Google
Easily the worst sushi I’ve ever had. Should’ve looked at reviews first. Had the Fiji combo of sushi and the seaweed tasted chewy like weeks old lettuce and the sushi was super fishy tasting, unlike any sushi I’ve ever had. Plus it was $23. Never again. So gross.

Google
Considering airport prices, this didn't seem crazy. Not the best sushi bowl I've ever had but also not the worst. It's basically self service unless you're getting a drink. Outlets to charge your phone while you wait.

REALLY bad sushi. Decent sake. Good Airport service I live by no regrets - only lessons learned... I'm confident my body is about to learn a lesson for eating more than one piece of this.

We ordered two tuna and one salmon poke bowls for about $20 each. Considering all food is overpriced in Sea-Tac airport I felt this wasn't a bad deal. The woman who served me was friendly and I appreciated our interaction. The bowls hit the spot and I was glad I chose this place.

I at the salmon platter, rice was hard, fish wasn’t fresh and currently have diarrhea right now as I’m leaving this review. Do not get airport sushi. I am a sushi chef, and I warn you now don’t get it. First time I’ve had stomach issues eating sushi 😭

Best place to have a light food. The place attendant was helpful and was always looking after the place. We had a Tuna Tsunami Poke Bowl and a Nigiri Combo. We just missed the Kirin Ichiban. The high ceiling of the food court gives a relief for the gaps between flights.

Google
Very overpriced. They used to have specials that were reasonable but they have cancelled all of those. Miso soup is $5 for a miniscule amount. $19 poke bowl, mostly rice. Be ready to spend close to $30 at minimum and leave hungry. Very disappointed. For premium prices food should be much better.

Google
Very quick interaction with the woman assisting me as she was rushing me to pick from the sushi that was left within the containers, there was only two of us in line. I decided on tuna rolls and $19 later, very plain and undesirable rolls later. I later came down with horrible food poisoning that could only be tracked down to eating at this place. So with that being said, perhaps pick another place to eat within the airport to spare yourself the trip. EDIT: I finally went to the doctor after not feeling great since this interaction and was told that I have Hep A. So.. Do yourself the BIGGEST favor and put this place out of business, don't eat here.

Yelp
Very over priced and low quality, same sushi is $9 at any grocery store. Ordered a gin and tonic and was completely tonic. Sushi was $20 and the "gin" and tonic was an outrageous $15.

Yelp
Fantastic quality sushi. Great for pick up. Atmosphere is lacking. But the floors sound sticky due to peel and stick cheap vinyl plank flooring.

Yelp
What a mistake this place is. Clearly not Japanese ownership. Large sign offering manager special, which they don't honor the price. Then grilled teriyaki chicken that has never been near a grill.

Yelp
Watch out with the Asian lady working the register, the gentleman was getting my food order together and I had ask for condiments and eel sauce as she proceed to ring my order she snatched the eel sauce from him supposedly trying to hide it not give me the rest of my condiments i pretend I didn't see and ask her kindly abt the eel sauce she said it not eel sauce I said it ok I'll take it anyway come to find out it was eel sauce. Management need to remove this lady asap! Btw I had ordered a tuna poke bowl I'll give it 4 star minus that I had delt with her attitude 0 star

Yelp
Extremely stingy with the wasabi. Overloaded with the mayo-ketchup pink sauce stuff. Salty. Maybe that's all due to the customers demonstrating acceptance of what is junk-food style sushi. Seattle is not a culinary capital so this doesn't surprise

Terry M.

Yelp
If it was possible to give a negative star, I would. This is just a bad decision if you're even considering it. If you are wondering whether airport sushi should be legal, it is certainly a crime at this place. It is beyond me how a place of such poor quality and taste is able to stay in business against the surrounding businesses where you can at least stomach what you paid for at these "premium" convenience prices.

Matt C.

Yelp
I had a teriyaki bowl and thought it was pretty tasty. However the best part about this place was the dedicated seating facing big windows

Nick H.

Yelp
The rice was really sticky, the fish tasteless. The person at the till was nice enough.

Marj T.

Yelp
Old lady working treated me differently compared to other customers. She was rude . Food wasn't great either

Sindy L.

Yelp
It looks cheap, tastes cheap, and costs a lot. But I don't have any choice cuz this is the airport. I wish the airport has McDonald's

Yelp
What a huge bummer. OVER PRICED and NOT WORTH IT!! I was super hungry and all the lines for food expect this one we're insanely long (now I know why)... So I wandered over to Koi Shi and saw you could build your own poke bowl! BOO YA I thought cause I love being in charge of what goes in my bowl and I love poke! Well... This is when I got sticker shock yet for some reason my hanger was like JUST DO IT AND PAY! One SMALL poke bowl, WITH ONE SCOOP of fish is $17. When I build my own poke at a place NOT in an airport, $20 is the max I spend on 5 scoops with extras like avocado.... Well, let me tell you that one TINY AF scoop of fish wasn't going to fill me up so... I asked for more scoops, which are each $5 extra. SOOOOOOO I WOUND UP SPENDING $30... (3 scoops).... And was hungry about an hour later. I could have easily eaten 6 scoops of fish but I would have felt so guilty eating a $40 lunch for myself that wasn't all that great! It wasn't all that great because... Well, the fish you could tell was literally JUST THAWED. I could see some ice crystals on it. I get that this is an airport, but I've been to land locked states before and gotten better poke.... This is Seattle... THE LAND OF PIKES PLACE! Ha! Anyways I'm going to stop ranting because I'm sure you get it at this point. When I was done with my bowl (3 minutes later). I regretted it... So not worth the money.

Yelp
While I was watching the setting sun earlier I was sitting right behind this place. I hadn't noticed it when I was still seeking something tasty to spend my airlines vouchers on or I'd very likely have skipped the previous stop altogether. I love sushi. The various rolls are nice and generic to get introduced to the nonbelievers. They fear fish typically and especially fear the idea that its 'raw'. I'm ok with raw salmon and tuna. Even the occasional eel has found its way into my bottomless stomach. Tonight I'm going with just the basic sashimi with salmon, yellowfin, and shrimp. Nice and simple. The rice is proper sticky and ginger is cold and snaps when bitten into. My first bite I overdid the wasabi and my nasal passages nearly exploded as I lost the ability to breath for a second. Delightful. The sweet Asian lady was so very helpful in her entire interaction with me and as I've been sitting enjoying my meal I'm seeing it's not a put on. At least not in any way that is typical when I generally exchange a few moments with the workers at such places. This lady is truly genuine, suggesting it's something she has an interest in beyond collecting a check. For that, that very attitude is precisely why I write these reviews. To hopefully offer the best promotion I can to help assure such places may thrive. I rarely if ever bother to write about corporate restaurants though I don't exclude them entirely. Good food reasonable price all considered. $8 beer is high, but my sashimi was pretty standard pricing, and this location does offer a supreme sunset view if you're here at the right time. So it's a win win.

Yelp
DO NOT CONSUME THE SUSHI BY THIS COMPANY. Not only it's super overpriced but also a hazard because they give out expired products. I only realized this after the shop closed so I couldn't get my money back. Disgusting.

Brian S.

Yelp
Wouldn't recommend. Quality of food and service was was overall subpar. There are better options in the SeaTac airport so don't feel bad if you bypass this one.

Billy B.

Yelp
Hands down the worst "sushi" I've ever had. I was assured it was made two hours ago, but found it was at least one day old. The rice was super cold and hard the way only day old rice can be. When I went to tell the staff, they again said it was made two hours ago. The expiration was dated for tomorrow. There were stickers on some of the sushi dates three days out. When I asked the staff about the expiration stickers they said they had no idea. Please don't waste your money!!

Mary W.

Yelp
Mmmmmm......yummmmm. I ordered Atlantic salmon volcano roll and poke bowl. Everything was fresh and delicious. My new spot if I'm ever back at Seattle airport.

Gabriel V.

Yelp
The person behind the desk was eating her own food behind the counter. It's 156 pm on the 10th of November. Disgusting!

Hwa Jung S.

Yelp
Over priced and poor quality. We tried other restaurants nearby(like pasta place, etc). Other options are better!

Rebecca M.

Yelp
Oh gross. Got a stomach ache from the ramen. They put teriyaki chicken chunks in the ramen as they were out of pork. The egg tasted like it was years old. Not again.

Ginger P.

Yelp
Perfect choice for healthy airport food. They can make poke bowls fresh for you. I'm guessing they can do rolls as well. A nice new surprise at SeaTac and the staff was very friendly. They have a cute counter you can sit at while you eat and look at the beautiful outdoors.

Jessica M.

Yelp
Decent food. Although too cold. The location is nice with a view of the runway. Aesthetics are nice. But the service is best described as weird and distant. You sit at the bar and they tell you to get up and go look at items that are "display only" in a sparsely filled chiller in the front. Then you tell them what you want and they get it from another cooler. Very weird. I'd expect them to do full service from the bar and actually give you a menu. And then also have the cooler for carry out Could be much better. Clearly they don't get it

Melanie S.

Yelp
Unfortunately the food is not fresh. I also was originally happy to see that the food was made daily but when I opened the "box" the sushi was dried out and had a strange smell. I was starving so against my better judgment I ate the food. The roll was $16 bucks and I paid for it feeling sick for two days. Would not recommend.
