Let's start with the good: The food wasn't bad. It wasn't the best, but it was above average for the price.
On to the bad:
Service took way too long. We were a group of 7, and it took about 20 minutes before the first plate arrived, not too bad, but the next plate was another 10, and so on. It took a good 60 minutes for everyone to get their food, and people served first were done by the time the last plate came out.
Then came the mistakes, the wrong plates were given to the wrong people, orders were missed, and there was a general sense of confusion. Once these mistakes were pointed out, it took them yet more time to sort them out. By then, so much time had passed that the staff simply assumed we didn't want the missed orders.
Fine, at that point, none of us had the will or the patients to give any more business to this establishment.
Once the bills arrived, there were mistakes there too, we were charged for the aforementioned food that never came, and different peoples plates were grouped on the wrong bills. When we informed them of this, they told us to do the math and tell them the total and just pay them what we owed.
Not impressed. Not going back.
