8 Foods to Eat in Curaçao and Where to Try Them - AFAR
"A beloved truk di pan (food truck) staple for late-night revelers, prized for galina ku batata (grilled chicken with fries). Plates are generous and often finished with peanut, garlic and rosada (ketchup-with-mayo) sauces—best enjoyed informally on the curb or even on the roof of your car amid the lively food-truck scene." - Rosalind Cummings-Yeates
They’ve seasoned the meat very nicely. A lot of flavors in the juicy meat and the fries with macaroni seems like a great combination!

One of the better food trucks on the island. The food is good and they are reasonably quick in serving. They work with pagers so you can wait in your car until your food is ready to pick up. Recommended.
