we had were melon and mango soda. The mango cream soda was chosen from 3 out of 4 of us. I personally liked the melon but as they pointed out I like the melona ice cream and they don't which it taste alot like.

I really enjoyed my meal here. My girl had some other opinions, but I suppose ramen can be a bit different for each individual. To start, we ate the edamame and popcorn shrimp. Both were good, and I want to say that for $9, you get a giant plate of popcorn shrimp. I'm not sure the pic does it justice, but it was enough that we both ate a bunch of them, and there were still some left at the end of the meal. Truly a value. I liked my Tonkotsu Ramen, but my girl thought the broth was a little salty. The server was really nice about it though and brought out some extra unsalted broth to mix with it to make it a bit more palatable for her. Overall, the service and food here are pretty good, and it's not overpriced like some other places around the Southwest that I won't mention, but you've almost certainly been to. There are better options on Spring Mountain, but that's a bit out of the way for some of us here in the south.

My family and I decided to eat here tonight (13 Aug 2023) because we were already in the area. We tried this place several years ago and remembered how much we liked it, and since we were in the mood for some ramen, this was perfect for us. We ended up ordering the Miso Ramen, Chicken Ramen, Black Garlic Ramen, salad, and 3x orders of Gyoza. The quality of the food is exceptional and the price to quantity ratio was very respectable. I believe this restaurant has the same owner as a ramen restaurant we've tried in the Centennial Hills area called Ichi Ramen (located in the Northwest part of the valley), because the menu selection is pretty similar. If this is the case (which I think it is), then there's so many other items on the menu we've tried and were not disappointed with any of it (Soft Shell Crab, Chicken Katsu Ramen, and many more). We also live in the far Northwest part of Las Vegas so it's great to have good ramen close to our house. The staff working here tonight were very friendly and attentive. We only had the privilege of interacting with two of the employees (girl who was our hostess/server and the guy who helped bring the food to our table), but I'm sure the rest of the crew working tonight are awesome as well. It's unfortunate that I didn't get their names but I'm sure the folks working here can figure out who I am referring to. I especially appreciate how this restaurant supports the men and women of the military and its Veterans - thank you for that. Highly recommend this restaurant to everyone!

Yelp
"really good" -my dad "good crispy rice and tuna and/or heat whatever you want to call it" -my dad "the gyoza were nice and crispy unlike other places where they come out soggy" -my dad

Yelp
Lackluster ramen with stuck in quicksand service. I saw this place was near my hotel and made a plan to visit. Unfortunately, my bar for ramen was too high. The menu has cold and hot sake, with no descriptions. I asked if they had cold, unfiltered sake. This led to much confusion and the server asking me if I want hot sake. After a few weird moments, I did manage to get cold sake that was an odd greenish straw color. I would say the ramen was unenthusiastic. Okay broth, but very little umami. The thing that got me was the egg. A solid, cold hard boiled egg. Not even a ramen egg! It didn't feel like ramen without a soft boiled egg with a sou sauce tan exterior. Ramen eggs aren't hard to make.

Yelp
Great sushi excellent service. Good Friday lunch Crunch rolls are good, good presentation

Adia C.

Yelp
The restaurant just opened when we got there, so the service was the best. Our waitress was very attentive and knowledgeable of the menu. I ordered the Curry Ramen and my sister ordered Vegetarian Ramen. They were both flavorful and filling.

Tony M.

Yelp
Well the experience was great except a few things. Our server Monse was phenomenal, if it wasn't for her amazing customer service I woudlve given this place a 2star. We were first greeted by Jackie, who gave us attitude for asking for a booth, then came and helped throughout our dinner but everytime he came over he had an attitude. Acted as if he was the manager. Extremely rude!! Not to mention we had some floatys in our sake becuase they didn't clean the dishes correctly. Now back to the FOOD! The curry is some of the best I've ever had! It was perfectly cooked and the flaky panko gave it a crunchy bite every time. We got thr gyoza and they were ok, nothing to go home about. Their chicken karaage was exceptional!! Golden brown super clean not heavy nor oily. HIGHY recommend!! Ask for monse and you should have an amazing experience. Outside the poor experience with Jackie throughout the dinner this place would be a 4/5 stars easily

Kaci F.

Yelp
My colleague and I swung in there to order Ramen to go last week. She had the chicken and I had the pork katsu ramen. The portions were very filling. I love watching the ways that noodle places pack ramen to-go and this place did it well. I didn't have a problem combining and mixing everything back at my hotel room. The noodle bowl was a sturdy cardboard derivative which made me happy they're not tossing so much single use plastic. I'm likely to go back and try other foods.

Monica M.

Yelp
Not top notch stuff but good enough to feel full. Definitely try the Soju & Sake though - that was my favorite part

Marivic C.

Yelp
Now this is a ramen spot! Not only was food good, but service was quick and staff was friendly. Big dining area for large parties and location was close to my side of town. I have been here multiple times so its a go -to- spot for me!

Jessica W.

Yelp
Food: croquette curry and tonkatsu curry. I was disappointed. The croquette was thin and the breading not authentic. The flavor of the curry was just ok. The rice tasted weird. The best authentic Japanese curry is Zen Japanese curry. Service: service was friendly; we were greeted when we entered the door and they brought the food quickly. Ambiance: booths with high dividers and tables. I wanted to try this place since it is closer to us than Zen, but it was not worth it.

Greyson N.

Yelp
Another nice option in the area for various options to suit many tastes. Ramen and curry. I would love an udon option but that isn't as popular as ramen I suppose. The curry was nice with a little skimpy on the actual chicken inside the fried cutlet and heavier on the reading. Lots of rice relative to the chicken as well. Gyoza was basic but you get refills on fountain drinks. That's a true rarity in Asian type restaurants. Ambiance is clean and modern which makes it very inviting!

Jacob S.

Yelp
Amazing service, excellent flavor, this place might be better than zen curry. Ramen and curry was better than anything I had in Japan. Also having melon soda from Japan was a must have menu item I was glad to see they had. If you've been to zen curry then you have to come here and tell me what you think. I think this place is better and that's saying a lot. I will certainly come back for sure. You must try their curry and black garlic ramen, absolutely outstanding service, with high quality ingredients and exceptional taste l.

Tamalii S.

Yelp
The sushi here is really cheap and you can get your bang for your buck. Came here on a Friday night with my girlfriend and there were nearly no one else in the venue surprisingly. The ramen is filling. Will be coming back to try more of the menu

L d.

Yelp
Ate here for the first time for dinner. Not crowded, place is clean, the service is good. I got the creamy tonkutsu and the soup is really good. Not salty, but not so hot. The plate platter with a glass of draft beer is good too. Definitely will come back again.

Chrisjan Y.

Yelp
My second time here. Great service like the first time. Clean inside restaurant. I tried Curry ramen pork katsu. I enjoyed every bite. The pork katsu was fresh and burning hot. The curry broth was not overwhelming but very tasty. I was stuffed. My friends ordered chicken karage and spicy tuna roll. I had to tried both and both were good. Thank you Kobashi for taking care of us.

Maribeth A.

Yelp
this has been a go to spot for us when we're in town visiting family. they have a wide variety of ramen and having sushi on the menu is an added plus for me. kids usually get the ramen and gyoza combo while i opt for the ramen and sushi. my husband is usually the one that orders different things from the menu and what kind of wife would i be if i didn't pick from his food?! with all the stuff he's tried there hasn't been anything i didn't enjoy. the service has always been on point and the place, is also always clean.

Stephen B.

Yelp
Wanted a hearty Asian meal after a long drive to Vegas and came here after stopping by the nearby Bass Pro Shop. Started with a beer plate, which came with a glass of draft Sapporo that looked flat and had no head, but was still refreshing and tasty. The second glass we ordered was nice and foamy, though. The squid and fried potatoes from the beer plate were a hit. We also ordered takoyaki, which wasn't bad, though the crust did seem a little crunchier than I'm used to. My main dish was the pork katsu curry, which was good--I just wish they were a bit more generous with the curry sauce, as I had to stretch it thin to go with every bite of katsu and rice. The rice texture was a little waxy and dense, like maybe they packed it too hard into a bowl before serving it. Good-sized portions for the prices. Service was friendly enough and the ambiance was fine, with tables and booths arrayed in a way where you feel like you have a bit of privacy and aren't right next to your neighbors. Overall, a solid pick if you're craving Japanese food in Vegas but don't want to pay hotel and casino resort prices.

Dana B.

Yelp
Quick service via DoorDash! Good food: we ordered the Edamame, Chicken Karaage, Gyoza, Crunchy, Spicy Tuna, California Roll, Classic Fried rice, and Chicken Katsu Of the items above my favorite was the Gyoza as it was perfectly cooked and the filling was tender and flavorful. The chicken Karaage was also great as well, I mean who doesn't love bites of fried chicken?! And the spicy tuna was also good, it had the perfect amount of spice. Overall, our meal was great for a family of 4 with various appetites. Each of us had a little of everything and were satisfied.

Alexander R.

Yelp
I've seen this place forever and decided to finally order it for delivery. It was absolutely worth it. The quality of the food was off the charts, everything flavored just right, nothing overpowered anything else. The pork chashu and pork katsu were cooked perfectly, the broth was flavored amazingly. Next time, I'm definitely going to go eat there in person vs getting it delivered since the food was so tasty!

Krystal T.

Yelp
I got 2 katsu chickens fried tofu and gyoza. I ordered to go, the chicken was crispy and the tofu was good

Sarah A.

Yelp
I've been here a couple of times, usually after finishing a visit to the Bass Pro Shop and if I'm not in the mood for the restaurants at the casino this is my favorite place to go. I love the decor of the restaurant. The restaurant is sleek and a pretty good size. I like the modern design. It's a very clean restaurant and I like that the restroom is large. Now for the food. I've only ever had black garlic ramen. Not all ramen places offer it, this is the only place I have visited that has it. Other places just offer the oil, which is still good! I think I devour the ramen every time I visit, it's so good. And this place puts a lot of stuff in it! Egg, noodles, crispy onion, seaweed, the only thing I don't like are bean sprouts but that's just me! I really like this place and it is currently my favorite restaurant in that area!

Boj o.

Yelp
Second time at this place and it's special. Why? I've been to Little Tokyo, Gardena, Torrance and in Sawtelle (West LA). Sorry to say but those places have great Japanese food but this place will make you forget them. The curry was on point! It's creamy and full of flavor. The pork katsu was crispy and tender. If you're hungry, you will leave happy because the portions are big enough. I also ordered shrimp and vegetable tempura, which smothered with curry as well. My tummy was heavenly satisfied! Time for a nap. Highly recommended!!!!

Sam A.

Yelp
First time here checking this place out. I was feeling under the weather so I was craving for ramen and sushi together. Servers greeted me and she walked me to my table, thank you. The ambiance was great and quiet not busy on Monday when I walked in. I like it quiet haha. Miso ramen great the California roll is little bland but that's okay. I still ate it. Still gave this place 5 star.

Chelsea L.

Yelp
I received a strong recommendation for a sushi restaurant from a local but was surprised to discover it was also a curry house. So, I decided to try a little bit of everything. I ordered their special ramen, a salad, and some sushi. Specifically, I got the chicken katsu curry ramen and a California roll. I was impressed by the curry sauce as it wasn't overwhelming; it was just right. The sushi was fantastic! The service was excellent; the food came out promptly, and my server was attentive. The restaurant had a very modern ambiance, and it wasn't crammed. It's a cute little place.

Elizabeth N.

Yelp
This is absolutely the best ramen place we've ever had, and we've had it all over Hawaii and the U.S. Everyone in our party was beyond thrilled. The curry was great, the ramen was fantastic, and the sushi rolls all made for a delicious experience. Highly recommend you to stop there. I can't wait to go back!

Rika L.

Yelp
Was seated right away, I love how they put the sauce for the spice to the side and not within the broth like other places Definitely coming back! Flavor 10/10

Nana C.

Yelp
Ramen! Curry! Salad! All great items. Flavors are satisfying and presentation is great. Table Service is quick, short or no wait time. Restaurant is nice, decor is appropriate and parallel to its culture, very similar to restaurants in Japan

TrinaMarie S.

Yelp
FOOD Gyoza***** shredded beef inside a potsticker type shell. Very good. Tomato Seafood Ramen**** wish it had just a little more meet. I got 4 pieces of shrimp. Comes also with clams. Sauce is extremely flavorable. Other than more meet, I would give it 5 stars. I've been here 1x before and felt I had more meat. I remember taking food home. Other than that. You should try. Shoya**** would give 5 stars but only 3 pieces of the beef. Hubby said more noodle than anything else but soup was flavorable. He wouldn't order again bcuz he likes more things in his soup. SERVICE***** Fast and friendly. AMBIANCE**** Cute ramen place even for a date night. Booths have privacy so you can have intimate conversation.

Karoly S.

Yelp
The team here is always friendly and welcoming. My order, most of the time is their Spicy Classic Tonkotsu Ramen, which in my opinion has one of the best broths out there and the noodles are perfectly cooked. I have tried other dishes and they are very good as well. The restaurant is located by Silverton and is always clean with tons of parking space. They can accommodate large party with no problem.

Nhu N.

Yelp
The food here was delicious! Service was good, very fast, and friendly. For the price, the quality of the food is good and filled me up. The restaurant is clean and I like the vibes here as well. I would totally come back!

Kyla R.

Yelp
We were craving ramen. Our to-go ramen place shut down a month ago. So, we had to find a ramen place that was nearby. Kobashi popped up. I've had kobashi in the past, but to-go. This is my first time experiencing dine-in. I ordered their Spicy Tuna Roll, Chicken Karaage, and Shoyu Ramen. Their spicy tuna roll was fresh. It's a basic roll, so nothing too special about it. The chicken karaage was delicious. I love the spicy mayo aioli sauce it came with and the side salad. The Shoyu Ramen was also good. I wished their egg was marinated and runny like the ones at other ramen shops. Overall, it was a good experience.

Chelsea S.

Yelp
The black garlic ramen was great! Perfect amount of garlic flavor, noodles were good, the soft-boiled egg was absolutely fantastic. I was drawn in by the discount on doordash, but without the discount it's more than I'd generally spend on ramen. Very delicious and great quality, but something I'd order as a splurge.

Alicia N.

Yelp
This place is extremely quiet. Very small and intimate. The curry was good and the Gyoza had a lot of flavor. I also ate the crunch roll, it wasn't my favorite but I will go back and try another roll. The prices are reasonable so I don't see an issue with giving this place another shot. Service was great and everyone was so kind.

Weenz A.

Yelp
Miso ramen was very salty! Fried calamari was close to burnt. I wouldn't come back again.

Rose B.

Yelp
I still love my go to Ramen place. Still can't get enough of their creamy tonkotsu ramen love love love! The service is fast! It is like I'm in a fast food restaurant. Thank you for always taking good care of me whenever I visit. Ambiance is nice and clean. Can't complain!

Jason C.

Yelp
Clean well decorated dining room with soft lighting. Hostess welcomed us as we walked in and we were quickly seated. Server came to the table with water right away and answered a few questions about the menu. We ordered the vegetarian ramen with tofu and added corn. Came out quick, served in a vegetable broth, the broccoli was battered, corn and bean sprouts were crunchy, noodles were fantastic. Tofu was also fried. A 4.5 vegetarian ramen! Also ordered a vegetable curry with fried tofu, spicy. Served on a plate in a beautiful presentation with the sauce and rice separate and cooked veggies including carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, yellow squash, and some picked something I couldn't identify. All tasted good. Sauce was savory and full of spices, without the heat. I prefer a real spicy hot curry but the kids weren't ready to brave an extra spicy this time. We shared some edamame while we waited for the food. Great quality, crunchy and the perfect amount of salt. My daughter and her friend ordered a mango creamy soda, they said it was very delicious! But not very creamy... I stole a sip and thought it was a fun unique soda not typically found around Vegas. Overall it was a great experience friendly and fast service and good food. Solid 4.5 over all. Would take additional depth and freshness of flavors to get to a 5 when compared to other great ramen restaurants in the area. Kid friendly. Vegetarian options!

Diana G.

Yelp
We wanted some curry and ramen and this was the perfect spot because they have both. I typically like black garlic ramen so of course I ordered it here and it was also recommend by our server. I did the combo with a salad and a crunch roll. The salad was good and so was the crunch roll. I was a bit disappointed by my garlic ramen as it lacked that garlic taste. Service was good and the food arrived just after a few minutes of ordering. My sister got the pork curry and it was good, highly recommend it.

Marjorie Louise W.

Yelp
I ordered online and this is what i got bad service. I Used to eat here. But why the ramen doesn't taste anything. Waste of money

Mhonica T.

Yelp
Great service and friendly workers. We got seated right away. The waitress checked on us a good amount of time. The food was good and came out fast. The beee special was my favorite. They provided potatoes and squid with a side of beer for $10. Would definitely come back for a simple curry dinner.

Layla F.

Yelp
What an amazing find. Service was outstanding , food was fresh , hot and full of delicious flavors. They offer curry, Katsu and ramen are their signature dishes. I wanted all of it My sister ordered the black garlic ramen and substituted the sliced pork with a pork Katsu !! Omg she was in heaven. I wanted ramen , curry and Katsu and ordered the Katsu curry ramen. I found the broth a little too thick with the curry in it so you won't be able to slurp it. But it was good. Next time I'll get my ramen of choice and order a separate curry Katsu dish to share with my dinner mates. Over all it was such an enjoyable authentic meal. Service was friendly and attentive.

Nazh D.

Yelp
Had dinner here and we had chicken katsu and tonkatsu ramen. They were both very good and delicious, whichthe katsu had more chicken but the curry tasted great. The tonkatsu had a great broth too! Service was good and the price is not bad either.

Shantel M.

Yelp
Came here on a Sunday for dinner and wasn't too busy. Service was quick and efficient. I wanted to try their black garlic broth which states most popular. It speaks for itself and it was great. I also order spicy tuna and crispy rice with tuna which I didn't get to picture. Everything was great. They have combos available and you can choose your side. Restrooms are available in restaurant and is clean. Lots of parking. Restaurant is a home feeling so not so big. If you're staying at the Silverton or Hyatt Place, located right across if soup is what you're craving for.

Steve T.

Yelp
We finally tried this place. We had their popcorn shrimp, black garlic combo (chicken fired rice), and spicy miso ramen combo (gyoza). The shrimp and fried rice were the regular portion size. Spicy miso ramen was not spicy at all with 1 slice of pork belly (chasu). The black garlic ramen was ok because broth of bland but had redeeming factors such as garlic and onions that saved the flavor but broth is a bit bland. I would try other items when in the area.

Cindy G.

Yelp
Met a friend here for lunch and looked at reviews with quite a few comments on vegan options as I am vegan. Turns out their noodles are egg based and they do not have a vegan option. Even curry is not vegan Even tofu is fried in batter with egg. I did have edamame and an avocado roll. Nice place good service and my friend enjoyed her ramen just know if your vegan your limited on options.

Michael M.

Yelp
Had take out, garlic ramen and side of gyoza. Tasty and filling. Service with a smile. Friendly cashier and server. Casual atmosphere.

Caroline L.

Yelp
Omg the Chicken katsu curry and Tonkotsu ramen are so amazing. We've been trying to find a place similar to our favorite curry spot in Irvine called Coco Ichibanya. This place is as close to it as we can find in Vegas. There's always plenty of seating when I come here for dinner and have never waited. Service is fast and all the waiters are attentive. They provide a water pitcher so that helps us to not bug about refilling our cups, cuz we drink water like camels! Food: - Curry, chicken katsu, Kurobuta Sausage, corn This curry hit the spot. The katsu is perfectly crisp and fried with thick curry sauce. Spicy level: spice is about 6/10 spice. - Classic Tonkotsu Ramen - standard pork broth with nice yummy pieces of pork Chashu. I recommend mild spice to give it a little kick.

Harley S.

Yelp
Amazing! I honestly didn't know this place existed until I went to visit my friend who lives on mountains edge. She wanted ramen and took me here and I was fully satisfied. I had the shoyu ramen with some rolls and they did not disappoint. My husband had the curry and he said his pork curry was phenomenal. It's turn into our go to place for curry and ramen especially if we're in the area. It's almost like a hidden gem because I seriously didn't t know this plaza existed in vegas. Amazing food, clean restaurant and friendly staff, definitely coming back!

Jenn M.

Yelp
Food Sucks Ordered Chicken Katsu Curry 19$ Dry Chicken No Curry At All Asked For Corn 2$ Teaspoon The Service Not Good The Place Smells Toxic Will Not Be Back

Candice S.

Yelp
It was cold and I didn't want to cook so we decided to try this place. The service was good. There was a man helping us and a lady. The man was super nice and welcoming. The lady must have been tired and having a bad day. It's fine. It happens. We ordered crispy tuna and it was REALLY good. Then tonkatsu and black garlic ramen and a chicken katsu curry. Love everything except the tonkatsu ramen. It was just so ok. It wasn't bad. It wasn't good. Just ok. Everything else was great!

Cody W.

Yelp
Pretty good, pretty good. Service is really nice but the food isn't top tier. Overall good though. The Karaage is nice with the sauce.
