Google
This a fun stop to make. Lots of merchants with low to high grade goods. Plenty of knock offs to help you out. Nice selection of produce, sundries, clothing, collectibles, antiques and miscellaneous items. We ate from El Jefe's food truck and we're pleasantly surprised!! Only open on weekends. Worth the $3 entry.

Google
This is the spot to find some the most random stuff. From household goods, clothing's, electronics (video games, DVDs, CDs, etc) hand held tools for the tradesmen, and many more assorted items to become your next best treasures. I spent 3 hours walking and browsing around different venues, there was still much more deals to explore. I am definitely amazed at this swap meet. Glad I went earlier because this place gets packed. Check it out, you may find some great items for yourself or some amazing gift ideas.

Google
If you like to find treasure in others junk this maybe worth your time. I do not recommend the produce. I bought mangos and all of them were bruised. I cut into them the first day I got them.

Google
My family and I love coming here. It's much cleaner and more organized than most swap meets we've been to. Admission is very affordable—just $3 per adult and kids get in free. If you're looking for a fun way to spend a few hours, get some fresh air, and even squeeze in a little exercise while browsing, I definitely recommend this place!

Free parking. Just bring cash too. The hat guy is great in the west north corner.

Google
Kobeys swap meet is awesome. They sell everything you can think of. Great prices and willing to negotiate for even better deals. They sell food too. Food seemed expensive but the random items were cool. Cost 3 dollars to get into the place on Saturdays and Sundays.

Google
As a recent seller - last 3 months, I can only say that this is one great location for our product. It took us about 6 times to find a great spot that now we rent monthly. It takes a few times and repeats to finally get set up as a routine. Also to Figure out shade and walking flow. The other long time sellers are helpful and cool. We buy from them and they buy from us. Our overall experience is 5 stars.

Google
Awesome place to spend time and money at. Last weekend I went early in the morning stood in line for the gate to open paid the fee to get in and 5 minutes later I'm walking out the swap meet with basically a brand new GT AGGRESSOR PRO 2023 MODEL for the price it weighs in aluminum. Good deals all day here at the swap meet!. Just come early, the earlier the better to get the good deals.
google avatar

Jamie M.

Yelp
lots of free parking. Depending on day amount of vendors there. Most of the mainstays are in the front as you enter. Remember to haggle some prices to get a better deal!

Yelp
Kobey's Swap Meet! One of the most popular market places during the weekend that is a place for cheap and affordable items! I'd recommend come by here, parking was $10, but i'd recommend coming early before people start walking in. The service is great, there are so many vendors and people, and the selection can be a bit better. I didn't buy anything because it all seemed not really worth for the price. Still a great experience.

Yelp
I came here to sell with my friends, and we had a great time. It was well-organized, and I enjoyed experiencing it from the perspective of a first-time seller. We picked up plenty of helpful tips from booths that seemed to have been doing this for a while. It's a massive swap meet! We explored what the other vendors had to offer and found an impressive variety of items to purchase. Everyone was friendly, from the business staff to the fellow sellers we met. I even scored some quality golf balls at a fantastic price! My only suggestion would be to offer bathrooms other than port-o-potties. Luckily, there are nearby fast food restaurants within walking distance where you can buy food and use their restroom facilities. That's the main reason I'm giving 3 stars. As for parking, the process is very convenient. Sellers can drive their cars directly to their reserved spots to unload items. Additionally, there is a large designated parking lot for both buyers and sellers.

Yelp
fun option to spend a weekend if you want a more eccentric browsing experience than a typical shopping plaza or mall. i've visited maybe 6 or 7 times within the past 3 years, Saturdays are definitely its busiest but it's been relatively less chaotic recently. the selection is very hit or miss, a lot of sellers are just selling things straight off aliexpress, SHEIN, etc so make sure you thoroughly inspect the quality and reverse image search if you don't want to overpay. i've found many sellers to be pretty rude as well-- i understand customers can be frustrating, but it's not benefitting their sales to be rude to other prospective buyers. i usually browse women's clothing and have had very mixed experiences. some sellers are reselling low quality fast fashion (forever 21 / shein / etc) or random no name brands with flaws or stains at brand new prices ($25-60) or higher) and refuse to haggle or take offers. we're talking a wrinkly Charlotte Russe camisole being $40.. :/ however there still are some hidden gems and unique sellers! it's just harder to find in a sea of mediocrity. overall though, it's still worth checking out once or twice! i recommend this as a place you should go in with low expectations and be pleasantly surprised if you find something you like :) rather than having high hopes from the get go

Yelp
Pretty disappointed. Saw that it was pretty good on Yelp, but it was overhyped. I come from the OC, and the swap meets there are 100000 times better. Pretty disappointing.
google avatar

Yelp
Pretty much a waste of time and money. They've went up on admission and there are very few places to shop at. There are very few booths and many seem like a 2nd rate goodwill garage sale. OK for a one time look I guess, but I won't be coming back.

Yelp
You can always find something here. Whether you're looking to find some used tools or some furniture or books or doughnuts and lemonade, Kobeys has everything and most things are reasonably priced!

Yelp
It's been many months since my trip to Kobey's Swap Meet but I guess the time has come for me to finally leave a review. It was early on a Sunday morning when we pulled up and entered this wonderful place full of random crap, vintage clothes, broken DVDs, and a bunch of other stuff you typically find at swap meets across the country. As a collector of all things retro from toys and video games to comics and sports cards, I was hopeful I would at least stumble across a few items I could take back to Las Vegas with me. The layout here is pretty easy to maneuver around and features a huge amount of vendors to choose from. My wife and I probably spent a good two hours here wandering around before we headed out and even though most of the video games I saw were insanely overpriced, a lot of booths had zero design structure, and some of the vendors didn't know how to even acknowledge us as customers, I still had a great time checking stuff out and picking up some Goosebumps books and a signed Von Miller rookie card to add to my Buffalo Bills card collection. Overall, Kobey's Swap Meet is just like every other swap meet.....you have no idea what you are going to see, buy, or come across and that's exactly why we all keep coming back. I will definitely find myself coming back here on future trips to San Diego and I very much look forward to those.

Yelp
Kobey's has been in San Diego for as long as I can remember. I remember coming here as a kid and now I'm almost 30 and still continue love coming here. There are so many vendors selling everything you can imagine...fruit, plants, toys, weed accessories, sports jerseys, sunglasses, sneakers, vintage clothing, household goods, and more! There is something here for everyone. The prices to enter have always been reasonable. $3 to enter on the weekends and $1 on Fridays. I recommend bringing cash but most vendors now use Venmo or Zelle. Parking is abundant and it's right in the heart of San Diego.

Yelp
Came to Kobey's Swap meet for the first time today. I arrived a little after 7am. There's a Yelp check in deal to have $1.00 off admission, so my entrance fee was $2.00. There are a variety of vendors here. It's a mixture of items ranging from used clothing, dish wares, furniture, plants, fruit, etc. there was even a vendor that changed watch batteries, which I thought was neat. Pros: -dogs are allowed -free parking -there are different items that you can rent as a shopper and vendor near the entrance -there are a few food vendors towards the back Cons: -vendors were arguing with one another when I arrived which I thought was a bit odd -when I came on July 1st, there were still a good handful of vendors who were still unloading their items and not set up yet Overall, I'm glad I got to check this spot out and am glad I went before it got too hot.

Yelp
Gr8 place to find some diamonds in the rough. Lots of good deals for some few good items. In the back corner you'll find gr8 guitar deals. Wondering around you can bump into people selling their original clothing. I bought a dope azz unique sweater. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Go around the stadium for no pay parking. ;)

Yelp
Lots of great finds here. Love coming here when I'm down in the SD area. From shoes, clothes to Pokémon cards and vintage (and new) records. Kobey's has a wide selection of everything. Most vendors have really fair prices and will negotiate on the price of some things as well. Overall a good experience and would recommend checking it out for yourself.

Yelp
I drive here from LA just to check it out! Glad I came. I saw this place on ig. I was free on Saturday so I drove out to San Diego to visit a friend and then go to the swap meet. $2 entry but you get $1 off with yelp check in. Plenty of free parking so that's a plus! A lot of places to eat nearby. There's food here, but nothing I wanted. Plenty of sight seeing. A lot of little Knick knacks, collectibles, toys, cleaning products, clothes, tools and miscellaneous things. I had a really good time. All the people here are feeling good and enjoying themselves. So was I. I live too far to come often but I highly recommend you go check it out. You'll find something! I had to leave so I don't spend too much lol
google avatar

Yelp
This is something everyone should check out. There's something for everyone and they have occasional specialty vendors. This Saturday was Vintage Sneakers. Highly recommend that you bring cash so you don't need to rely on their ATMs. It cost anywhere between $1-2 bucks to get in and May is free for military. Give yourself a few hours to walk around and check everything out and enjoy the food trucks.

Yelp
Kobey's Swap is alway a fun place to dig for your pot of gold. The variety of venders is fantastic. I got for the steps and I leave with treasures I find and snacks I didn't know I needed in my life. Kobey's Swap is always the best Swap in town.
google avatar

Yelp
It's always fun to come to the swap meet. I have been coming here since I can remember. Good people are all around you.
google avatar

Yelp
They have a YELP CHECK IN for Discounted Admission as of Sept 2022 This is a nice place, a very good diverse selection of merchandise, new and used, some vintage, some collectibles, a lot of housewares, entertainment, childrens, clothing and tools. It's clean and organized. Parking is easy too.
google avatar

Laura J.

Yelp
There's a $2 entrace free, if you leave and want to return they will give you a stamp. Would highly recommend bringing more cash, a lot of the vendors accept cash and some also do venmo. The swap meet was pretty big, but there were a lot of the same stuff. A lot of vintage style decor and fashion and I saw some good useful kitchen appliances. They have some comics and kids toy booths and lots of clothing and some shoes. But both me and my friend who went didn't see a lot items we liked, we only ended up getting some hair clips.
google avatar

Elijah L.

Yelp
A lot of variety of things to check out and very kind people Admission is cheap which saves more money for purchasing Great activity for free days
google avatar

Yelp
Great spot for some weekend browsing and shopping. $2 to get in but get $1 off with check-in. Most of the vendors are the same each week and it's quite mixed in terms of finding a deal. Some vendors have great deals and will bargain with you like a true swap meet. While others may sell more high end, less swap meet, garage sale, thrifting items but more similar to a maker's fair or craft fair or vintage stall. There's food trucks with tacos and desserts and also mini donuts, lemonade, and corn dogs if you get hungry. Tons of parking. Porta potties for bathrooms with hand washing stations. Bring a shopping bag and water.
google avatar

Ray S.

Yelp
The market was just okay. Not many great things, it felt like a lot of vendors had old merchandise that just doesn't sell. it didnt seem like they have a good selection of things to shop for. There were plants and great prices for the plants.

Yelp
Got a full weekend off of work and have no plans? Or just visiting Americas Finest City from who knows where? Well, I recommend coming to Kobey's swap meet! This past weekend I had the day off from work so I spent my Sunday morning here. I wandered through each aisle rummaging through all the different vendor booths and even got down on the pavement to look at items. I felt like I was at Target- I didn't need anything really but I left with a wonderful experience and two hands filled with heavy bags. There were used items, new items, and great bargains! Even a food truck- the food was good- I ordered 3 mini adobada tacos and Carne Asada Fries. I must have went through all the aisles before making a few turns back to these three booths- There was one booth in particular that I was really intrigued with and they were selling Angels naturally nut co. snacks- I felt like a kid in the candy store; they had sour candies, candies covered in chamoy to wasabi peas and peanuts! Definitely my favorite booth; I left happy! They accepted electronic payments and cash. My second favorite was a booth that sold succulents and other indoor/outdoor plants, the price ranged from $1.50 to $20.00; I bought two small plants. My third favorite would have to be a booth that sold hair ties, hair clips, and other cute accessories; it was $1.00 each for everything on the table in the baskets and if you buy 5 you get 1 free- so that was a deal; I left with a bag full of goodies- Overall, it was a great experience; definitely worth the $2 entry fee, there's more than enough parking to accommodate every guests visiting, and all the vendors were friendly and I enjoyed the small talk- I hope I get more weekends off because one man's trash is another man's treasure and I definitely found a lot of treasure!

Yelp
Very large open spacious place for a swap meet. This was my 2nd swap meet for the day, and enjoyed this one much better than the first one. Lots of vintage items, cool art work, food trucks, and more. Nobody being pushy to buy or look at items. Very laid back with perfect 72 degree weather. For sure will be back.

Yelp
You never know what you will find at a flea market, garage sale or estate sale. Kobey's Swap Meet is no exception. If anything. Kobey's is on a bigger scale. The biggest in San Diego. With free parking and $2 admission. It's worth a look. Kids under 12 are free to enter and seniors are a only a buck. What you will see is a lot of people selling all sort of things. From toiletries to fine art, furniture and clothes, toys, video games, music CD's, fresh produce, old records, sports jerseys to athletic shoes and anything and everything under the sun. Some items used and others brand new. I did see a lot of T-shirts of the late NBA Laker great Kobe Bryant and the late rapper Nipsey Hustle being sold. I also saw a lot of hard to find pro wrestling figures out of package being sold for cheap. Things I was interested in. I even spotted a rare banner promoting a fight of my favorite boxer. I ended up buying it after a bit of negotiating. That's the great thing about Kobey's Swap Meet. Most of the items being sold. The price is negotiable within reason. Remember most sellers don't want to pack their vehicle back up. Most are looking to sell. Don't be afraid to haggle. The worst that can happen is they say No and you walk away. Going to the swap meet. You will definitely get your steps in. It's a big area and you will walk a lot. So wear a good pair of shoes. Even if you don't buy anything. You will get some exercise and be entertained for an hour or two. Give it try.
google avatar

Jacky A.

Yelp
I heavily love coming here. Sometimes I come on the good days when it's not so busy. BUT it does make me sad that they raised the prices and removed the $1 off check in with help
google avatar

Samantha W.

Yelp
Huuuuuuuuuge place with tons of vendors. It's like a flea market/garage sale/swap meet. One side has a bunch of used stuff for sale like a thrift store (clothes, electronics, tools, books, toys, furniture etc etc etc) also fresh fruit stall and the other side has whatever theme they have going. It was sneakers when we went - tonsssssss of shoes for sneaker heads. Nice that there's a very visible sign that says they ban anyone selling counterfeit goods as well. An interesting/entertaining place to walk around and check out.
google avatar

Reincartnated X.

Yelp
All my stuff was auctioned off to a vendor named Omar that has many spots here; not only did I loose my storage but I had to spend hours days even weekends try to find it and buy it back from this guy. No heart all business. Didn't care he had thrown all my pictures and albums away! A lifetime of memories. Ancestors. Family heirlooms. Jewelry. Handmade art for generations LOST and sold for greed. Devastating!!!
google avatar

lars l.

Yelp
I go to buy for resale. the retail market is about 75% so for me only 25% of the vendors are who I visit
google avatar

Daniel V.

Yelp
DONT BRING YOUR DEBIT CARD BRING CASH BEFOREHAND IF U WANT 2 THRIFT Most of the people here were really honest. Everyone here just trying to make a living but also willing to work with you to make a deal. I enjoyed walking around here looking at the vintage clothing items. It was a bit intense at times I felt overwhelmed. There's just SO MUCH to see. entry fee is $3, do not use their personal ATM there's a $4 cover charge to take YOUR money out.
google avatar

Victoria A.

Yelp
So nice and cheap stuff to buy! Perfect for the family with plenty of atms. Plenty of vendors
google avatar

Jill R.

Yelp
We pull into the parking lot like normal, attendant says you can't park in the lot closest to the entrance because there is an event and no one can park there otherwise your car will be towed. As we were leaving Kobey's swap meet, the parking lot we were told was closed due to the event was completely full, with people walking toward the entrance to the swap meet. I didn't see any tow trucks! Not mad at the walk, it was good exercise. Mad at the fact that we get there early to find a nice close spot, we usually find some good deals, having a close spot makes it convenient to empty our hands. What pisses me off is that those that arrived later in the morning were just allowed to park wherever. When we got to our car, the lot we were told we had to park in was COMPLETELY EMPTY save a few cars that arrived when we did. If you go to Kobey's there is no need to listen to the attendant, just park where you want.
google avatar

Francesca S.

Yelp
I had come here a few weeks ago with my family and was surprised because it was better than I had expected! There are plenty of shops to choose from and many of the vendors are very sweet! I purchased a few hats here which I use all of the time now! If you are looking for something to do that is fun with a few friends or just spend the day with the family I would totally come here-however I would not say this is a 'full day' activity. I think someone could spend maybe 1-3 hours here depending on the person(s) Overall good experience and I would come again!
google avatar

Madeleine L.

Yelp
You can find some deals here but it is not as good as it used to be. Less vendors overall and just felt "thin" compared to past visits. Began coming here in the 1990s and it has definitely become less crowded in the last couple of years, both in terms of vendors and visitors. Still worth a stop if you have time to kill.
google avatar

Arnel D.

Yelp
A World Famous swap meet. This is a good spot to visit every once in a while. Though others would probably say it should be visited once a week! There's lots of things sold here. Things you need and things you don't. Prices are reasonable and it's clean. Admission isn't pricey. Parking is ample too. Always a good time. Good for kids and adults.

Yelp
4-24-2022 Hey there can we go thrift shopping? What, what, what, what... Located outside the San Diego Sports Arena, this flea market offers vast space filled with various vendors selling anything from orchard fruits, produce, used clothing, old garage tools, jewelry, antiques, toys, and more importantly POP Figures! Open every day from 7am-3pm, admission is $1 buck from Mon-Fri and $2 bucks on Sat & Sun but if you check in on Yelp you get half off. Great finds I definitely popped some tags with only $20 bucks in my pocket...SUCH A DEAL! Rummaged through some ol' tools got me a Craftsman wrench for only $8 bucks! Found me an Apple MagSafe charger and a portable Apple Watch charger both for only $25 bucks! Visited a plant booth filled with finely manicured bonsai trees, money trees (Guiana Chestnut), and a bunch more greenhouse greeneries to choose from; left happily with a money tree purchase for only $8 bucks... Mind blown! Greatest take away Come early, bring cash and use your most persuasive haggling demeanor and enjoy your experience! Experience As my partner in crime and I walked through the toy vendor aisle which featured POP exclusive collectibles my boyfriend spotted someone with importance from his peripheral vision; who might say, who goes there? Well, none other than Mike Becker, the founding father of Funko. What a happy surprise! I shall return!

Yelp
If you're an avid thrifter or bargain hunter, then Kobey's Swap Meet in San Diego is an absolute must-visit. I've been going to this swap meet for years, and it never disappoints. The market itself is huge, with tons of vendors selling everything from clothes and accessories to furniture, electronics, and more. But for me, the real treasure is in the clothing section. I've found so many amazing pieces of clothing at Kobey's, including vintage t-shirts, leather jackets, and unique accessories that I never would have found anywhere else. The prices at Kobey's are also incredibly reasonable, which makes it a great spot to score some amazing deals. The vendors are friendly and willing to negotiate on prices, which makes the shopping experience even more enjoyable. Beyond the shopping, Kobey's also offers a variety of food vendors and live entertainment, which adds to the overall experience. Whether you're looking for a quick snack or a full meal, there are plenty of options available, including Mexican food, hot dogs, and fresh fruit smoothies.
google avatar

Yelp
This place has changed so much since COVID. Pre-COVID it was packed and you could come here and pretty much find everything you weren't even looking for! However, this particular weekend... we had a ton of items we went looking for and walked away empty handed! How does a shopper who likes to shop walk away empty handed! Thats unheard of! Well it happened... there are a few tables that the items for sale are decently priced but others, it i like they went to Costco (stocked up when Costco does steal deal discounts) and then marked up the price to regular Costco pricing or higher! When I can go to other stores or order online. I mean you still watch people walk away with plants or random items... but nothing like the place it use to be. Parking was also another issue, there was a concert or some event at the stadium and therefore parking for Kobeys was located around the street and there is no entrance to the side other than going around, so you definitely got your workout and steps in from the parking lot alone! Also be sure to check-in on yelp for your Saturday discount!
google avatar

Kareen-Grace T.

Yelp
Last spring hubby brought me here to look at plants. I ended up going home with 5 of them. Since then, they have been happily growing and growing ... I purchased string of bananas, anthurium, dieffenbachia, prayer plant, and zz. Below are "then and now" pics of the prayer plant and anthurium. The next time I come back, I'm definitely getting pictures of the vendor. It never crossed my mind because I was totally focused on all the beautiful plants. As far as this swap meet goes, they allow dogs and I'm all for it. There were also a nice variety of sellers. Parking was easy and plentiful.

Yelp
For the many that have been to the many garage sales and the estate sales that you can almost find so many nice and new Items that most people pass off to the many sales that have great family value. For the many that love to go to the many auctions and the places you can find the many specials on the groceries and the fresh fruit that is picked every day, yet you can't find the many places. People that have the eye for the collectors' items and the one-of-a-kind pieces that so many people do pay a very high price. There is a large location that is located over near the Golden Acorn Sports Arena that has held so many events that when you come to the shopper's area you can see the large computerized Milar board that tells of the many sporting events. When you pull into the large parking lot you will see the many cars and trucks that are set up in a large fenced off area that is Koby's Swap Meet. I know that swap meets can be very boring there is so many things that you can see and buy yes there are some places that do you can try free samples of the products they sell yes those are food products. There are companies that do sell cosmetics that are as low as 1.00 dollar, and you can also find the personal care products that you may see that are carried at the high end. When you come to a very large sale open air market that only costs 2.00 dollars and there are coupons that you can get two for the price of one. When I went to Koby's it was on Sunday and the Day was pretty medium in crowd size and the seller's that parked in the many areas of the Swap Meet as far as the eye could see in the fenced area. Finding some bargains for myself and some of the best cheeses they have there you can find cheese that is home made and is sold there at the Swap Meet. You can find the many bargains that if you walk further to the back area, you will come across the many sellers that have the many different types of tools and electronics that most people can't find yes there is allot of walking around, but the day is great day to go shopping. If you get hungry and want to take a break there are restaurants that are nearby and the hot food, they serve inside. As an Elite reviewer you have so much at your day of shopping and there are things that you can buy the kids and there are things for men when you need tool bags or great luggage, they have it Kobby's .

Yelp
Huge selection of things to buy at this flea market. Cash only, $2 or $3 entry fee, and almost everything you could want
google avatar

Yelp
Open Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 7am to 3pm. Great place to shop and buy for all your holiday needs.
google avatar

Yelp
I am reviewing as a consumer. Not a vendor. Koby's Swap Meet has been around for year. I began going here with my father when I was a little girl. I miss my dad so a lot of my visits bring back happy memories As long as I can remember there has always been a nostalgic feel. Whether it's bottle cap jewelry, old rotary phones, vintage apparel or 50's-80's music, you will find it here Covid changed things a bit so some weekends have been better than others. Nonetheless, there is always a diamond in the rough
google avatar

Yelp
Ok holy cow this is place is vintage & new shopping galore - heaven and at its finest. Talk about Cali people being so lucky! This place was insane- this weekend is the vintage clothes and sneaker swap meet and there were sneakers ranging from $100- a few thousand dollars a pair. Unbelievable vendors- all amazing people so nice, ready to negotiate but be ready to check your price on StockX too! Price match it T-shirts from the 70's, Grateful Dead concert T's you name they have it- Mr Potato head fan- they got it! Lol Nike Dunk low's SB Parra? Plenty of em - Supreme fan? Done Tip- check in on Yelp, you get a $1 off admission (which is only $2 anyway) but def bring bags or buy bags- you will not leave empty handed and the stuff gets heavy and the place is massive!

Yelp
I haven't been to Kobeys swampmeet for years. I went to walk around today. They up their price from $1 to $2 on weekends. If you check in on Yelp, they will take $1 off. There were lots of canopies filled with goodies, second hand items at this swampmeet. A few trucks that sold food and refreshments to the West of the site. We stopped by the Lemonade Corn Dog & Mini Donuts stand. My daughter didn't like their lemonade, she said she barely tasted the lemon. My donuts were fresh but it didn't give me the satisfaction as when I had it years ago. It didn't quite taste the same as last time although the cashier and food handlers there were friendly. I didn't see any fresh fruits today but I did saw this selection of variety of nuts and chilli covered goodies. I spent a lot of time there, picking out what I want. What was new to me were the mobile masseuses there. They set up and have those portable massage chairs or tables. Very cool in my opinion

Yelp
I love Kobey's. I went this last weekend and it was so fun. The size of the swap varies by weekend but they always have gun and unique stuff. Found some well priced clothing gems and $3 flower boquetes that still look beautiful!!

Yelp
Tremendous amount of counterfeit / fake items for sale. From sneakers/shoes to fragrances. Theft has been an issue there as well. Lots if cheap items and basically crap.

Yelp

Yelp
There is a $2 entrance fee but if you check in you can get it for $1. Compared to various swap meets in San Diego this is area is surprisingly clean & well managed. They have sections for the newer products that are from wholesalers to those who are legit just trying to get rid of their junk. Just like every swamp meet there are those certain vendors that are way in over their head that sell things that are overpriced or fake so do look online before getting certain things if you are cautionary. They do have certain days that focuses on vintage, or fashion & comics that they post on social media if you are focused on certain things.

Yelp
What a fantastic place to shop for all sorts of curiosities. Whenever I dont know what to do on a weekend, I just decide to go to Kobeys. It's like an outdoor antique mall in a parking lot filled with booths and tables. Literally the definition of one man's trash... I never go with an idea of what I 'need,' I sort of just browse and end up leaving with something neat. Parking is usually plentiful and they have an ATM by the ticket booth because it's cash to get in - there's also an ATM at the gas station in the parking lot. (Beware of higher atm fees). If you check in on yelp it's just a dollar admission which is the beauty of it! There's some food trucks to grab a bite. Don't forget your sunscreen! I'd also bring your own tote bag to carry stuff in. They do sell those at the ticket booth too.
