I have hired Kolin Group on 5 occasions - 4 times to renovate rental condos that we prepped so they could be put on the market (all units sold in under 2 months, and one getting an offer within 48 hours of listing), and then I hired him to do some renovations on our home of 20 years to prepare it to go to market. Michael and his team are reliable, on time and on budget, and do great work. He is also super helpful in making recommendations during the remodel to keep you on budget, and has assisted me regularly with purchasing and installing the tile or fixtures needed. Had an amazing experience w Mike and his team refurbishing my master bathroom and second bathroom - have never experienced clean during construction, but Mike and his team were so considerate of the fact we were living in during the refurbishment - timing was as Mike projected, as was cost and the workmanship speaks for itself in the photos!
