Ice Cream Jubilee Opens in Ballston’s Quarter Market Food Hall | Eater DC

"I learned that Masako Morishita’s new Japanese comfort food company, Otabe, might serve Asian arancini, savory pancakes, and miso-butter peanuts when it takes over downtown incubator space Prequel on April 7 for a $100 Sakura night pop-up, in partnership with bartenders Al Thompson, Will Alvarez, and Heriberto Cassanero." - Gabe Hiatt

Super cool space that offers co-working and member spaces to collaborate in a third space with other artists, entrepreneurs, and creatives!

Koho has offered arts and community events for some time now, and are now launching their co-working space. I dropped by during their soft launch in May 2025. It was an airy space with amble seating, tables, and outlet access. I'm so glad to have this hub to work and connect with others in Japantown!
