I recently visited Kohl's to shop for my wife and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The store offered a wide variety of high-quality items, from clothing to home goods. I found a beautiful winter coat that my wife absolutely loves. The customer service was excellent, with staff readily available to assist and provide recommendations. Despite the busy season, the checkout process was smooth and efficient. Overall, Kohl's provides a great shopping experience with a diverse selection and exceptional service. Highly recommended!

Very nice, well maintained Kohl’s. Although they need more than three cashiers! Very clean and neat store. Two floors, with foot wear upstairs. Amazon return service and lockers upstairs as well. Good priced with a lot to choose from. Huge parking area out front. Well lit with working escalators and an elevator. Self checkout available as well.

Last minute necessities ok but bc of fitting room attendant I wouldn't go back. Rude!!!!! She told me to wait outside. Meanwhile, my daughter needed help w the zipper, and it's co ed fitting room and it was a dress, she supposed to walk out for my help???? Let another woman wait inside?I won't go back. One place online business should takeover and get rid of the people.

I love Kohl's for shopping. I have such low patience, but I'm glad they offer a wide variety of brands and styles. The clothes are always well-organized, which makes the shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the frequent sales and discounts are a big plus. Kohl's has become my go-to store for all my fashion needs.

Floor staff is more worried about thieves than customers, I asked the black lady on the floor for help. And she brushed me off, but she realized how she was coming off and then finally told me that I can order something but didn’t even bother to check in the back since it said item was in stock in this store. What a waste of time money, I’m talking about the employees too.

Shopping Kohl's Ceasar's Bay in Brooklyn was a delight. The associates are extremely helpful. I made a visit on June 09, 2024 and checked out with Chilli who was so helpful and kind. He helped me to navigate my coupons on the app and how to use them within the time frame. Thank you for your kindness and smile. My shopping experience was exceptional.

Very clean and organized.restrooms very clean and nothing out of order in the restrooms like usually happens in other stores. Awesome location for shopping also nearest hangaround place closer to water. Associates are very helpful.I forgot to put my coupon while paying than i ask and associate process return and again charge my items with coupon.

I like coming here! They always have something that you are looking for! I feel that the store is very organized but they also run out of sizes quickly

I stopped by this Kohl's location so I could return something I bought. This store is located in a plaza where there were other stores like Target, Skechers, Five Below, and Best Buy. I didn't browse too much in Kohl's since I wanted to return my item and go home. I could tell they had a lot of good items. Next time, I will definitely take my time and look around. I was able to return the item quickly and leave.

Large shopping store fill with things you need and don't need (things that catches your attention so you can spend more)! Upon entering you can see a large "Holiday Return" section by the Check Out Registers on the left. Wow, I guess most people really didn't like their Christmas gifts so they were returning them. I went right, up the escalator to the second floor to do some shopping but first, to return some Amazon purchases. Wow, big mistake! There is a long line for that, maybe next time I do UPS drop off but returning at Kohl's is free and closer than the UPS store. At least the line was social distance with people standing away (not necessary 6ft apart) but that is what cause the line to be longer stretch out. Kohl's got what you need at decent prices and here to help you return those Amazon purchases.

Conveniently located in the Caesar's Bay Shopping Center by the Belt Parkway. Traffic is horrendous. The parking in the shopping center has gotten better since several stores are now vacant. Other major stores in the shopping center are Best Buy and Target. The store can be quite congested with long lines during the weekend. Many cashiers and self-checkout available. I still prefer to do my shopping at this store online. The store sells clothing and a variety of household goods/decor. The only reason I go to the store is because of the Amazon return center on the second floor. In addition to getting a receipt for your Amazon return, you also get a $5 Kohl's coupon for in-store purchase.

Horrible customer service. I had a gift card that didn't work when I tried entering the numbers online. When I called customer service they said "send pictures" of the pin number. I did. Then they wanted more info(like receipt) which I didn't have. They admitted on the phone that the pin number was not the numbers they put on cards. I got no where with them. Disgraceful!!

If you really know me, you will know I'm not a fan of clothes shopping. I'm the one who would sit outside with the other husbands or boyfriends while the women are trying clothes on. I don't know what possessed me to buy clothes on Black Friday. All I needed was a pair of Levi jeans and I ended up on an extremely long line that wrapped around the store. While I waited for my turn to pay, I read 1/3 of my ebook on kindle, called and made an appt with an eye doctor, browsed all the social media sites. In the end, I spent a little over $25 for Lee jeans, black sweater and a pair of sterling silver earrings. It wasn't too bad. However, I'm going to opt to do my clothes shopping online next year for Black Friday. I'm still having nightmare about lines and trying clothes on.

I came to kohls just to roam around. I do like this store because I'm able to find some things for any occasion. However my only complaint is that there's not much of a selection. It seems like each item of clothing has a limited collection. I wish there were more unique options to pick from. However the employees are nice and super patient.

I have visited this store several times In the past. However, I've never experienced an actual shopping trip. I normally order online and request to pick up the items in the store. Once you arrive there are a few specific parking spaces designated just for online shoppers and usually I can occupy one. I usually go doing off peak hours but the store always seems to be busy no matter what the time is. The pick up process to retrieve online orders should be quick but it ever is because the cashier usually alternate pick orders with the customers return line. So of course the speedy pick up slows way down because you have to wait for a return to be processed before someone with an online order can be assisted SMH. The kohl cash that you can earn is a great plus but the online pick up process needs to run smoother.

Horrible horrible HORRIBLE manager by the name of (message me and I'll tell you, but he's tall, thin and wears glasses)-front end Hovering over people... Nasty with staff - I witnessed this myself! Like verbally abusive to the staff that are working their a#%es off I asked for assistance and he berated me and treated me like a complete fool Nasty and hate filled tone I was shocked I'm sorry- Times are tough and if he can't handle working a location that may be busier than most maybe he should have another career There are many out of work Many I for one will never step foot into this location again Someone needs to be told of this and handle this situation accordingly

It was Kohl's. Great deals if you're really in the mood for great bargains on clothing. This was my first visit to this particular Kohl's. Nothing really stood out above any other Kohl's. The store was extremely and surprisingly neat and the bathrooms were spotless. This could be due to the fact that they are such a hike from where you enter the store that many people never make it all the way to finding them. You literally have to walk the entire length of the first floor, take an elevator up, and then walk the entire length of the store in the other direction. Not to mention that entire trip back to the exit. Smart on their part to make you walk through basically all of the departments just to use the restroom, but certainly not guest-friendly as in other Kohl's which only have one floor. I'd definitely shop here on occasion when I'm in the area. It's in a great location. I'm glad I stumbled upon it. :-)

I love this Kohl's but it's definitely a guilty pleasure. Located by Caesar's Bay, it's definitely easy to park here but this store is HECTIC and definitely a hit-or-miss. It is ALWAYS crowded in here, but if you come early enough in the morning on a weekend, or during the week, you'll be able to sift through the racks and discover some good finds. The problem is this place is always messy and unorganized, so you'll have to dig through racks with the patience of a saint to get to the good stuff. I, as a petite woman, do very well in the juniors section which is a smaller section away from the crowds and hectic (always extremely long) check out lines. The return/exchange lines are usually shorter but they are still not very organized. Come here to browse, not to find a specific item, and if you are lucky enough, you will fall upon some great/cheap finds.

The store is decent and pretty clean however customer service sucks . I was trying to get to the bathroom and then his young lady Taylor that works there totally ignored me. I tried calling out for her numerous times and she continued to walk off. It's 7:53pm Saturday 7/13/19. Customers on the floor were not surprised because they also said that you cannot get help here by employees and since they frequently ship here they knew where the bathroom was and helped me find it. This is unacceptable and disgusting. Imagine if I was pregnant like how can you just ignore customers and you work I. Customer service. HORRIBLE

I highly recomened this store when they have a sale. Its usually pretty organized unless the customers get crazy. Sales people here and cashiers are super nice, they will usually tell me when the sale is, and wait to buy the item. I just wished they were open later. Selection and prices can't be beat when there's a sale. Highly recommend parking across the lot and walking. If its not super crowded its enjoyable to shop here.

Is there a negative star? Without a doubt, the worst Kohl's I've ever been to. If I went to a Kohl's in a war zone it would have to be more organized than this debacle of a store. No idea who the manager is, but he should quit because he, or she, ain't doing much managing. The inventory is a mess, nothing is where it should be, or marked correctly. If the owner of Kohl's sees this, please close this store down

they just send too many notification about hiring . but they just hire the people has relatives who works in kohls or has representative . or spanish people languages. manager interview with you and see you like thief . they really abuse you . really rude to employers . the hiring from them is lie. they ask you some question these are really crazy and never know what's good answer. i never work there even they paid good.

I visited this store with my elderly mother to buy her something to wear to my father's funeral. There were no associates around that we could ask for help. There was an extremely long line, and on that line, customers were not 6 feet apart, and there was no member of staff to monitor the line. Because I didn't feel safe checking out on that line, I opted to do a self checkout. The alarm went off, and instead of offering to remove it, a very rude middle aged associate with strawberry blonde hair dismissed me and rudely directed me toward the cash register. As I patiently waited on a very long line JUST to have an associate remove alarms on items I ALREADY paid for, other customers and I noticed associates and the manager that would later take my complaint casually speaking with members of his team, and not assisting customers. After shopping here for more than 6 years now, I can say that sometime their prices can be no less than ridiculous. But I will light my argument a little, and say that many of their products are ridiculously low priced, but not all of them. The service is professional and really trying to help you find what you need. And if I was to give one important tip: Come before the holiday season. If you will come on the busy days, you can find yourself waiting in crazy long lines. Well organized, low prices, and good staff.

Located in the Cropsey Waterfront and Cesar Bay Mall it very convenient by taking the B6 bus or driving your car. The store is filled with a wide selection of department with two floors. I love this Kohls and have been shopping here for years. The store has changed in many ways with new self-checkout located in the front of the store, new staircase, new restrooms and much more. The staff are professional expect for a few of them but overall my experience is has always amazing. I recommend this store as a one stop shop but you have to look around for a good deal.

I love Kohl's. I spend way too much money in Kohl's. But this location is appalling. The clearance section in the bedding department is a nightmare. I could hardly walk through the women's department without stepping on clothes or hangers! Nearly everything I picked up in the home decor section was cracked or dirty in some way. The fitting rooms are a shoplifter's dream. Packed with discarded clothing and ripped off tags! And I couldn't find a single employee on the floor to help with anything! There are never enough people at the checkouts, and they rarely smile or talk to you. And this isn't just a review of a busy Saturday. I've been there on all different days of the week with the same issue. On more than a few occasions we have opted to pay the bridge tolls and go to Kohl's in NJ instead.

The most disappointing experience at this location. I honestly cannot believe how rude the employees are and how miserable the jewelry department is. If you do not like your job, don't take it out on the customers, just quit. The store is a complete disaster and I waited on three separate lines just to be turned away to other lines. Extremely UNHELPFUL. I gave one star because of the nice lady by the makeup counter who helped us. Shape up Kohl's!!!!

This store is ROUGH. Time and time again I come here like an idiot thinking they've got to improve at some point--but in ten years, that time has not come. Items--especially in the sale or clearance section--are never on the correct hanger and are instead a mishmash making it a tedious exercise to browse. The store is constantly updating where items are (plus size is upstairs, in between kids and kitchen, women's is in two sides of the store, and men's is in between women's and on the other side as well). Ive never been here where there wasn't a 20+ person line for checkout. The sales are solid but ultimately not worth it.

The promotions and advertising on this store is good. They send you lots of coupon by mail and email. The customer service was ok until the incident i had with this middle aged cashier, who was not only rude and nasty but mean. At least the manager and her coworkers apologies for her behavior.

Love their mailing coupons! Love that I can use coupons on sale items, even on clearance! Love the offers of $10 Kohl's cash with $50 purchase. Love that they open early and I can beat the crowds.

Crowded long lines so come prepared to spend a long time. It's always a mess- I hate shopping off the floor, but when people do not care about items they let it go. The staff has no time to pick up, clear the items from the try on room. Customers do not respect the store....are the sales real? sneakers are overpriced. towels and bath items seem cheap. it doesnt sell food like target so I've stopped going. Rather get it all in one store !

This place used to be good, now everything is a mess from the clothes on the floor to the busy fitting rooms to the rude as hell cashiers and "customer service" people. You might find what you're looking for here, if you choose to rummage through everything. Most of their cashiers are either rude or deaf and have to be instructed several times to scan coupons and gift cards and even then some will still "forget" to scan. We went back for price adjustment because we were overcharged the amount, the cashier was supposed to scan in the gift card and he did not, he lied and said he did scan. We did not realize he overcharged our credit card until we got home. Returned the next day and bought back all the items still with tags plus original receipt and customer service refused to return the incorrect amount back to my parents' card. Apparently their "policy" is the card holder has to be present or they just don't refund. Tell me how the hell does that make sense? We've returned clothes to places like Macy's and JCPenney without an issue like this crap, they overcharge you and then deny your money back. It's a hot day, no one has time to keep running back and forth just to get a price adjusted. My parents could not go back to the store since they were busy so I went for them and I had the physical credit card in my hand along with all the items we bought including receipt and Kohl's "customer service" still refused to adjust the price and refund the money back to our card. I honestly DGAF that they still gave store credit because the point is their cashier still screwed up and overcharged and we had to waste our time going back and then they still refused to refund us our own money. These people have the credit card right in front of them and they still "can't" just have you insert or slide the card to get the money back. I heard plenty horror stories from friends about their crap "customer service" and return "policy" and didn't think it was true until that happened. These people have an attitude and just robotically follow every stupid rule. Oh, and if you want to return an item and it turns out the price of that item went up even though you paid the lesser/sale price, you're not going to get the price you paid for back. They will count the new higher price in some cases. In which case I'd go through the credit company and just tell them the situation and negate the whole damn purchase. They're thieves.

First and last time here. I wished there was a negative rating. My issue is with the smell of dead "something" (very likely mice) that permeated the store. The smell hit me as I walked in and continued onto the 2nd floor. Shame that management allows their staff to work through that and worse yet, having customers deal with it. I informed several staff members about the smell and until I pointed it out they had no idea what the smell was about. The only bright side was the cashier "Diamond" who was professional and cheerful despite working in a place that stunk of dead mice or rats. Also, ample parking but that is it. Someone from the Health Department ought to check this PLACE out.

I kind of dread going to any clothing or department store during the holidays. I had one particularly traumatic visit to the Herald Square Macy's one Christmas that involved men's button down shirts and a lot of hangars - but let's not get into that here. Ahem. My girlfriend wanted to visit Kohl's as she heard the after-holiday sales were quite insane and you know what? She was totally right. I marveled as we passed rack after rack of clothing marked down 50-75% off. What I marveled at even more was the fact that the racks had digital displays, which to someone who works in technology (that's me) feels like how it *should* be instead of having your customers run around all over the place looking for a price scanner because the sticker on the peg is partially torn off. I was also amazed how *organized* the place was given that it was a post-holiday sale and there were quite a few people roaming around the store. I focused my efforts in the housewares/cooking section and really appreciated how bright and welcoming the displays were. Everything was super easy to find and clearly labeled. When we did get on line to pay, I was worried because the line was quite long (we easily had fifteen people in front of us). However the wait was nowhere near as long as I expected it to be and we were out in a very reasonable time! An organized store, efficient staff and good selection makes this a good visit if you're shopping in the area.

One of my favorite department stores in the area, get your Levis jeans, Ninja Turtles t-shirts and your "as seen on TV" gadgets all in one place. Excellent spot for inexpensive Christmas gifts for friends like beer brand boxer briefs and electronic coin counter cups for the car. The second floor is my favorite because they have all the houseware items and chachkas like Christmas ornaments and gadgets for guys. Get a Kohls card for some great perks like percentages off and extra 'Kohl's cash' back to you when you shop at certain times. Kohl's has it all and it love it! Expect crazy lines during the holidays otherwise everything is great.

Horrible exchanging/returning experience . I bought a ring online which has one stone defective. From the reviews I decided to exchange it in store if I see the exact same ring there, if not, I would just return it with refund. However, when I went there( took an hr to get there),the lady working at jewelry dep said they don't do exchange only returns. ( i called later and the customer service said she should and def could do exchange). Anyways, so I reluctantly returned it. She then for some reason did a corporate return. Didn't know what it was but it certainly takes a huge hassle to get the money, as I am writing it, I still haven't received the money. I am at the store now, waiting for a long time while two people don't know how to deal with my situation and is talking to the supervisor.... aiiiiii my time is so wasted here I never had given a bad review but this is so annoying. Either they giv me a good ring or refund the money errrr

One of the most disorganized, unkempt, mismanaged stores I've ever walked into. I went in looking forward to shop at Kohl's based on previous pleasurable shopping experiences at other Kohl's stores. The place did not make shopping there a pleasant experience, trying to find a shoe in your size in the shoe department is akin to trying to find a needle in a haystack. The racks are over filled so if you take one item off 10 follow, falling on the floor where it seems most of the clothing stock is located. Think the place should be razed to allow another big box store actually wanting to provide a good shopping experience, to rise up there. I'll never go back and neither should you- go spend your money at Target.

Khols always has great sales however The dressing room always has dust bunnies the size of small children making anything you try on get dirty at the bottom. I'm talking about when they first open it's so bad. There was a random empty Starbucks plastic cup upstairs by the candles. Also the clothing size never matches what the hanger says which can be very annoying

This dept store is in a quiet neighborhood. It was re-modeled due to the aftermath of Sandy. This was the first time I visited here in 5 years, the last time I was here, it used to be Kmart. I came here to buy a Derek Lam collection light jacket and left. Fitting rooms are spacious. The first floor has juniors, Womens and Mens clothing, skincare, makeup and swimwear. The upper floor has home essentials, babies clothing and the intimates. Cashier line is very unorganized.

I was trying to make a return. The women who works on the return section is so so so rude and slow......she went back and front back and front for couple times. Se is just killing her time even the line is long. Lots of people on the line were complaining..... Moreover, the store is mess and disorganized.

When you hear Kohl's recent commercial which is how I got sucked in there. I decided to give it another try. Im not a fan of a big department store that make my heart cold. Pros: they can have good deals especially when you have coupons. Cons: long lines, no customer service. Overall: Lets just say I will not be coming back.

My wife and I recently remodeled our living room and baby's room and were super excited to get some fall decor for both rooms and maybe a new dish set. We haven't been to kohl's since before the pandemic and were super excited to visit a place we've been to a million times. First thing I will say is they are taking the virus and reopening guidelines very seriously. Signs on the floor, ceilings, and smack dad in front of you on standup signs. Social distancing in full effect my wife and I had our run of the place and got to spend the next hour shopping. We found some really beautiful pieces and when it came time to check out we found ourselves at the end of what's become the new norm; the line from hell. Surprisingly the line moved faster than toilet paper and hand sanitizer in the fist few days of covid. We left the store feeling grateful to be able to do something as arbitrary as shopping at Kohl's. Def plan on going back as my wife is already planning to redo our bedroom. Lol.

I am not sure why there are so many negative reviews for this store, so I feel that I must add my two cents here. I love this store. I have always found the staff there to be helpful and attentive. I don't think the store ever looks really messy. I love love love the prices and the quality of the merch, and I love love love the discounts I get in the mail on a regular basis because I have a Kohl's credit card. This is my favorite store to shop in. I don't remember ever going there and not being able to find something I was looking for, and I do go there every week or two, sometimes just to browse. Hope it never goes away!

I would first like to say k love kohl's but I always shop online. This was my first actually attending the store in person. Everything went great for the most part. Until its time to check out. I got cashier #5 around 7:30pm-7:45pm on dec 15,2021 dark hair light-skinned girl, horrible eyeshadow with wing liner. For starters i walk up to the register and she's on her phone completely has no idea I'm standing there. Second i was purchasing a hot-wheels racetrack for my son so it was a very huge box i placed on the counter. I asked the young lady 3 TIMES, was this box opened or those it come this damaged and with all her sassy attitude she ignores the first two time, the 3rd time her rudeness come out her face and she says "i wouldnt know" with a very stink attitude and body behavior. She proceeds to then cancel my card payment with her huffing & puffing in a kinda petty type of behavior . She also remains completely quiet & irritated, i basically checked myself out. Long story short, the other cashier seemed very jolly and a lot more attentive.

Great place.. Nice layout & cheap stuff! What else can you ask for! Go take a look your self! The service is decent.. But you can't alway her what you want with this place at lease you got a few out of the the total.

Could have been a 3 star review if it's not for the messy merchandise all over the floor especially at the women's section. Man, you would think they hire employees to actually clean up and arrange them nicely but not at this Kohls i guess. The accessories department is a bit better but expect lack of choices especially if you are looking for specific hats. Bathroom is upstairs and relatively clean. Don't ever buy TV here, they didnt even bother putting it on. Checkout line can be a disaster especially on weekend. Might as well get your desired products online.

The staff there is completely rude and disrespectful. The manager Jason is very harsh and rude towards his customers. He was following me around and made me feel uncomfortable. I would not recommend this kohl's until they make a change of staff.

Stopped by last night around 9 to return a pair of jeans shorts I purchased online. No hassle, they took it back and no questions asked. Decided to take a stroll through the store to see what they had. This location is bigger than the one at the rego park center. The first floor is where the clothes are and second floor is the home stuff and shoes. Everything appear fairly neat and there's worker around making sure everything is back in place. They got a good section dedicated to Levi's jeans. I feel the sale online was a little better than in store. The line at the register was long and moving very slowly. The lady that helped me at the register was really nice and told me about the kohl's rewards card and the benefits. Helped me sign up for one and the process was quick.

Chill out....If I wanted attitude from someone I'd go to the post office and ask some idiot about international shipping rates...people have such bad attitude..I wonder how they even get hired here in the first place... a lot of people think kohl's is cheap for me personally i think this store doesnt have much to offer... its a big deparment store that lacks alot of prodcts... if i need anything from kohl's i would much rather go to one by my house in staten island...which has lesser people and more vartity to choose from unlike this one... There is a huge parking lot...during the weekends there's alot of shoppers so beaware... I use to come here once in a blue moon... Now I'm pretty much over it... Too dirty... Good luck!

I been coming here for almost 8 years and I rarely can buy things... why you ask? Well the lines are always long. One time I waited almost 40 minutes. I always end up having the is this worth the wait conversation in My head especially when I just have 1 item on hand . most of the time I just drop it and leave instead. Its never short no matter what time it is. Some items that I looked at that I wanted I cannot get because I simply cannot reach it. There is a stick thing to reach it but it's for staff use only. There are no staff visible on the floor to help reach for the items so ..ditto..... I love how it's located at ceaser bay where I can stop by to take a look at stuff after a stroll along shore parkway. They always seem to have discounts and savings opportunity when you shop. Sometimes they do the get 10 dollar cash card for every 50 dollar purchase. They have baby clothing to adult clothing as well as home and beauty needs like make up, jewelry,perfume,kitchenware , bed sheets ,decor , bathroom utensils and more. If they can fix the customer service part on the floor that would be nice since sometimes it hard to find certain things or need help reaching for things. Things sometimes get very disorganized and be put in wrong places. Be sure to check the price on the price scanner first or else you might be very surprised on the price when you checkout (that is if you actually do care about how much you spend)

I placed a site to store order, and have been calling the store to extend the pickup deadline for TWO DAYS!!!!!!!!!!! No one will answer the phone. The customer service at this location is non existent.

It always smells like farts and other noxious gasses and stinks whenever I stroll through here. You would think this place is clean and well maintained, but the people of the neighborhood tear it to shreds and dirtify this place on a regular basis. Even brand new rennovated bathrooms stunk and were dirty. The line was about 50 deep on a Sunday night at closing. There were limited registers open. This place is pretty much a disaster most of the time. Try visiting the one in Nyack for a much more pleasant life experience.

I was in the store making a return. It was complicated because I had returned something one day and then bought it back and I brought the wrong receipt. A manager was called over I believe his name was John. He has helped me before and gave me 10 dollars kohls cash for an issue I previously had. But he remembered me and went to the back and pulled up the information and made the return for me. He was so patient and nice. I really appreciate everything he did for me. Every time I come to the store he is always so nice and the store is so neat.

This place is a disaster. The return line and the online pick up is a Freaken mess. I was in line for returns with such limited employees that they have here , the wait is already a pain in the ass. Then there's someone that decides to pick up a package (she definitely got here after me ) and they take care of her along with her LUGGAGE FILLED of return items . So what the f*ck is the point of the split lines ? Next time I'll place an order for pick up in store and "pick it up" and return everything at once. They have the dumbest return system . I think I deserve an apology for this Jewish lady skipping me .

I love Kohls. Since I am not a fan of going to shop in stores I buy pretty much everything online. In Kohls you can find anything you need and if you are not happy with it you can always return it to the store!!
