I had a bowl the other day here and it was pretty good so I decided to come back today for a quesadilla and fries. I can’t use the words I want to use to describe how good this is. Like the fries aren’t pretty (they were probably prettier before I drove them home) but holy moly the flavor is insane. This is one of the best things I’ve eaten in quite a while. 10/10 fantastic.

Google
It was decent, better than average. I've had much better quality & quantity to match up with the price in Los Angeles & NYC.

Stumbled upon this genius Korean-Mexican fusion spot while gassing up at Costco on my way to Portland. Korean BBQ burritos? Yes, Please! Rolled in, grabbed a meaty rice bowl, and holy smokes, it was a simple, flavor-packed knockout. Fourteen bucks got me so much I stashed half for later. Next drive to Portland, this funky fusion stop’s locked in!

I’ve been to Koi Fusion a few times now, and I have to say, the food is fantastic every single time. On this visit, I tried the Korean cheesesteak and the rice bowl with chicken and kimchee. Both dishes were packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. The cheesesteak is a unique twist on a classic, with just the right balance of savory, spicy, and cheesy goodness. And the rice bowl? Absolutely delicious! The chicken was tender, the kimchee added a nice tangy kick, and the spice level was perfect — definitely recommend going for the spicy option if you can handle it! The service was fast and friendly, which always makes for a great experience. The vibe is casual but clean, making it a relaxed spot to grab a bite. Every time I’ve come here, I’m consistently impressed by the quality of the food and the welcoming atmosphere. If you're looking for something bold and flavorful, Koi Fusion never disappoints. Highly recommend!

Google
I got the spicy tofu burrito and my fella got the beef rice bowl. The flavors were so rich and crisp. The burrito the size of my forearm! Mix of Korean and Mexican flavors. Also love the cute cartoons characters Kimberly Chi and Koi Boy on the walls We will come back many time. So very good and filling.

A few years ago I had my first Koi Fusion burrito. I was excited to see they had a store front in Wilsonville. I ordered a chicken burrito and it was just as good as the first time. The size was huge, the fixing was flavorful and plenty of chicken inside. The restaurant was clean and staff friendly. I decided to return a few day later and try something new. I ordered the kimchi chicken quesadilla. This time the girl behind the counter was not as friendly. The quesadilla pieces were pretty much thrown on top of each other in a small box, causing it to be messy and difficult to eat. Not much chicken inside the quesadilla, and the cheese took away from the kimchi. Probably stick with the burrito.

I ordered a chicken burrito and it was huge! I loved the fact it was packed with flavor also. My husband loves their pork and tofu tacos! We're definitely going back!

Google
Disappointed | Chicken bowl tastes good Ordered 2 chicken bowls to go. They're about $17. I removed sprouts and hot sauce because I'm pregnant. Usually, they give good portions but today was very disappointing. See photo for a little bit of chicken, lots of cabbage, and barely a bed of rice. What happened to the slices of cucumber? Inconsistent and ratio of ingredients are off. Definitely not worth the price I paid. Chicken seasoning/marinade is good but it's definitely not something that impresses me.

Yelp
Cheese Queadilla, Soul Slider, Rice Bowland the Cheesesteak were all delicious. So glad we stopped by the Koi Fusion on Gwen Dr in Wilsonville, OR. Service was amazing and service was top notch. Loved everything

Yelp
THE WORST! Now I know why we hadn't been here in a few years. Just got take out from here. How in the world do you over cook tofu until it has the consistency of actual cardboard? Even the chips were so over-fried that they were dark brown and tasted burnt. Meat on the beef cheesesteak was also severely over cooked. We ended up throwing everything out. Not worth our time to drive all the way back to the restaurant. But we won't make this mistake again. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT GO THERE!

Robert G.

Yelp
Went in on Tuesday July 1st for lunch as we like the food there. Stood at the front waiting to place our order. Two guys working their butts off. No acknowledgement of our presence. Waited for a while and then gave up. Either need more help or training. We would have continued to wait had someone acknowledged us with a simple, "we'll be right with you "

Yelp
Koi Fusion is one of those restaurants that has been around for a while, but for whatever reason I've not been able to check them out until recently. A quick Yelp search when I was driving through the neighborhood last weekend revealed they had poke on the menu! I was in... the photos posted in several recent reviews looked remarkable! I do love a good bowl of poke. The interior of the restaurant is a little cold and uninspired, and I found the menu to be slightly confusing. For whatever reason, poke wasn't listed on their main menu. It was handwritten on a piece of paper on the edge of the front counter. I almost walked out, but saw the note just as I was turning to leave. Koi Fusion's version of poke is a house-made dish that doesn't offer any flexibility in ingredients. It's served with cubed tuna, whitefish crab meat, cabbage and bean sprouts. For $15, there really is a LOT of food! It's honestly a very shareable dish, but I could probably do without most of the crab. It seemed excessive. I'd love to have a little more flexibility with ingredients... I've grown so accustomed to assembling my own poke bowls with things I love. I appreciate the restaurant offering poke as an alternative to the tacos and burritos, but it's obviously not what they're best known for. I look forward to checking out their other dishes next time I have an opportunity. The staff are super friendly and I love supporting local businesses.

Yelp
Man I hate this but Koi F Team you gotta know.... I used to love you guys when you were new and fresh. (And had ribs) You've lost your magic touch. Having 2 HS kids run your shop that don't give a F*** in W ville.... No ribs? WTF? Ordered chicken and poke got pork. Ordered kimchi got nada. Just because the to go bag weighs 10 pounds doesn't mean it's good. Shoulda went to Cafe Yumm

Yelp
I ordered a kimchi pork quesadilla and GrubHub delivered someone else's order to me, which was Beef Bulgogi bowls. GrubHub credited me back my full amount. I went ahead and tried one of the beef bowls and it was absolutely delicious. I've always loved their food here. It's the first time I've ordered it delivered. The food is so good. I have no complaints and this meal was free...... I will try again another time.... these things happen.

Dylan A.

Yelp
Closed today. Drove here for the food. No notice. Close early all the time. Pass on this place.
google avatar

Yelp
The food here never disappoints. The flavor, the combination and the fusion between Korean cuisine and Mexican food delivery systems, I.e tacos, tortillas and bowls is just unreal. I know they started out as a food truck but glad they opened a place close to us. Still don't know why this place isn't busier but probably because people in the suburbs don't appreciate these types of places but that could be a gross oversimplification. Bottom line is that Koi Fusion is one of the best and consistent food experiences I've had while enjoying the cuisine of our area. Dig the art on the walls and staff is really nice.

Yelp
My first day in Wilsonville and I needed some dinner koi saved the day picked up a nice poke bowl was ready fast with friendly service

Yelp
I'm not typically a real fan of fusion but the double meat option for the Bulgogi burrito is mighty tasty and definitely does it's job well!! I also believe the Kimchi Bulgogi Nachos is very tasty as well but not a fan of there take on Philly cheesesteak!!!

Yelp
This has always been a favorite. Food is unique and delicious. We were disappointed in our recent visit. The restaurant was bustling with delivery orders with many people working to box lunches and load delivery vehicles. Doors propped open making the dining area cold, loud and uncomfortable. I guess we are going to change our visits to take outs in the future. Let us reiterate, the food is wonderful. And worthy of the hassle.

Yelp
Last day down here for work and wanted something that wasn't junk food. Got the beef bulgogi burrito and this thing was huge and delicious. The art on the walls got me really curious about the history and I was excited to see a food truck turned into a small chain.
google avatar

Yelp
Food was bland, also just barely warmed up it felt like, I had higher hopes. Service was as expected from teenagers, good once you got there attention. Not much of an ambiance, but would enjoy if i wanted to step away and read a book in peace.

Yelp
Have always been a fan of Koi Fusion, and was pretty excited when they opened this location since it's close to home. I've been here quite a few times, the service is always good, the food is always great, and the wait is never long. I'm a huge fan of their bulgogi beef, the burritos or Kimchi quesadilla's with the bulgogi is amazing. You can't go wrong with a taco either. Oh, did I mention the Kimchi cheesesteak? Amazing. Just get one of everything, you won't be disappointed!

Lindsay S.

Yelp
It was "ok" but overpriced for what you get. I likely won't go back based on that alone.

Priya P.

Yelp
Korean food mixed with Mexican! What a concept! Bulgogi in a burrito and even tacos! The food was great! Even my 22mo old loved it. Definitely, going back to the restaurant and even when I spot their food truck.

Gen G.

Yelp
The ingredients were good...but... I ordered the poke bowl and there was no spicy mayo or poke sauce in the bowl. Even after I asked whether it had the poke sauce in it. I did not realize that the spicy mayo was missing until I was leaving and looked over the description of the meal.

Nick H.

Yelp
Amazing flavors and friendly staff. There is always something weird on the TV. Weird in a good way.

Darya O.

Yelp
Food was great, I don't normally like everything I order at restaurants but I tried 3 different things and everything was delicious. I loved poke, it reminded me of Hawaii poke:)
google avatar

Friyana S.

Yelp
The food at koi fusion is hit or miss. My first time there it was pretty great! Went back there again a month later and the bulgogi meat that I got was full of fat and cold. Pretty disappointed
google avatar

Garett R.

Yelp
Delicious poke bowls and beef bulgogi burritos. Very nice person working the front, came outside and asked us if we needed anything else. Will come back again.
google avatar

Matt R.

Yelp
I really did have higher hopes for Koi Fusion. My curiosity was spiked: was it Korean food, was it Mexican? Literally up until the moment I ordered, I did not know what to anticipate. I saw that they had a Koi bowl, basically a Poke bowl. I went for it. It was a lot of rice. The rice was dry and a bit crumbly. The Tuna was good Tuna, I will say that. If I were to have made it though, maybe smaller diced pieces. I'm left really wondering if I should go back or not. I feel like maybe it was just an "off" day.
google avatar

Damion C.

Yelp
Our office is less than a mile away. We ordered five bowls for a working lunch. It stated they would deliver in 1 hour. Since we had a working lunch, ok we can deal with a 1 hour time frame even though we are less than a mile away. Get a text that the order was canceled 1 hour after we ordered... that's bad business. Take your lunch needs elsewhere.

Yelp
Went here for the first time tonight and it was incredible !! Beef tacos were the best in Wilsonville. The cheese steak was so good they need to change the name to the INSANE CHEESE STEAK. I'm sure I'll be back VERY SOON.
google avatar

Junko M.

Yelp
Excellent poke bowls - tuna was fresh and portion generous. Perfect light meal on a hot day. Staff were friendly and food came out fast. Recommend!
google avatar

Lisa H.

Yelp
First time having the poke bowl here. It was pretty good. One of the best I've had in the area. Nothing has compared to Hawaiian poke bowls for me... I assume that's true for most people here. I usually get the regular bowl and have always liked them. The complex layers of flavors are something I'm drawn to. I like the options of different flavors on the menu. I have been to a few different Koi Fusions as well as been to the cart at various events and always enjoyed my food. This was no different. Love the food. I would always recommend Koi Fusion to people.
google avatar

Matt B.

Yelp
Good food. Made fast. Definitely unique. It's in the name: Koi Fusion. Not this and not that - but good either way. You can make yours vegan pretty easily (or not if that isn't your thing). Tasty ingredients, easily customizable. Nice to have a local place that can serve carnivores, omnivores, and herbivores. Very good for what it is - fast, fresh fusion for folks feeling fresco food.

Yelp
The worst rice I've ever paid for. I ordered the poke bowl. The first thing I noticed is that the ungloved worker seemed to be very confused on how to make it. Then, when he finally assembled it, he handed me a box absolutely covered in sauce. He did say, "I'm sorry in advance." When I opened the box there was the crunchiest undercooked rice I've ever tried to eat . It was topped with with bean sprouts, cucumber, cabbage, and a few chunks of tuna. The rice also seemed to be doused in soy sauce? The rice was inedible The vegetables were fine The tuna was not seasoned at all No sauce No kimchi This was $12 and so terrible. Please hire better cooks. Rice is the most basic indicator that a restaurant is good. I've had your food before, and it has been pretty good. Your current employees are not representing your business well nor are they representing Korean food well. It makes me sad.

Omar R.

Yelp
Terrible service. When we ordered there was about 5 people behind us in line. Slowly they all started getting their food before us. Finally I asked how long for our order and she said they "didn't print" our order ticket. Minimal apology.

Yelp
Koi Fusion is not fusion enough. I eat kimchee on a daily basis so my expectations were high. I've heard rave reviews of their first location in Portland and I was ecstatic to know there was one in Wilsonville. If there's anything about Wilsonville, you should know it's quite a quiet city. So the addition of Koi Fusion is quite the buzz.. I came in with determination of getting a poke bowl. However, the price deterred me away. Instead I chose the tofu burrito. The tofu burrito was at the same price as Chipotle and I was fine with that. The burrito was okay in size. I was still hungry after that. The taste was off putting and kimchee was not fermented enough. There was a lack of various ingredients that it just didn't seem worth it. I learned my lesson to not order their burrito again. However, I'll give them a second try with poke. Poke would be hard to mess up unless it wasn't fresh.

Yelp
Friendly service with great tasting food! I had their Bulgogi Taco, Bulgogi Slider, Cheesesteak sandwich, and tried the "Dirty" Fries. Times are tough and they were out of the Kalbi Beef, but the Bulgogi is by no means a second place choice, it's just as good on its own terms. The taco and slider make for great snacks or combine them for a meal. The cheesesteak sandwich with the freshly grilled peppers was the star of the meal but it tends to be messy so you have to be prepared to eat it all at once without putting it down (which is never a problem!). The dirty fries were any interesting combination of meat, sauce and cheese on waffle fries. While not bad, it kind of sogged out the fries and made for a muddled flavor combination. However, I do like how they are always coming up with new offerings to tryout.

Yelp
I'm a regular for lunch here on a weekly bases. Today I ordered two beef burritos for lunch over the phone with a side of extra salsa as I always do. I arrived to pay and the counter person mentioned they're charging a $1 more for beef now and for salsa. I didn't mind about the beef but the salsa common man! Upon inspection, my burritos were about 1/4 of the size of what I normally receive. For $10.50 burrito I expect a little more. All in all the experience was bad and I won't be back for a long while. I'll spend my money elsewhere.

Yelp
First let me start by saying, I LOVE KOI! I've been eating at multiple locations, food carts, etc since they started! I pulled up to the Wilsonville location and noticed that they had a lot of items stored in the restaurant area, fine. I understand! No big deal! I was greeted fast and very politely! Yay! Love that! What I was concerned about was the dirtiness of the back of the house. The extremely dirty countertops, floors, the employee had animal hair all over their sweatshirt, and there were a dozen flies flying around. I realize help is hard these days, and the gentleman was very nice, but on the level of cleanliness, I'd give it D. I walked out and didn't order anything.

Nikki R.

Yelp
First time at Koi. I ordered a rice bowl with tofu and veggies. Things done well: very friendly staff Things that may need adjusting: * Attention to detail: asked for mild and received HOT sauce * $3 upcharge for increased protein prices. I understand increased costs for meats...but I had tofu. Upcharge was not pointed out until order was rung up and total given. There is a sign on the counter but not obvious enough to have noticed until they pointed it out, after I was surprised at the total. Maybe just change the prices on the menu board? * Speed of service. Its hot and busy, I understand. Not sure if staff was all new and uncertain, but no real sense of urgency and possible disorganization in process. There were 4 people working the food line. First time there but not sure if I would return. I did like the way the tofu was cooked; little bit crispy on the outside.
google avatar

Scott D.

Yelp
Wallowing in self-pity as I sit here eating my $11.99 bowl of regret...uh, oh whoops...poke. This is without a doubt the worst poke I've ever had. All I can taste is kimchi and lettuce. The salmon looks like salmon, kinda, but sure doesn't taste like it. And it has the skin on! Nasty. I ate one quarter of the bowl and left, I couldn't stomach eating another bite. Thankfully they have water here so at least I can fill up on something.
google avatar

Cyndi C.

Yelp
Really good. Couldn't finish it though because apparently medium is Korean for spicy as hell.

Terry H.

Yelp
The food was very good. Lots of flavor, fresh and big portions. Ambience is cold and industrial. Staff is friendly and efficient. Go there.
google avatar

Michi M.

Yelp
Okay, so second time here. The first time they got my order wrong and they were kind of rude. And slow. Second time here, they raised their prices quite a lot (which I didn't notice the first time, nor was it brought to my attention). So what you're seeing on the 2 menu boards is incorrect. The new raised prices are on a sheet of paper below the register. It says that it's due to protein costs...and yet they raised the proteinless kim chee quesadilla $3. Anyway, pretty annoyed and most likely won't be back.
google avatar

B H.

Yelp
Burrito was good/ok, nothing about it I will return for. Friendly service but was charged $3 more for my burrito than what was stated on the menu, and I didn't add anything extra, just what came with it. Didn't realize this till I was leaving. Not all employees were wearing a mask (this is currently a requirement).
google avatar

Ed Q.

Yelp
poke nachos was tasty, but very little portion on the fish. Cuts need to be bigger and fish was a little mushy for our taste. Kalbi bowl was not tender at all. Meat was bits and pieces, don't expect it to look like a piece of kalbi short ribs. Pre-cooked and they put on grill to reheat. Long grain rice was not cooked well enough to make it fluffy. Not coming back. If you want authentic Korean food, this is not the place.
google avatar

Jason H.

Yelp
I happened to see Koi Fusion while I was doing some shopping at a neighboring business, and boy am I pleased that I stopped in to try it out. I ordered the Cheese Steak sandwich with the beef short ribs. I was skeptical at first when she said it had Thousand Island dressing on it but I am amazed at how it all came together with fantabulous flavor. I'm looking forward to my next visit!! I would like to also mention the very professional young lady who graciously helped me. She is the first employee that has taken the time to explain in detail from memory every ingredient that was on each menu item.that in itself is another reason illness back.
google avatar

Mai L.

Yelp
OMG! How have we waited 3 months before trying this place (we just moved to Oregon)!? Simple menu with just enough variety. We tried the tacos, burrito, quesadilla and dirty fries. Non disappointed! The meats were marinated deliciously. We tried bulgogi, pork and chicken. All yummy... Bummed they don't offer Kalbi Short Ribs anymore. The hot sauces were.....spicy but sooooo flavorful! I saved what we had left over to eat with something else later this week! We were so excited to get home to eat that we didn't even remember to take any pics!
google avatar

Yelp
I've driven past this place several times both before and after they opened and finally decided to try them. I've heard of them before from a friend who had been either to their other location or a food truck. I was just thinking it was going to be an asian restaurant, but I was completely wrong. When you walk in, the place looks pretty plain - the graphic art is really cool, but there's still a little bit too much white. Add an accent wall or something, guys!! The menu is off to your right, and here is where I was confused -- tacos... burritos... cheese-steak... this isn't asian! Then I noticed the ingredients and was intrigued. I ended up ordering the cheesesteak with the bulgogi beef and man was it good. The staff helped me choose between the short rib and the beef (you choose your meat and sauce heat), and I chose correctly (though I tried the short rib in my husbands burrito and it was also fantastic). The cheesesteak was totally not what I was expecting -- wasabi mayo, kimchi, beef, onions, peppers, cheese - bursting with flavor and tender, flavorful meat. My only complaint was that there was so much flavor and juices that the sandwich fell apart - but I didn't really care, because I still ended up eating every bite. I got the mild sauce and it had a kick to it to the point that I still had like 3 cups of water, but I'm also a weenie. If you don't like spice at all, this might not be for you. My husband got the short-rib burrito and was also super impressed. He got hot sauce and said it was the perfect temperature. We also got the chips and medium salsa and again, the salsa was not at all what we were expecting but it was still really good. I'll admit that I haven't had a lot of korean food, so I'm not quite the best judge of if it was authentic or "great" for korean food, but I do know that I'm a pretty picky eater and I managed to down my entire sandwich without complaint. I'd definitely come back. And the tacos were 2.75 a pop -- hell yeah!

Yelp
I was on my way to subway but then saw koi fusion and decided to stop in. I've been to their locations around portland so I knew it was good. This time I decided to try the poke bowl because I wanted to try something new. The store front is new, clean and kept up nicely but the service was slow and the poke bowl was underwhelming. The rice tasted old and dried out and was smashed into the plastic container the bowl came in (I did carry out as I was in a hurry on lunch break), there was about 2 pieces of lettuce, a very carefully measured small portion of tuna (no, seriously, two people measured it on a scale- I watched), and small quantities of sprouts, masago and shredded seaweed. For $11.99 I would have expected a large bowl, not what I got. Heading to a track sushi place would have been a better option- would not recommend!

Scottie S.

Yelp
Any bad review is written by a racist or life long pos. That's the best god damn mother fucking rice bowl I've ever had in my life and I will fight anyone who talks negatively about this place. Great food.
google avatar

John W.

Yelp
Clean and the staff was polite and helpful The parking lot was great, of course at lunch time it would be different The Korean burrito was giant sized , with Korean short-rib meat. It was only a little Mexican due to the cilantro and burritos shell, but otherwise mostly Korean stuffing, and the cucumber was a little weird at first. Medium hot was just right. The TV was a little loud

Yelp
Went here for lunch with two friends. Over hyped, and over priced. I ordered a salad that was 7.50 and with protein it's extra $2 but was maybe a quarter cup of chicken. My lettuce wasn't even filled to the top of the bowl. Maybe two cups of lettuce. That's all. Will never dine here again and I don't recommend it. BEWARE: rice is undercooked!
