Highly to recommend! Incredible delicious food with regional !!! ingredients. Perfect mix of flavors in each dish! The restaurant itself is comfi with hi-end interior. Service personell leaves nothing to be desired. One of the chefs was here, his knowledge about wine is unlimited!! And he is super charming!

There are some very good points about this restaurant. The bread, steak tartare etc. were great. The wine pairings were excellently chosen. But the soup was too salty, the main course was good but not breathtaking, and the pudding was OK with a mediocre basil cream. I would have expected more consistent food from a restaurant with a Michelin star. However, what disappointed me most was I was charged extra for additional bread and for a second serving of water (which I did not order and was poured into our glasses before I could say anything). I think this is unreasonable given how expensive it already is. Also, weirdly, we were never once handed a food menu and had to ask awkwardly about the cost of extras for the set menu etc.. The staff were kind and well-mannered, though, and knowledgeable about the wine pairings. Overall, this restaurant has some good food and great aspects, but they missed the mark too much (especially in the quality of the food) for a place that charges very high prices.

Amazing food, drinks and staff. Definitely in my go-to list whenever I visit Hamburg. No problem eating there as vagetarian/pescatarian ❤️

We were there for New Years Eve, and had their vegetarian serving. Great atmosphere, excellent food, very good and friendly service. Highly recommendable!

Liebes Koer-Team, wir durften gestern Abend bei euch zu Gast sein und sind wirklich glücklich darüber. Herzlich empfangen, aufmerksam und freundlich bewirtet und den ganzen Abend sehr gut unterhalten worden. Das Essen war toll. Jeder Gang so, dass man am liebsten noch eine Portion nachgeordert hätte. Die Erbse…😍 Es war rundherum schön bei euch und wir kommen sicher wieder! Macht weiter so!💪🏼

Ach das war toll! Fantastisches Essen, super Service, ausgefallene, sehr leckere alkoholfreie Drinks und dann noch den gemütlichen Tisch auf der Terrasse - vielen Dank für den wunderbaren Abend! Wir haben uns für das Überraschungsmenü entschieden, eine Variante vegetarisch - was ihr da in der Küche zaubert macht einfach nur glücklich 💜.
