Wow! Most incredible food at a theme park. One big con to get out of the way, is the obvious, the pricing! But you are able to bring your own food into the park, so you are not obligated to get food here. You may also bring in your own water, this is a bonus compared to other water parks.
Due to either COVID, Spring break, or the park was filled to capacity, the lines here are very long, so be aware. But the food was top notch for a water park.
We tried to coconut curry and rice chicken bowl. Best meal ever at a water park. It came with sweet plantains. So worth ordering. We also had the pulled pork sandwich and fries. Very, very tasty. The caramelized pineapple was amazing. We took the food back and ate on the beach in front of the volcano, really fun.
For dessert, go a little ways past this food court and get the Watari five flavored soft serve ice cream! Sooo amazing. Smooth, creamy, best treat in the park. They also have smaller stands near by with corn dogs and churros. So everyone was happy! I love that this place has a unique variety on their menu. Check menus and locations of restaurants first before choosing. There was a kind man outside the restaurant with menus and directing customers to correct lines. Mobile ordering is available. You can also pay with the tapu tapu if you set up a credit card in advanced. I highly recommend it. It makes it easier and less time consuming.
